[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — Committed bonus not being accepted

I had taken a CashBak Policy (No.[protected] from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in 2001. I received a letter Ref. 194997/TransLife dated 02Nov 2010 from Executive Director (Mr. Madhivanan Balakrishnan), ICICI Pru Life Insurance Co. Ltd. stating that my Policy has been given a special celebratory one-time bonus of 1.5% (amounting to Rs. 1951.35).

However, the subsequent Bonus statements from the Company do not have this bonus. Calling their helpline and sending mails to [protected]@iciciprulife.com has not resulted in correction of their records since they simply refuse to accept their own letter. I visited their Branch Office in Bangalore and handed over a copy of the said letter on 17 July 2013 to Abhishek Pathak (Senior Financial Services Manager). Neither did he not respond as assured, he even had the temerity to tell me that there is no such bonus. On asking about the sanctity of this letter, as usual, he said he will get back, but did not.

The intention of ICICI in not resolving this matter is not acceptable to me, and I am determined to take it to its logical conclusion. I request help and guidance. Rajkumar.

prudential insurance — add on

Hi,

i don't want the emi to be debited this time from my account any more for policy 03389300.

i had not authorized to debit my bank account to this policy and i am not intrested in this policy at all. this is what i am complaining from the past 2 years
and asking to refund my amount i don't want any add ons. the add ons should be communicated to me orally and not thru post the only insurance that bank told me is regarding the insurance for house and that is one time payment and i had agreed for it and no one from you company has told me that i had given an add on as a complimantary. complimantories are ment to make the customer happy but not screw him.

i have been calling your customer care when first time my bank account has got debited for this policy till that time no one has communicated to me and i don;t trust letters as i haven't even got the original documents of my home loan from the icici bank. so i damn trust letters

i want my funds( 2 yrs emi) to be reverted back to my account and intrest on that amount and my phone bills for calling your customercare

last time when i lodged a complaint one of your manager prem( Secunderabad branch near sangeeth theatre ) called me asked me to come down to the branch and when i called him that i am coming to branch he said he will not be available and will send an executive to my office and he told me that he will explain the product and other products so that i can change to any other product if i want and he also told that if i am not willing to any of those products he will try his best to revert my money and when i called him today he says i havent given u any option other than closing and keeo quite. even he promised me that he can take care of my home loan intrest rate

i want this to be sorted ASAP

i am not intrested in this policy at all none of you guys explained me before giving it to me as add on neither told me that you are giving me an add on


Don't take granted that customer is willing to take the policy if he has not reverted back in 15 days after delivery date. if the bank is conjuice enough to call him and get the confirmation how can you expect a normal person to call uncessarly to all the insurance companies and tell them that boss i am not intrested and where is the proff that he has agreed. if there are any add on please do inform the customer over fone or personally and not thru letters. and i strongly say that icici policies are such a way that customer feels happy when he is coming to your products and feels very bad once he has taken ypur products as the polices never take care of retaing the customer they only try for getting more customer base.


Inspite of charging the highest intrest rates this is a bonus for us
