I had applied for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance (smart kids)in July for an insurance of Rs.5 lacs for my son, Alaric Lewis. So I paid the first installment of Rs. 25,000/-, vide cheque no. 496980 dtd. 14/7/2009 drawn on Saraswat Bank, thru Blue Chip, Kalyan Branch. The cheque was cleared by ICICI on 17th July. INCORRECT DEDUCTION OF UNITS

I have invested in ULIP of ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE. Misbehaviour of the ICICI executive

Non receipt of commission for the Financial year 2008-2009

I Mohit Gupta, was the advisor of ICICI Prudential from 24.09.2006 to 31.03.2009. That the ICICI Prudential give the commission of rs. 11, 103/- for the financial year[protected] and deducted the amount of Rs. 1, 144/-.
