[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential — Poor ICICI Prudential Service

I had made a payment of Rs.15,000 against the Renewel of my ICICI Prulife policy but i had received receipts only for Rs.13,500. I posted them the same case twice and again they have posted me the same receipts. In a telephonic conversation with them they said the Rs.1500 is balance with them and will be adjusted in next payment, they said the amount will not debited form my account but again the amount Rs.1500 was withdrawn from my ICICI account and also they have adjusted the Rs.1500 amount for the same month. I dnt know how they people are doing these things and why anybody not stopping them but i have decided to do the same.

ICICI Prudential — misleading and foreclosing without communication

We had come to invest into FD to ICICI Indranagar branch, Bangalore in 2008 Sept and the officer invested the same in two poilcys of 50000/- each. Policy nos are 10004925 and 09994951. We recived an letter saying policy no 10004925 has been foreclosed and the letter has a cheque of 12400/- . When contacted call center the reply was both polices have been forclosed for which we had no intimation letter nor any communication. For policy no 09994951 still no letter or communication has come. Wish to clearly state that this is a misleading activity done by your officer of turning our FD request to Unit linked plans which we realised now after the letter. Please provide an solution and let us know whats the status of rs 1 lac which we have invested.

Its highly disturbing how officers misguide and invest customers money knowing that they will have all legal documents after getting the documents signed.

and again a reminder on 10/18/2011 5:44 PM from my office email id, but nobody will respond or ready to help. Will somebody please help me take appropriate action against this.

Following is the email content which I sent.

Hello team,

My Smart kid Policy #06124195 which is taken 4 + years ago. I myself worked as a part time financial advisor and helped many people join ICICI PRU family HOWEVER I am very disappointed with my policy performance where I have paid 1 LAKH 20, 000 RUPEES In total in the first 3 years and now I see the fund value is at Rupees# 77086.0833.



I HAVE TRIED MY BEST to manage my policy and made switches based on market fluctuations/whenever I have time as I work in night shifts most of the time, Failing to SEE my MONEY GROWING I decided to seek help from ICICI customer care and initiated many chat sessions online and phone calls where they have PROMISED to send an executive to my home to assist manage policy also ask a dedicated fund manager to look at my account however NO ACTION has ever been taken.



NOW…. My Only questions is if YOU are in my position will you let your MONEY grow NEGATIVELY from 1 LAKH 20, 000 RUPEES to 77086.0833 RUPEES that too in a 4 years’ time which is a decent time for markets to fluctuate and stabilize.



ALL I want is SEE MY MONEY GROWING else return my complete MONEY I paid towards the premiums.

You will lose me as a customer as well ALL MY friends, family and company and corporate network who will never BUY ICICI PRU after sharing my experience.



If required I may take appropriate legal action as well with all the PROOFS I have.

The mazgoan tarwadi branch is completely hopeless.i have opened a policy and the employees over there are least bothered about the further process which i shuld get.
The are not at all following me up.and also not solving my queries.
The tarwadi mazgoan branch of icici prudential is irresponsible and hopeless .i have open a opened a policy but the employees are not giving me follow up about the further processes and are not giving me any response.
i am not getting reciepts of my ICICI Prulife policies.
Dear Sirs/Madam,

I had taken policy no# 13265539. The next premium was due in Jan 2012.
The payment [RS.30, 000]for the premium was made to the company vide
ICICI bank cheque no# 512201 on 21/Feb/2012. As per my bank
statement, this payment has been debited from my account on
21/feb/2012.[Details attached]

I received a call from prulife that my amount is not deposited and
need payment urgently.
I have visited ICICI ban branch Parivahan Marg and confirmed about the
payment. They have given me bank statement according to which amount
is debited from my account on 21st Feb. itself.
As per companies official in ICICI bank -parivahan marg branch i have
written account no.[protected] in PAY IN SLIP. The cheque was drawn
in favour of ICICI Policy 13265539.
The premuim payment is made using cheque in the name of ICICI Prulife
life with policy number mentioned on it. The fact that it is debited
from my account is a solid proof about ICICI prulife receiving the
payment. The only problem is that amount is not credited to my policy
is due to internal error or negligence or inefficiency of the company
staff .

I had taken policy with ICICI Prudential life Insurance in March 2009 my policy no is 11530051.
At the time of discussion advisor told me that premium of the policy is 25000 thousand per six month and you will have to pay premium till three years.
But they have put it in different plan. Now it has been complete three years on 16 March 2012.I have paid 150, 000 One Lac fifty thousand to ICICI Prudential.
Now when i went to icici Prudential to get back the money they told me that the ploicy maturity date is 10 years and if you want to surrender your policy within three years, The 50 % amount will be deducted, and your policy’s growth is under loss as your policy amount is 1, 10000 One lack Ten Thousand, and after 50 % deduction you will get 55000 Fifty thousand only. I have logged Complaint with ICICI Prudential but they frequently declining that we cannot do anything we have lots of such as complaint.
