Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very much surprised and frighten by the way ICICI Prudential’s ethics and procedures at work. I received ICICI Prudential Life Insurance policy. I had not opted for any policy and even I had not filled any form of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance policy. No verbal communication was done with me on this policy.
The policy document which I received also had one form which shows my personal details. I had never given any personal information to ICICI Prudential. The signature, Bank Account Number & Details, Residential Number, Mobile Number, Education, Name of organization, Official Address, Years of Experience, Annual Income, Mothers Age, Height & Weight, Documents Submitted, DOB of Nominee (Mother), Nominee Mobile & Residential Number, Cheque Number & every details of bank mentioned in the form are wrong and those are not given by me. I am sending attached policy documents - Partly in PDF format.
Addition to all this I have received e-pin on my residential address. When I logged on your website www.iciciprulife.com I found this login & pin works. I had also send ICICI the attached word file in which I had snap shots of the same and the Scan copy of policy document which I have received.
I asked explanation for my questions to ICICI and also request them to reply me beforre 30th September 2008. They never replied.

in March first week they revert me that my PF will be settled with in three working days.but my PF is not settled by today.
neither they revert me why my PF is not settled? nor they done settlement.
