      Dear Sir,
      I Brij Mohan Das Gupta have taken a Premier life pension plan from your company(ICICI PRUDENTIAL) last year in the month of september with annual premium of 500000, with the reducing premium option of 60000 in next year,but now when i was submittting the 2nd year premium of 60000 than i was told to give a cheque of 1 lac,stating that my premium payment option is of 3 years as mentioned in the appication form ,when i looked in the copy of form attached with the bond there i saw a overwriting in premium payment option & my fordge signatures on it.I was very shocked to see the same & fealt myself cheated on this action, is this is what your company do. I also enqired my fund value it was something around 502000. But i am very disappointed , this is a pure case of fraud & forgery & i have lost my faith in the company, so i will request you to pay my entire money back ( my principal amount ) which is 500000 ,i do not want anything else from your company . I also discussed about the same with Abhishek shah who came to me for the policy he showed me the photocopy of the proposal form along with all the documents which i handed over to him as he keeps a photcopy of the same for his own records,there was no overwriting in that,the same has been done once the form has reached the office & your officials have done the same.

      ICICI Prudential — FRAUD SIGNATURES

      Sir/Madam
      I had purchased a policy from ICICI bank and i was told about "cash back" policy and the form was filled and they filled form and they took my signature but when i received my policy documents i observed many changes like the policy they gave me was "Save n Protect" instead of cash back, the agent had cut and changed the policy type and signed below it and they also gave my contact deatils wrong like email,mobile etc i am already ICICI bank a/c holder in the same branch but thn also they had given wrong contact information purposefully. And i am a BDS student i had opted for student as occupation but the agent had changed it too and made a fraud signature again in the same form. there a nearly 3 fruad signatures in the same form. And the company had refunded the money i.e 50000/- bu cheque but if i will deposit the cheque the liabilities of the company will be over but i want a compensiation and interest on the money which is my right. following are the details:

        Dear Sir,

        Recently I have purchased a new policy (Life Stage Assure Pension Plan) from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company. I have filled all correct information in the application form. But when I received policy documents, my name & nomination name are wrong on policy documents. I have complain for this to the company and told to provide me corrected policy documents but they told me to issue a duplicate Policy Document I have to pay fees for that though It was not my mistake.

        I have Xerox of application form and I have already given application for the same to company through Insurance Agent and email. But i have not received any satisfying answer.

        Please Help me.

          I am advisor of ICICI prudential life insurance company and I have lodged the below mentioned complaint in [protected]@iciciprulife.com about the froud by Mr.Vikas Kumar, please read the below mail:

          "We came across Mr. Vikas Kumar through My wife's school friend Mrs. Archana.
          Mrs Archana is also one of the advisor under Mr.Vikas Kumar.

          We gave her 03 Policies of my son whose details are mentioned below:

          Policy No. 09871903, 09884123 &[protected]None of these policies are under Archana, 02 Policies are in the code of Neha bassi & one under Baldesh Kaur whom we dont know & have never met)

          For detailed information regarding the above policies I used to call Mr. Vikas and slowly he got succeeded by gaining our confidence in him and slowly he told us to also become advisor under him.

          After due course he said over phone that ICICI has alloted Dummy code to my wife and she can start doing business he also assured that she will get all the respective benefit which a advisor deserves.

          My sister inlaw had lot of faith on my wife and my wife motivated her (Mrs. Seema Chadda) to invest in ICICI for more benefit instead of fixed deposits in natinalised bank.We further assured her that we will pay you off the entire commission.

          The Policy No. of Mrs. Seema Chadda are 10175110 &[protected].5 Lakh)

          We never received the complete documents till date as he had stucked of the documens from the file and Mr. Vikas personally handed over the loose policy welcome kit after the freelook period. When I asked Vikas that the documents are not complete he said that "there were empty papers which were not necessary so I had stucked those off," when I insisted to courier me those papers he started lying that you have received duplicate copy of welcome Kit the original will come after some time.We had complained to customer care lot of time but till date we have not received the complete documents recently again we have lodged complaint on 07th October.

          I also introduced Mr.Manjinder my colleague he also invested his money in ICICI SIP policy whose no. is 11157939.That also gone into Neha bassi account.

          He also told us that we have won Microwave oven but we never got.

          I made lot of follow up for the commission amount with Vikas but he always befooled us by saying that your commission is 1.5% for the policy of my sister inlaw.I doubted on him and inquired about the correct commission amount which I came to know was around 7.5%.

          I asked him about this but from there onward his way of talking was totally changed.

          I complained about him in the hoshiarpur branch but nothing happened, I also sent a mail to customer care but we had not received any feed back. Further Mr. Vikas started ignoring us by not picking our phone call. He also further threated us that he will terminate my wife wife from the advisor. When I called from my friends phone he picked up he told us that he is leaving this country and is going abroad shortly, so do not call to me now.

          I then personally visited your Jalandhar branch on 04th June 2009, and met him where he laughed at me and said do whatever you want to do no body can do anything against him. I met Mr.Varinder Prashar and told him about this, he was so nice and assured me that he is going to speak with Vikas and would try to sort out this matter on good faith basis he further told me that Mr.Vikas will call me before Monday but it did not happened as Mr. Vikas is in a impression and believing that no body can do any thing against him.

          Due to such incident we have totally lost our interest to do furter business. There are still lot of my clients waiting to invest but this fracturing experience is not allowing us to do so.

          I am attaching the copy of written complaint given to Mr.Prashar.

          SIr, I am now just looking upon you for Justice and would be greatfull if you can kindly provide us the same. The Premium amount of one policy of Mrs. Seema Chadda was due on 15th october and I was waiting for the advise of Mr.Prashar & today he has told us infront of you to provide a application of misselling. If he would have told us ealrier why woudn't have we done this.He is totally dedicated to his work and may be he didn't got time to convey us the same.

          Sir, Kindly help us to withdraw the policy of Mrs. Seema chadda and we do not want to take any action against any one only for the sake of humanity as Mr.Vikas also having a family but only would like to request you to give him a lesson so that he can not cheat and betray any one in future which will be also beneficial for him and his family.

            Dear Sir,
            ICICI Prudential Life Insurance do not care about the customer. Once you have deposited the first premimum, they will not care about your service with respect to name printed in the certificate, mailing address even they the customer care telephone number (for Jharkhand[protected] is non-existant so that you can not ring and lodge your complaint. This situation is the case of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance of Dhanbad office Jharkhand. I had deposited my cheque on 7th July 09 bearing no. 388096 of SBI, Dhanbad for Rs 10, 000/- and Rs 10, 000 in cash.

            I would like you to take necessary steps for speedy redressal of my complaint.

            I was issued with policy no. 11974528. On receipt i found the policy having some other person's photo. I returned the same o Mr Nilendra mob no. [protected] abot 6 months back. The same has not been returned to me as yet. I asked so many persons about it but no one is helping me.
            On anothe accasion, i was asked by Mr Anand Kashyap mob no. [protected], that on depositing advance premium, i will get 20% extra bonus. I gave him two cheques of Rs 20000. To my surprise i get two new policies. These two policies have since been returned in the freelook period. I am awaiting the refund. Can any senior person in ICICI LOOK INTO THIS.

              I surrendered the above mentioned policy on 12th Oct. I was told that I would be getting 401000 as the surrender value. But, today the value credited to my bank account (SBI bank A/C) was 371000. When I inquired about the short credit of 30000/-, the guy told me that they have been credited to the 3 credit cards that I've used in the past. Now please address my questions.
              -> 2 of my 3 credit cards have been closed; On what basis can ICICI do so without my consent?
              -> When I was promised that all the amount will be credited to my Bank account the cheque of which i deposited, why they did so even without calling me?
              -> This is height of shadowing the customer.

              Please address my questions. This is against the interest of customer. I would take appropriate action after getting your reply. I am frustrated with the action of ICICI and will probably end up all my relationship with ICICI henceafter.
              At least you have received some money, ICICI Prudential is well known for not refunding. They are even not accepting my full surrender.

                I have Submitted These Two Policy Bonds along with Surrender Application to ICICI Pru. Bareilly Office by Courier .These Documents Received by ICICI Pru. Office by Mr. Hartoj Singh Bhasin (Customer care Officer) on 29th Aug.2009.But Now so many days have been passed but there is no any response from their side.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I worked with ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIC LTD since 09/07/2007 as a unit manager at Asansol location, I had resigned 06/02/2010 and I had completed my all resignation formalities and all the papers send to ICICI Prudential HR Division Kolkat on 08/02/2010 through Speed Post. My PF no-531992. After that they also assure me thay received my request and mail me that process is on the way. On 17/06/2010 I got a mail from EXIT ASSIST that PF amount cheque of INR 23995/- has been dispatched to the address provided by me on 30th April 2010 vide cheque no 002348 dated, 29 April 2010..from Exit Assist
                  Where as till date(27/08/2010) I didnt get anything. several time I mail them but till date I didnt get any replay from them. Now what will I do? I need a authority from whome I can submit my complain.

                    I have made 10 (Telephonic complains) related to my mother's health problem to TTK Health Services

                    Please note that my claim numbers is as follows:

                    Please note that I have received a letter from TTK saying that they required few orininal documents related to the mention claim and the same was send them accordingly.
                    Even I have spoken to your service offcers for more than 10 times but always I have got the same revert that the case is under process.I am really upset with such a slow process.

                      I had submitted for redemption folio no 3135600/66 pertaining to ICICI Prudential MF on 16/9/09. Till date I havent received credit into my account.

                      When I called ICICI MF's toll free no, they informed that there was a possibility of rejection of ECS and that they would get back to me.

                      Nobody had bothered to revert back to me or inform me about it.

                      I find that settlement which should ideally done in T+2 days has reached no where.

                      Under the circumstances, ICICI MF should either pay me interest for delayed payment or pass on the benefit of higher NAV as this delay has happened entirely due ICICI's fault and that since the SIP instalement was debited to the same bank account, I see no reason whatsoever that credit should be rejected.

                      I hope that this case is taken up immediately and revert back to me asap.

                      ICICI Prudential MF — Wrongly debit from my account.

                      My ICICI Bank is showing 2 debits on a/c of SIP for folio# 830701/21 (narration being 1886945 & 1886944). I have not given any instruction to debit from icici bank a/c (sip from icicibank was closed long back). There is only one SIP in focussed fund and is from my HDFC Bank A/c. Same is also not showing in my MF statement for folio# 830701/21

                          I had also done PGPMI, & not satisfied with this course & job also...Please do not join this PGPMI Course..if you get another offer then please go for that, do not Waste your time & Money Hear in this course...Please do not join PGPMI even though you got addmission or you pay fees. try to get back your fees. bcs after this course company will give you job in marketing & if you will not generate bussiness than company kick you out....plz go for another course, do not attract by seeing salary..ok..Best of Luck..

                          generally these profiles do not need any kind of good acedamic records or any educational qualification.if you are well qualified then you are wrong for this organisation.this company only needs those type of guys who are belongs to corrupt acedamic background.like fail in 10/12/grad. etc.

                          It was a well planed programe but worst executed programe. There was not coordination between the PGPMI Authorities and respective branch manager where the students actually placed. The senior PGPMI HR authorities was not able to differentiate b/w a PGPMIan and a Graduate at the time of placement and the respective senior sales manager was not able to launch them. It wested the co resources and student precious time and money.
                          i am with u all.
                          PGPMI is the course design to get labors at their own cost by icici pru

                          ICICI pru has come up with a program with IIRM, Hyd. they have 4 batches graduated in last 4 yrs. Hence 25 students every batch. I had an opportunity to speak to those students, non of them have complaints, infact they are happy and enjoy the work they do. It has been declared at the very beginning that once the candidate graduate from the institute after 1 yr of Executive course, the candidate shall be placed in any domain as per the vacancies in the company.

                          One cannot blame the company for the negligence that the candidate shows by not reading the policies well. No Company or institute will take your responsibility if the candidate doesnt show interest or concentration in passing through the exams. NO COMPANY WILL HIRE OR RETAIN IF YOU DO NOT BRING PROFITS TO THE ORGANISATION. No firm under employment and payouts work like NGO's to retain non performers.

                          To make or break your career is in ones hands, he becomes a fool by blaming others. Like others they gave opportunity, it was upto the candidate to make use of it.

                          Studies / Degree from institutes are never wasted. They can be used. good knowledge is never a wast of time. Try hunting for a job. We are not in recession period, hence there is job waiting for you. Get into any small paying company, gain experience and then flourish. Dream small and then grow them. Do dream big once and for all, you might loose small opportunities.

                          Shed all your anger. Start afresh, its never too late.

                          Till date I am struggling to get some good Job. I regret that I believed a bank like ICICI would be cheating its loyal customers like this..
                          Can they compensate on what they have done to all those thousands of students who were a part of this trap? Can some 1 dare to answer the questions posted here? I see the consumer forum is also corrupt and there is no response at all..

                          Do you know how much hard earned money is put by our parents to get us post graduated and what we get now is nothing but a job that is done by any undergraduate...

                          This is mere FRAUD and nothing else.. I request the respected court to take action against this at least now...

                            Dear Sir,



                            I need help.



                            I have ICICI Prudential life insurance .Policy No:04336092.



                            At the time of taking policy I had opted for ECS option. But ECS was rejected . After that I had started giving cheuqe each month as per their advice only.



                            But last year I had given cheque(ICICI BANK) , but it doesnot get cleared. Bank replied that they hadnot received any cheque. And Prudential didnot able to answer anything.

                            I shifted from Mumbai to kolkata and I start giving payment from my ICICI Bank Netbanking option and stop giving them cheques.



                            But last month Prudential deposited one cheque, whch i had not issued last month.



                            Since December,08 till today i have not issued any cheque to Pru, as its very difficult to track and I had a very bad expreince for the same in past..

                            But I need photocopy of the cheque. And aIso want to understand when payment is going every month, then all of a sudden why they deposited cheque without any intimation.



                            2 months back I had visited Kakurgachi Branch, Kolkata also just to satisfy myself that payment and my policy is going soomthly. And Branch people says that everything is normal, after that also i m suffering.



                            Also my concern is that when somebody is not paying installment , then due payment, charges will be there immdiately, or may be policy lapse letter will send across.Then why Prudential takes almost 15 days to solve this. I had received refund on 1st of october that also with long followup.



                            I hope I will get your help and proper response

                              I am Ms. [censored]al Wakhariya, Having a life insurance policy with ICICI. no. is 03057867. My agent name is Mr. Dipesh Ghiya based in Akola Maharashtra. I was giving money regularly to him but he was paying it late. Die to which the policy got lapse also. Now the company charge 6000 fine. Second thing I been reqyuesting mr. DIpesh for complete statement of payment since 15 days. I was told on october 1st 2009, to to fax the request. I did the same or 3rd of october 2009. Now they are saying they havent received the fax. I am fed up now. More than that I am working I cant go every now and then to fax. Please take the corrective action immediately and get my lose repaid.

                                  I had applied for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance (smart kids)in July for an insurance of Rs.5 lacs for my son, Alaric Lewis. So I paid the first installment of Rs. 25,000/-, vide cheque no. 496980 dtd. 14/7/2009 drawn on Saraswat Bank, thru Blue Chip, Kalyan Branch. The cheque was cleared by ICICI on 17th July. After a week their Dr.visited me for a medical test and said that I am fit and ICICI too will confirm and send a letter to that effect. After a fortnight I received a letter from ICICI to do a medical test done at Apollo Hospital, to which I reverted to Blue Chip if it is required, so they said that it should be ignored because their Dr. has confirmed that I am medically fit. I also faxed to them my thyroid test reports for which I take mild doses of Eltroxin 50 mg tablets and now the reports are normal. Moreover thyroid is not a major disease. After a month I enquired about the policy, I did not get any reply, but Blue Chip was informed that the policy could not be issued to the party because the cheque has not been cleared (that is the first lie). I was shocked to hear that because my passbook clearly states that the cheque has been cleared on 17th July. When these details were forwarded to ICICI, now they said that I am not medically fit to be issued a policy so my policy has been withdrawn (2nd lie). On hearing this I was in a mental trauma, because my medical tests did not prove either. I was mentally disturbed so much that my BP shot low, got muscle spasms due to severe tension. Now after 2 months I received their cheque of Rs. 25,000/- vide cheque no. 313358 dated 12/9/2009. On receiving this I was relieved of all the tensions that had created that atleast I got my principal amount, so I deposited this cheque to the bank and found that ICICI has stopped the payment of this cheque. I fail to understand why till today ICICI has not issued a policy to me in the very first place. The mental trauma involved in this is tremendous. This is against the ethics of any Insurance Company. Moreover I had to pay the outward cheque Return charges of Rs.55.15 for NO FAULT OF MINE. Hence I want ICICI to pay me the penalty for all the mental trauma and extra bank charges levied on me. I would request the Consumer Forum to intervene in this matter and give me proper justice.

                                  as a member of ICICI Pru. i disagree with ur view point. What happens in todays world is that a single person can broke the good will of a company in the mind of 1 or for a group of persons. Here, in ur case what i came to know that. the first mistake commited by u is that u have trusted the person whom u were in touch during the drama. and also he was not an employee of IPRU.

                                  May i brie[censored] the mistakes taken place,
                                  1) IPru doesn't have engaged any doctor or medical peoples to go to the customer's house and make the check up.
                                  2) As you have opted for a 5 lakhs coverage, if you are in an age above 45 medical check up is mandatory.(medical may be triggered on reviewing some other details like, family history, physical status etc)
                                  3)If company have reccomended you an medical check up. it has to be done for the issuance of the policy.
                                  or else the policy will be withdrawn and the premium will be senmt back to the customer post the waiting period more than 1 month.
                                  4) IPRU will give back the amount vide cheque only, and the validity of the cheque will be restricted to 3 months for securiy reasons.
                                  5)If the customer recieves the cheque after the above mentioned period, he can submit the cheque in our offioce and we will revalidate and return the same to the customer.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I was looking for an term plan for myself and was searching options for that. I was contacted by MR. Debjyoti, he told me that he is an employee of ICICI Prudential and gave me the plan details of ICICI PRU Pure Protect Elite plan. The plan that was discussed was ICICI PRU Pure Protect Elite, with an Sum Assured of RS. 50,00,000 and term of 30 years with an Annual premium of RS. 13,036. I gave all the documents and filled an application from along with the payment of RS. 13,036 to Mr. Debjyoti(The ICICI Pru Employee from Bannerghata Road Branch, Bangalore) on 14th August 2009. Mr. Debjyoti informed me that my credit card will be charged with the premium, only after the policy gets issued. He also informed me that it will take 4-5 days before policy gets issued and I will have to go for medical examination.

                                    On 17th August 2009, I received a call from ICICI Prudential, informing me that I have to go for medical examination on 18th of September 2009 at NM Medical Centre, Bangalore. I went for the medical examination on 18th September, but while I was undergoing medical examination, I received an sms from my banker that I was charged RS. 13,036 by ICICI Prudential. Now that was a shock to me. as Mr Debjyoti told me that the premium will only be charged after policy gets issued. I called Mr Debjyoti to clarify, and he told me that the amount has been charged to you, because the policy is issued and you will receive the policy in 2-3 days time.

                                    I waited for 5 days, and then I checked the status of my application on ICICI Prudential website on 23rd September 2009, where I got the status as follows:

                                    I again called Mr. Debjyoti on 23th September 2009 to ask him, what is this D-EXTRA RATING FOLLOW UP, he told me that he doesn't know anything about it, and he will give a call after checking with the branch. After that, on 23th, 24 and 25th September, I tried calling him on his cell phone for more than 200 times, he never picked up the phone neither he called me back.

                                    Now to check the status I called the ICICI Prudential customer care no. [protected], and they informed me that the D-EXTRA RATING FOLLOW UP, is nothing but an extra premium needed from customer to issue the policy. I asked them how much extra premium is required and for what reason. But the customer care, doesn't had any answer for my quires. They told me that it's not yet uploaded in the system. ICICI Pru customer care suggested me to contact my advisor for further information, in reply I informed that My advisor MR. Debjyoti is not picking up his cell phone. In reply to my query they told me that the policy has been logged in by advisor MANJRI MRINAL not by DEBJYOTI.

                                    I was shocked to hear that, as I met with Debjyoit and handed over my documents to him, and how come my policy was logged in in the name of another advisor. So I asked them to give me contact number for MAJRI MRINAL ( the so called advisor for my policy), for which the customer care replied that they don't have the contact number of MAJRI MRINAL updated in their system. Then I asked to provide me with the Branch Contact number, for which they again declined stating that their systems are not working. I called customer care 3 times to find out more about my policy, extra premium and the reason for extra premium , but never got the answer from them. They kept telling me that I will receive the extra premium letter in 2-3 days time at my residential address, but I never got any letter on my address so far.

                                    I did received an e-copy of the extra premium letter on 25th August 2009, wherein I was asked by ICICI Prudential to pay the Premium as RS. 14114 as against as the original quote of Rs.13036. I called Customer care again to know the reason behing the extra premium, for which they never gave me any answer.

                                    The EXTRA Premium letter issued by ICICI Prudential, states that I have to pay an premium of RS. 14114, and give an consent to ICICI Prudential that I am ok with the extra premium, and then they will issue my policy.

                                    Since I felt like cheated by ICICI Prudential because of their non-transparent process, their inability to handle customer queries and the cheating done by their advisers. I decided to not to take this policy, I called customer care and asked them about the process to close this policy and get my money back. The customer told me that I should go to an ICICI Prudential branch, and give them a written application, and the I will get my money back in 6-8 working days.

                                    On 29th August 2009, I went to ICICI Prudential, Indranagar Branch, Bangalore, and submitted my written application stating that I don't want to pay an extra premium, so please refund my money back. The customer service officer at the branch, informed me I will receive my money back in 6-8 working days time. I waited till 1oth September, but when I hadn't received money, I called customer Care and they informed me that , they have not received any application my side. They suggested me to contact the branch again, I again went to the branch and their I was told that my application has already been forwarded to the ICICI Prudential office.

                                    I again called customer care on 14th September 2009, and then again I got the same reply that they have not received anything and they again suggested me to go to the branch and check with them. I told them that I visited the branch already a couple of times, and they told me that it's done from their end. Then the Customer Care asked me to email my queries to the [protected]@iciciprulife.com.

                                    on 14th September 2009, I wrote an email stating the whole issue to the [protected]@iciciprulife.com. on 15th September I received an email from ICICI Prudential, stating that they have received my email and will respond back by 18th September 2009. I also received an call from ICICI Prudential Mumbai, and they also informed me that they will get back by 18th September 2009. Now it's 22nd September 2009, today, and I am still awaiting an response from ICICI Prudential.

                                    Today, I again called Customer Care, and again they gave me the same answer to contact the branch.

                                    Now, its too much, I submitted an application on 29th August, and now it's 22nd September, and I am still waiting for my money back from ICICI Prudential. It's my money and I am running from pillar to post to get it. When I call customer care, they suggest me to contact the branch and when I visit the branch, they tell me to contact customer care. In this scenario where should I go now?

                                    Here are my complaints against ICICI Prudential:

                                    1. When I submitted my documents to MR. Debjyoti and he only gave me the acknowledgment, how can ICICI Prudential allow someone else ( MANJRI MRINAL) to be my advisor without my consent?

                                    2. Why ICICI Prudential doesn't have the contact information for MANJRI MRINAL and their Bannerghata road, Bangalore branch office?

                                    3. When I submitted the written application on 29th August 2009, why It;s taking too long to refund my money back?



                                    Hope to see a satisfactory investigation from your end. Please help me out in getting my money back, and overcome this mental tension.

                                    I applied for a Health Saver Policy, on 9/2, the money was deducted from my a/c on 11/2, the policy is still not issued, when i check on the status, it keeps on going into a loop every 2 days, and when i call their helpline number[protected], they keep repeating, after 2 days it will be issued.

                                    This insurance company is not well established like LIC. The annuity payments in Pension policies are never paid in time and one has to run about from pillar to post. All auto messages and responses without any positive action. The initial response comes that they will respond within 2 days. After 2 days u get a message that it will take another 5 working days. please note " Working" Even though it implies a calender attribute it actually means when their personnel will work to resolve the issue. After dragging on like this u will get a message they are unable to find why it has not been credited into account and the client ned to check with bank and a statement that same is not credited. there is no end to this.
                                    Presently LIC is best company in all aspects and icici prulife has emulated the old service of LIC. LIC annuity comes ontime and never fails even GOD fail. Their customer service is now excellent. Once a complaint is registered they will be after that to resolve and in fact contact you also on same.

                                    Thus the annuity policy 11486154 i acquired after the expiry of Forever policy has been the foolish thing in My life to remember forever. Once you have opted for "Annuity for Life" then this company will harass you and make u dies earlier so that nothing is payable to anyone on death as per terms of the Policy.

                                    The moral is never deal with companys. Go only to GOVT owned LIC which is the best now in the marke eventhough the returns may be conservative. The Private companys fool public by various attarctive schemes not to be honoured after the Policy lapses. U have not channel to redress also since IRDA is also just a slave to them. They are reluctant to even accept a complaint. They will ask you to await a response which never comes with a solution. One has really struggle more with IRDA since you will never get any response for a mail or letter. Recently they have grievance No:155255 which telephone is attended immediately but the receiver is afraid to register any complaint. During a recent interaction they gave icici prulife No:42058000, Gayatri Nathan. But if you ring this number You will find all the grievance cell in the world are better than this. They do not even wish to talk to you and know the Problem or Grievance. I think they are nopt paid for it.
                                    It is to inform you that I have been cheated by ICICI Pandri branch Raipur, bank staff.

                                    They have given me all the wrong information about policy, Policy No.18013380 & application no.Ol00725438.When I came to know and approached them on 29 -30 august they said that the document will be reached to your home address.I did not received policy bond.I went to bank repeatedly both of them said that the courier man has said that I could not found the address and the policy has been sent back to our head office and we have requested the head office to send in our Pandri branch.I went again & again then they said that you go to our Telibandha office.I Went there & given a application to cancel the policy because I am not satisfied.The head of staff there said that the policy can not be cancelled as free look period is over.I said that I have not received the policy, on reply they said that you have opted for soft copy only hence no hard copy will be given to you and refused to accept my application on 26/09/2013.But I have not opted for so.

                                    So I request you look in to the matter seriously, as I am very old customer of ICICI and never has been cheated so BADLY as by Mr.Ashok Patel & Miss.Prassana.

                                    Also please cancel my policy and credit the amount to my account.

                                    After constant pursuance by Miss PRIYA & SWETA from your Faridabad branch from M:[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] on the plea that I shall be given zero% loan of ten lakh within 45 days after having ICICI PRU policy.Believing the promise I got policy no :18511182 by paying Rs 102000/ and received the policy booklet on 25/3/14.
                                    Contrary to promise I was kept on tenterhook by baseless excuses ie completion of FI, civil clearance by 26 April 2014, after it will be sent to Acct/loan deptt.They tried to let pass free look period.Sensing that I have been trapped by fraudulent ways of business promotion by extending fake promises, I applied for surrendering/cancelling the policy with request to credit my deposited amount with my SBI A/C [protected] within the free look period of 30 days.
                                    In response to reply dt 30/4/14 received on 2/5/14 from your local branch of Pitam Pura Delhi which add fuel to my grievance I immediately again forwarded the same request for cancellation of policy and its refund on 2/5/14.
                                    It is worthless to associate with Co which expand business by fake promises/fraudulent ways and put the mobile numbers out of order and de-link communication soon after trapping customer.
                                    Even your NOIDA-63 branch manager phoned&persuaded me on 24&25/4/14 to withdraw the cancellation application by accepting all the promises made earlier and their compliance, but it was again a fraudulent attempt to distract me.
                                    Pl cancel it and ensure refund & show honesty

                                        I received a telephone call from above said company's Sn.representative on 27/06/09 and they give me the detail of new product that if i paid min.for a period of three years a sum of Rs.15000/ half yearly , Co. paid min. interest @ 14--16% and maturity value after three year will be above Rs, one lac thirty thousand .On giving verbal consent, Co.send their local representative Mr.Gorav (M.Ph.[protected]), who reach with in 30 minute same day.I told him detail on which i gave my consent and asked him to fill the form accordingly. After few day again i received a call from Delhi and she verified the facts ,the period informed me by her is five year which is incorrect so i informed her that i paid only for three years and on the expiry of this period i want to received back the product. After the lapse of more than 2month i received Life Insurance bearing No.12227722 and the period as per letter "As per our record the term of your Life StageRPis10year" .As per condition no. 2.2 if policy surrender after 3years surrender charges will be [protected]@ 4% of the fund value.Policy certificate shows" due date of last premium:26/02/19". Thus this is clear cheating I want to refund with interest and penalty.
