      first they told they will open it on Monday and I did not have money in my account I got salary and they just opened it.
      and moreover they had to call me for funds distribution without my confirmation they did 40-60 I checked with customer care.
      and I 50000 each year really..I never told
      please revert at the earliest

        Hi,
        I Hold a policy with ICICI prudential Life Insurance since 2007 & i had signed for ESC service
        but to my horror the ECS is deducted on the 29th of every month, i have repeatedly requested the insurance company to change the ECS date but they tell me that its as per the initiation date of the policy & there is no way possible to change the ECS date of withdrawl (they have also mentioned a RBI ruling for the same which i have never heard of) .
        Adding on to that i even offered to pay a premium in advance to solve the problem at my end but the company excutives told me that if I pay a premium in advance they will not withdraw the funds through ECS for that particular month & continue doing the same every time I pay an advance premium.
        Kindly help & do let me know if there is nay substance in the company executives telling me about the RBI ruling on ECS

        Dear Manager
        I don't know what is my fault if i was unable to take ur any policy scheme. There is an employee in ur company named Mr. Manish whose mobile number is [protected], and he don't know how to behave with those who are even not a customer of your's any scheme or even your bank. He said that i am fraud tell me how i am a fraud? Next time if this controversial matters would happened to me it may be harmfull to this bank's reputation in market.
        First of all your guys called us and requests to do some favour. If any how someone is unable to do so than they behave like frustrated guys.



        Do something in the favour in your company's reputation.
        Are you all sleeping in the company, or you are just here to loot the customers.

        While issuing a policy you all talk so sweet that all we can do is to believe you, & at the time of maturity, you all become pigs.

        How many times to remind you that I have completed my term of 3 years of policy & that the policy has now matured but i think you do not understand English, nor Hindi, nor any language except foul.

        Dont force me to use the unnecessary language & stop my ECS right now. Give me the term by when can i get my money & that is the amount that i will receive after all your pockets are filled.

        Really man, I dont believe that such a large company can fraud people to such a large extend.

        I have given my e-mail address . Reply me asap.
        I think Indian government should cancel the liscense of such fake company.

        Now if all you (including HOD's) are not sleeping reply me
        You all are really pigs, wild pigs who only know to fill their stomach.

SALES, one of the Deped employee of Palapag-II, District at Palapag, Northern Samar i would like you to stop/cancell deducting my salary for the reason that i am not interested with this kind of services you are dealing with me..then i have complain regarding the process of your application for membership...why is it that you are deducting my salary even if i did not give yet my employee number to one of your agent representave went in our town...hindi ko nga ibinigay yung employee number ko kasi hindi me enterested na maging member nito...then how come na you starting deducting my salary last month???so i am hoping that you may look forward to this matter..hope this following month you emmediately stop deducting my salary

            When policy has paid any amount towards premium, instantly payment has been accepted by authority, but they kept such amount in suspense account, despite of crediting in policy account. when policy holder asking such query where is my received premium then ICICI PEOPLE clarify that your amount has been kept in suspense account even after 30days, and when policy holder not paying such next premium, icici people put in LAPSE MODE, again policy holder asked such query ICICI PEOPLE clarify that such amount already been credited in TOP UP ACCOUNT after receiving such amount before 25days.

            I had to send direct mail reluctantly to you when your policy holder's grievance cell fail to give me even partial solution to my problem. After
            I had purchased Life time Pension II product By Policy No. 02451879 on[protected] and paid regular premium up to[protected].

            How ever No one has provide any policy services after my advisor has left your company.

            Now your concern policy administrative authority has grab my FUND SWITCHING WRIGHT, And not allow me to switch my accrued fund without giving me any proper and suitable reason, when I ask him to refer such guide line not indicated in Product Brochure or Even in Policy document provided to me from Policy servicing department.
            Being A No.1 Private MNC Insurance company in INDIA, Is it my wright decision to purchase your product Now?
            Please Please Direct concern to give me Policy Holder Oriented solution to my wright decision to have your product.

                Sir I had taken Premier Life Gold Policy in 2007 from ICICI agent they told to me that it is single investment plan but the policy of three year plan I told to him but this is 3 year plan they told to me that told to us u will not given any money after one preium I fill that policy after one year they force to me to pay preimium other ur policy will be demoish and u will get 25% of money. I threatened to him that I will take legal action if you touch my money. Than they offer that we will give you new policy Life Link super. I asked to him but my fund value is now 2, 30, 000/- they told that we only invest which is your actual investment it means 2, 00, 000/- I said ok but this prosses going delay by delay my fund value now 1, 50, 000/- Now they issued me a new policy Life Link Super from old date of my old fund value they didn't invest my 2, 00, 000/ Rs. they invest 1, 50, 000/- I asked to any person where is my 45, 000/- after dedcection they told this actual fund value when u purchase ur old policy. One side they said we will invest 2, 00, 000/ with new policy from latest date current nav rate one side they give new policy from old date take chagers from new policy and they give me old fund value it means if the profit then company take if the market loss then customer bearer when the they selling wrong product what should I do nobody help me should knock the law door or there any rule of Miss selling product.

                  Pls suggest us in the following situation.

                  A person who is working as senior in icici prudential life insurance bank and forced us to join in a policy from icici prudential life insurance, he told us he will give us 7% commission from the policy amount, but he did not give us such amount since one year, if he does this type of job how can we trust your bank? is there any way to complaint against him? if so pls suggest us.

                  Yet this time, I have not received my welcome kit and other issues like Photo Licence card (From ICICI), IRDA Certificate etc...

                    It is to bring your kind notice that I have submitted an application for cancellation of my hospital care policies No.06842190, 91 and 93 due to financial problems on 25/11/08 and submitted all their respective documents to the concerning ICICI prudential life insurance company branch office at Dwarka.

                    But I shocked to receive yr . letter No. Comp/doc/may/2008/486 that you processed my application on 06/12/08 after taking illegally payment from my credit card without prior my willingness.

                    It is therefore requested to refund the deducted amount against above ICICI prudential hospital care policies and inform me as early as possible.

                      Hi,

                      This complain is in regards to my premium policy which i got renewed as per the ECS option i had on my Citibank credit card. The payment has been made but still ICICI prudential confirms non recepit of the payment. I have all the confirmation from Citibank that the payment has been made to them but still they are not abelt o find it. My policy is in a paid up mode and am not getting any benefits of it.
                      Please advise whats the next step taken against them so that i can either get my money or get the policy updated.

My Prudential life time super policy No.05419519. But I regret to say that premium receipts for these periods have not been received till date despite repeated reminder through SMS. Take prompt action to despatch the receipt in question.

                              I gone for Premier Life Pension Poilcy ( Rich Fund) No 10432928 on Nov 20, 2008 I would like to cancel this as M/s India Infoline gave totally wrong information ( Mr K Jagga Rao Cell No [protected] ) aboutthis product that after 36 month you will get Rs 12.77.000 you have pay only 60, 000 / years as premium for 2 years only etc etc and I send 5, 00, 000 on this in in todays market condition
                              When I went to ICIC Prudential office in Banjera Hill today ( Dec 3, 2008 ) to canecl They says that the refund will be based on today NSV means I will ne lossing appro 70 to 80, 000 Rs

                              Pl note that I am having ICICI bank a/c since 1999 and having Life insurance Policy also

                              I am worried about all this after seeing all this

                              Can you get my full Rs 5 lac back to me

                              I have invested Rs.1, 50, 000/ in your policy as per the advise of the consultant Ms.Bluechip. My policy no. is 05769170. I understand that the market value had dropped almost 50%. As I am already 60 years the financial consultant should nothave recommended this plan to me. I have specifically informed them that I need a plan which will fetch a monthly income. Under the above conditions I would like to convert the so far accumulated funds to an alternative insurance plan. Kindly advise me in this regard

                              There is no proper information from the agent or from the bank regarding the RICH FUND icici prudential, simply, they have advertised in the cable, tv and pamplets attracted huge amount from the public and kept quiet. There is no proper insulation for the funds invested, and the bank managers are cordial when accepting the funds, and when we go for clarification, they are not in a position to clear our doubts. It is simply waste of time and energy dealing with icici
                              I agree on the complaint of mehar, and i am also not happy with the way, the fund value of the rich fund, the bankers say, so may stories, but in vain. very bad investment in the year 2008 putting hard earned money in icici prudential life insurance rich fund,

                              I agree with the complaint of Vasantha Rajan . The consultants are misguiding the investors and are not highlighting the products that suits the investors.the factors such as age, premium payment capacities are not taken into account while suggesting the investment options. I was made to believe that the investments under ICICI Prulife are single premium whereas the scheme requires periodical investments with lock in periods.The fact is coming to light only when we read the policy documents.I incurred huge loss when I was not in a position to pay subsequent premiums. Consultants are doing business just to earn their commissions and achieve their targets. I request the investors to be cautious with consultants/fund managers before venturing into any such investment.

                                    I would like to inform that my sister have lodged so many complaints regarding one of ICICI advisors of Bangalore office, cheating her and taking 40, 000 from her. He came to collect money on behalf of ICICI Prudential to deposit for the annual premium for an insurance scheme. But he ran away taking all the money and he didn't deposit that money.

                                    Its been almost 30 months since the incident has happened and she has spoken to so many ICICI people but, we fail to understand that such a big Bank like ICICI has not been able to do anything.

                                    ICICI Pru people told that they will do something about this matter and they asked us to deposit the premium asap. Somehow we again deposited the money thinking that they will do something later on so that we wont deposit the money for next premium. But they are least bothered about that they just money.

                                    My question is if they are hiring any agent to collect money then its their responsibility to take care of agent and customers money. Their agent are doing such a type of fraud then who is responsilbe, off course ICICI.

                                    If this is how they treat their customer then we think this needs to go public and let others also know what kinda of service they provide.

                                    Please do something to resolve this matter and get our money back.

                                    Hi - i am currently facing the same problem. One of the agent came and took 60000 from our home and then states that he has lost the money. Once we started probing only we came to know that this guy is no longer their agent. Its the duty of the bank to update their customers that a particular agent is no longer working with them else all ppl like us will be cheated.
                                    I am wondering how to go about this now??

                                    I was contacted by some ICICI agent named Mr. Ranjeet Singh(Mobile No. [protected]) in the last month of July 2010. He contacted me for some ICICI Prudential policy and committed me certain benefits of this Policy like this ::

                                    "Assured wealth investment of 50K for 3 years only and get the guarantee return of 2, 70, 000 after 5 years, medical cover of 2 lac, insurance cover of 5, 10, 15 lac, tax benefit and 20 percent cash back on 1st premium, these offers are valid from 20th July to 29th of July 2010".

                                    I got a message from him(From mobile number [protected]) mentioning the above commitments and I have that message with me. On 25th Aug 2010 I got my policy kit but none of the commitments he made to me was there in the policy kit. Then I called him at his mobile and he said that this is just a temporary policy kit and I'll receive a final policy kit within 15-20 days with the commitments he made to me. But after 20 days I still have not got that final bond papers. Then today I called him again and then he said that he has left the ICICI Prudential company and then when I started arguing with him he started abusing me and gave threats to my life.
                                    Then today I went to the ICICI Pru office, 2nd floor, Harsha Bhawan, Unit 13-29, Block-E, Circle D, CP, New DElhi-110001 and had a talk with the manager there. The manager told me that there is no such king od policy or benefits in the market and whatever commitments Ranjeet made to us are all false.

                                    I would like to say that I bought this policy because of the brand and trusted name of the ICICI Prudential but after whatever has happened to me I don't want to continue this policy, since I bought this policy because of the benefits your executive told to me but now since I am not getting all these benefits so I would like to get this policy canceled and I want all my money back.

                                    So please do the needful to cancel this policy and give me all my money back.
                                    If I don't my money back then I'll file a case of fraudulent in Consumer Court against ICICI and that ICICI Pru executive Mr Ranjeet.
                                    I have also filed a complaint with the ICICI Pru costumer care yesterday on call.

                                    I am also facing the same problem with this fellow. i was told that i will get 162000/ if i invest 30000 for 3 years. I got 2 policies in the name of my sons in first week of april 2010. I was also told that incentive cheque of 12000/= will be posted to me. It is over 6 months but nothing has happened. this bugger still says that i will get the additional bond. he once even told that it has been dispatched on 7/09/2010 by BSA courier. but nothing has been recieved. CAN ANY BODY ON THIS EARTH SAY LIES FOR CONTINUOUS 6 MONTHS, AND FOOLING THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. CAN"t ICICI PRU TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM.                                       espected Sir / Madam,

                                      With reference to the captioned, you are requested to note the following points, and compensate me for the inexplicable behaviour of your staff:

                                      1. I had applied for 5 policies (with premium amounts of Rs. 2000=00 each) in the names of Mr. Roque Britto, Mrs. Hilda Britto (my parents), myself, and for my two sisters Sunita and Smita. Mr. Premal Sheth (Financial Service Manager) of the Dahisar / Amboli office was handling the case, and the documentation formalities were completed by his juniors Gaurav and Vineet.

                                      At that point, Premal had confirmed over phone that he would not be presenting the cheques for my parents' applications, till the time the test results are known.

                                      I was shocked to observe that he did not keep his word, and instead facilitated the cheques' presentment, against his commitment.

                                      2. When I wished to have compensated with interest for breach of trust and hence cancellation of my proposal, Premal (and his colleague Bhavna) fooled me into asking my parents go for the test, on the condition that a copy of the medical reports would be made available to me.

                                      3. I have made innumerous calls to Premal, Bhavna, and hs entire team at the Dahisar office, and found no co-operation. Instead, they were happy to go into hiding, and were very reluctant to face me over phone.

                                      4. When I asked Premal to let me consult his senior Samir Dharkar on the issue, he bluntly refrained from providing his contact details, rendering me even more helpless.

                                      5. Till date, I have not received the copy of the medical reports, and I believe that my parents have been denied an opportunity to challenge the rejection of their applications, on the basis on an unfavourable test result.

                                      6. I find Premal to be a very non-coperative person, with the least managerial skills, and one that does not respect his clients considering the profession he is in.

                                      Please take the above points into consideration, and provide justice. Thanks.

                                        i, pranav bhattacharya, had taken the hospital care policy from icici prudential life insurance company limited with a hope that if someday i were injured, my family would have at least some reliefe from tention of arranging money. unfortunately on 11/5/2008, i had an accident when i was on my way to my office and a dog came across my way hitting my bike. i had fractures and was immideately admitted to an hospital where i had surgeries of my right leg as well as my left hand.
                                        now after being descharged after eight days of hospitelisation i called the policy advisor and handed over the photocopies of Discharge Certificate, hospital bills with all break ups, a driving licence copy and dully filled claim statement form as reqired by the policy documents. after one month when i had called to cutomer care of ICICI PRUDENTIAL to inquire about progress of my claim, i was told that the documents had not reached there till that date. inquiring the local office i was informed that some formalitis were remaining due to which my documents could not be sent. i, again after fifteen days, called CC of ICICIPRU. to know that my documents were still in local office and the local officials had told that still there were formalities remaining. thus it took almost six months that my papers reached to claim settelment cell. it took six complete months that CC of ICICIPRU. told me that WE RECIEVED YOUR DOCUMENTS.
                                        however, after six months and fifteen days on 6/10/08 i recieve a letter from ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY that they still need a few more documents, which i understand, i had already submitted to them. i had given an email in this connection but still unanswered.
                                        what i complain is that when i am injured and i cannot even walk properly, they are forcing me to run hospital, local ICICI office, advisor's home etc . only for the those documents which are already with them. and if they have any kind of doubt why dont they send a survayor to the hospital directly to varify the things or collect any document related with the case. why these private insurance companies physically and mantally torture the people while giving even the genuin claims, who make trust on them while purchasing policies and paying the heavy premiums that some day in need the insurance company will help.
                                        at last i would add that i am told that without knocking the doors of Consumer Forum there is no way i can get my claim. i would say that if it is the truth and is happning practically, why don't they add in policy documents clearly that if you have to get the claim, you would have to go to the Court.

                                        this is not a single complaint i was an employee of icici prudential some time ago.we also received complaints in this regard in the field, but the attitude of all the insurance companies are[protected]%).which means reject 70% of the claims, give 10% claims who comes with the approach of some influential personality, give10% genuine claims & rest 10% let themgo to court...


                                        so this is not an easy task toget a claim
                                        yes, it is not a single complaint. my Brother-in-Law has the same problem. His claim for hospitalization expense due to a mild heart attack is pending at icici office for a long period, telling that the claim is under processing. I am not sure he got it through normal way.
