Dear Sir/Madam, I am living in Chennai. Issue Explanation: During the Month of November 2014, I planned to invest money in life Insurance and enquired about ICICI Prudential. After that, Chennai ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Field Service Employee Mr. Babu called me frequently and canvassed about the PLAN continuously. Another person from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Sales Department Mr.Vijay also called me every day and convinced me to take the policy. In December month, I was also interested with the PLAN/POLICY finally. And i submitted the form along with address proof documents to Mr.Babu. Then he asked me a cheque of Rs.6250/- towards premium payment. I paid as CASH of Rs.6250/- on 03-DEC-2014 due to non-availability of cheque leaf. He gave one receipt for the payment.(attached) Then he said " the policy will be issued and policy document will be sent my postal address by 20 days". After that i don't get any calls or document to my address. After 20 days, I Called them Mr.Babu and Mr.Vijay, they didn't pick my call also. I tried to call more times and more days. Luckily one day (end of january month)Mr.BABU Picked the call and said it is not related to him. Mr.Vijay has to respond this query and asked me to follow him. Then i tried to call Mr. Vijay for more times and more days, but no proper response. Mid of February month, one day Mr. Vijay Picked my call and said "the policy is not issued because RBI declined this PLAN., So money will be returned back to the policy holders who started this policy. it will be credited to my account by 10 days". After 10 days I called him, he said " he is in Sales department, MR.Robin (manager) will be dealing this issue". And he provided another mobile number, mr.robin's. I called Mr.Robin many times, but no response for 1 week. Mid of March Month, Mr.Robin picked my call and said the money will be transferred to my ICICI account by 10 days. I called Mr. Robin April month, again no proper response. I called his mobile number many times. but no response. Luckily i got line with this number one day. Some one picked the call and said Robin is out of station. I don't know how to get money and called again Mr.Vijay, he promised me next week will be credited to my amount. I believed but not credited, so again i called Mr.Vijay after a week, he said it is not his duty, Mr.Robin has to respond this. I asked " why you promise, now telling robin to do" . But no response. Now it is may month. Last one week I am calling Mr.Vijay & Mr.Robin, but nobody picking my call and no updates for my amount paid. They switched off their mobiles sometimes. So i have sent SMS with sad & disappointment. But No response till this date. In conclusion: I paid the money of Rs.6250/ on 03-Dec-2014 towards ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Plan policy. Only mobile numbers were given by them to contact Insurance issues. I have been calling for more than 20 times per day for last 5 months, but no proper responses or updates to my money. Issue is : The policy was not issued and they said it was rejected, but not returning my money back for last 4 months and no proper response and no communication. Witness: I have attached the receipt details of payment made herewith. Mobile numbers of the persons i have contacted are : Mr.Vijay - [protected] Mr.BABU - [protected] Mr.Robin - [protected] My Stress: I am very much ashamed of myself as i was cheated or not able to get my money. I am disappointed by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. I am in more stress while i called their mobile number of times with no response. I am in unbearable sadness, anger and stress towards this problem. Kindly help to resolve the problem. And also let me know if you need more inputs from me.

I don't get any calls from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
When my problem will be resolved?
You will not get calls from ICICI prudential madam. They will only keep dragging the issue.
please let me know What is the Status of my complaint, almost 6 months going to be completed, simply dragging the issue and not returning my cash.

Unnecessarily, i have been given more stress and inconvenience.

Icic again is not inf policy will surander on three years to get 30 % amaunt so i will pay Rs 60000 i get only Rs 41300 so will reqwest to you total amaunt i refaded

    I hold a policy[protected] with a commencement date of 08/05/2010, with a 1 lakh premium annually, I have already paid Rs. 3lakhs so far, we have been away from the country for the past 2 years, I would like to know the value of this policy now and when will I be able to close this, I don't want to continue paying this amount anymore, I have tried contacting your office several times but fail to get through, request you to please send me some kind of communication, I would like to know what is happening to the amount.

I received SMS that it was sent to my my address on 10th Feb 2015. Moreover, you have sms me that the welcome kit has been develvd on this mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in but by the time of this policy i was mentioned mail id as [protected]@gmail . I have an icici prudental policy which i took in Feb 2015.and have visited 2 & 3 times in your ICICI Bank( Malad Branch ) where me one of the Executive of Malad Branch. he told me that you will get within week but no one trun from your end. angain have visited after 1 month and met same Executive of Malad Branch again he told it will take another week..but again not happend, again have visited after 1 month. this time the same Executive of Malad Branch told that he will personnely get in touch with me and follow up for the same... till date i am just waiting call from the Executive of Malad Branch. why your pepole laying, dishonour with custmers. i am realy feeling very bad about you.       have collect my wel come kit from Malad Branch...after raised complaint getting call from Mr.Gopal (Malad Branch) stated that the welcome kit laying with bank and he requested to come and collect form the Malad Branch. have visited y'day and collect the same. but still there is concern i.e. On policy my email id mentioned as [protected]@yahoo.com insted of [protected]@gmail.com have requesting you to change my email id. even have already informed about the same to Gopal (Malad Branch) and one more concern again reconfirmed with him that i will get 6, 00, 000 after 5 years because this is not mention in policy that is why hv reconfirmed with him. please confirm on these my concern then so i can close complaint from my end. please log this information in your system.

      This Is inform you that, have received call today from Mr R.K.Agrwal [protected] (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) ) Delhi, he was talking about my Policy No 19142762 file, which is in his office and insisting to cancel policy stating that your investing amount cannot be dubble, it depend on share marked ratio... if after 5yrs share marked down then the invest amount will be less... I am accepted this policy after assurance of your executive Mr.Gopal (Malad Branch) he was very much confirmed me that I ill get dubble amount after maturity. Can you check from your side. The information given by your executive is right or not. And also check with Mr. R.K.Agrwal may whether he was from Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI)...

            Name Trupti Pandit Policy Number 06125911 Documents submitted to surrender the policy as there is some payment to be done to builder the same was submitted on 13/04/2015. Document misplaced by Mulund branch, requested to resubmit again. Ensured NAV of 13th will be considered still wrong amount credited. Daily followup with branch they verbally informed remaining amount will get credited in 2-3 days, but no response on mail also this should have been treated on priority but even normal TAT is not followed. I am told that said policy will be redeemed at NAV as on 13th April but payment will be done after 10 working days. Why they are using my mondey for 10 working days free of cost?                     I was visiting the Santacruz west, Indraprastha, Linking Road ICICI branch to do some account formalities in July 2014. As I was about to leave, I was approached by the agent Mr Dhananjay and the lady at the desk Ms Jyoti to enrol for the elite life 2 policy maximiser V option. Despite repeatedly asking if there are any charges, they kept saying no there are no charges and the policy can be discontinued any time without any penalty. I was not provided with the policy documents and they coaxed me into signing some papers and sign up for the policy with a premium of 3 lac per year. The policy number is 18778697 I was later shocked to learn that Rs 12, 000 had been deducted from the premium as admin and service charges. I also learnt that there is a penality if you discontinue the policy. I had not been provided with any welcome kit I complained about this in Nov 2014, I was told by Dhananjay and Jyoti that I would be compensated for this loss but nothing has happened so far. The policy has performed poorly and not in line with the market performance. On 26th March my account balance before switching was 323421.95148 I am entitled to 5 free switches however on 26th March after switching to debt fund - fund value fell to 318701.97633. There is something going wrong here with the ICICI system. How can the fund value fall. The number o[censored]nits can increase of decrease. I have been requesting for an explanation but not getting any explanation from the the advisor Dhananjay. The complaint about he is cheating customers has been given to the branch head Vaibhav Sharma. I have suffered a loss. My money has been wasted and the returns over the last month have only been 2%. Moreover I cannot exit the policy without paying a penality. ICICI prudential should be banned for fraud and incompetent fund managers and advisors.

                            I surrendered my policy[protected] on 4.3.3015 but the same was sold on 10.3.2015 due to negligence on part of ludhiana, firozepur branch employee.Due to This I suffered loss of Rs. 4400 approx as it was share market based policy.I registered complaint some 15 days back(Ref[protected] but despite assurance that I will be given the amount I have not got a single penny.efforts are made to hide the mistake of their employee.Should we suffer because of ICICI Prudential employee mistake???????????Is it justice to a loyal customer????????????????please help otherwise I will loose hope with the company

                            Despite several reminders and assurance I have not got my money back.Please find attached the proof that I had surrendered the policy on 4.3.2015 and the same was sold on 10.3.2015 due to negligence of icici prudential life insurance employee(Ludhiana, Ferozpur road branch) leading to a loss of 4500 for me.I hope ICICI Prudential Life Insurance will rise above your employees fault and do justice

                              Myself Sunil from Nagpur holding NRE account in ICICI, recently surrendered ICIC prudential policy by 26th Feb, where time of surrender counter person told me current NAV value was 17.02 & fund value and told shall receive cheque by next 9 days. But after 13 days they told that cheque came & need to credit in respected NRE account. Upon that Mr. Vaibhav, Branch Manager of Dharmpeth branch called to receive cheque with repatriation letter or could been credit to account directly. This discussion was with my wife because I was travelled outside India by 27th Feb. He told the amount which was less than that value which was he told me on the time of surrender. Myself I called him from abroad and asked the reason of less amount of cheque & hold to credit the cheque in my NRE account. He told me value is correct which is as per history of NAV of fund, nut it was closing value of that date @ 16.86 and I fired him on phone that your counter person how can tell me wrong NAV at the time of surrender. He afraid to accept the fact & made some arguments with forced to accept the cheque as came from branch. Next day on 14th March I asked my wife to call him to credit cheque in my account because I was seriuos need of money, Fund value was @7.37lac. It not less for me to wasting per day interest. So he confirmed me too that he credited that cheque on Saturday, but till so far amount not credited in my NRE account and after myself & my wife asked on 17th March telling me that he were credited by 16th Monday & will reflect in account by evening or maximum by 17th Morning. So far amount not yet been credited in account & after my wife visited his office, he escaping to give proper answer & asked my wife to check with bank which is on ground floor. When she checked herself in bank, the bank customer executive Mr. Wanjari asked her slip of credited which was not available with her even with Mr. Vaibhav (branch manager). After checked back with Mr. Vaibhav telling that he was credited directly from his ICICI prudential to ICICI bank. but don't have track no. for the same. Again asked her to wait for 1 day more & to come tomorrow in office. How we can trust this bank service where now all are operating on electronic transfer system & bank to bank should not take more that 1 day to credit in account. They are wasting time of me & my family & screwing me by wasting per day interest on amount @ 7.37lac. Where I have to go complaint for such useless financial institutions or bank services giving wrong feedback every customers, or intentionally doing with customer at the time of surrender. He were aked me the reason of surrender & suggest to invest another fund, but I regret him to say was big mistake of my life I invested in your policy which was useless for me. no more returns & no more appreciation in that policy after 5 years. Please suggest that is there any chance to stop people from such harassment while surrender or withdrawn the policy.                               Yesterday by 18th March been credited amount in my NRE account, It took 19 working days to return surrender policy payment.

                              It was huge amount and lost interest for moreover 1 week.

                                ICICI Prudential - Save & Protect - Surrender Value Discrepancy I am a holder of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance policy (No[protected]. The policy is called Save 'n' Protect and is a fixed term plan. The policy details are mentioned below. Policy Term : 30 years Policy Commencement Date :12/3/2005 Maturity/Termination Date : 12/3/2035 I have been promptly paying the premium (Rs 14218) for this policy without any delays, every year. I wanted to bring to your notice certain hassles I am facing in trying to get his policy surrendered. Hence, with the intention of surrendering the policy I approached ICICI Prudential customer care to figure out what would be the amount I would receive on surrendering the policy. I was told that in all I would received a sum of Rs 113000 only. I have actually paid a total sum of Rs 132550 as premium towards the policy till date since its commencement. So as you can see the amount being paid back to me is extremely low and is not according to the promise made to me as well as the surrender policy mentioned in the policy document (details of which are mentioned below). As per the policy document, the wordings under "Guaranteed Surrender Value" section is as below: If premiums are paid for at least three consecutive years, the Policy acquires a Surrender Value which is equal to thirty five of the premiums paid, excluding the premiums paid during the first year of the policy; all extra premiums paid and the premiums paid for the supplementary benefits. The cash value of the guaranteed additions and vested bonuses will also be allowed.The Policy which has acquired a Surrender Value can be surrendered for payment in cash and the surrender shall extinguish all the rights, benefits and interests under the Policy. The total bonus till date is 168252 which they are not ready to give Could you please help me get justice in this regard. I feel extremely helpless and cheated as the company is not sticking to its own wordings mentioned in the policy document. I am feeling that the company is taking me for a ride and taking advantage of my helplessness. What else can a customer like me rely on - if not the policy document and why should I be losing so heavily in case circumstances force me to surrender the policy?I feel that I should get back at least the amount that I have paid as premium if not any additional benefits. Sir I have taken policy No 15820802 at ICICI Berhampore Branch Murshidabad through ad visor Joybrata Ghosh But in the year of 2014 I can't given premium 50000/- yearly due to my father treatment being he is suffering from liver cancer and treatment at Military Hospital Pune as I am an ex army. Already I have meet to Manager of ICICI Berhampore Branch Murshidabad and said my problem and wish to withdrawal my policy and cash the same with I have already deposited and replied me impossible to withdrawal the same and get only 50000/- .I have deposited three premium as well as same matter also informed to Mr joybrata ghosh. For my father treatment I have already sold my crop land which was located sagardighi. Company always massaging me pay my premium which is growing from 50000/- to 55108 with in 6 months, it is impossible to pay the same as my condition. So therefore I request your kind honor may please be returned my amount and used the same to my father treatment as soon as possible.                                     IN THE MONTH OF MARCH'2014, I WENT TO ICICI PRUDENTIAL OFFICE AND ASKED TO PURCHASE POLICY FOR RS.2.0 LACS BUT COMPANY SPLITTED IT INTO 04 PARTS OF Rs. 50000/EACH. I RECEIVED MY BONDS AFTER 10 MONTHS ON 14.01.2015 BECAUSE OF WRONG DETAILS ENTERED BY THE ICICI OFFICERS ON THEIR RECORDS, WHICH COULD NOT REACHED TO MY ADDRESS IN TIME. BUT THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. AFTER THIS MUCH LATE DELIVERY AND TOO MANY OTHER FAKE COMMITMENTS BY THEIR A.R.M. AT ICICI PRUDENTIAL LUCKNOW OFFICE AT TIME OF PURCHASING POLICY, WHICH WERE NOT FULFILLED UPTO THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF BONDS, I DECIDED TO RETURNED THEM BACK. SAME DAY i.e. 14.01.15 AFTER RECEIVING BONDS, I LODGE THE COMPLAINT/APPLICATION FOR RETURNING/SURRENDERING OF BONDS AT ICICI PRUDENTIAL OFFICE. COMPANY IS SAYING THAT, BONDS WERE ISSUED ON 8TH MARCH, 2014, SO THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT IT BACK, BECAUSE MORE THAN 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED.                                       I had a policy number 02216864 with you. I personally visited your office in Hyderabad and submitted all the necessary paperwork and the blank check to have the funds deposited there. I still did not receive the funds. I have sent numerous complaint emails but each time I get some automated email which promises a resolution but does not do anything. I also tried calling you but the customer service representative only promised that someone would call me. No one has. Please resolve ASAP. I am suspect that you are fraudulently not paying out this money hoping that people will get tired of the issue and walk away. The money involved is substantial and I will not let this go.

                                      I don't reside at the address where you sent the check to. Also the check was sent in Rupees but I made all the premium payments in dollars and expected to have the US Dollars deposited directly to my account.

                                      I gave the local Hyderabad office my check number and the local branch head agreed that the payment will be deposited in USD into my account.

                                      Ever since December 19th, 2014 I have had 12 (twelve) email communications back and forth with you but you have still not resolved the issue. I don't know why your operations is so incompetent. At least send the check in US Dollars to my correct address in NJ.

                                      I don't want to list my phone number here. Please give me the direct email address of your relevant customer service person who has authority to resolve my issue (not your generic customer service email which is useless) and I will send my contact information directly to that person.

                                      The problem is still not resolved I still did not get my money. When I visited the branch I provided all the information required including my address, bank information and request for how I want the money. All I got back is another two indemnity forms to fill out and that too after many, many back and forth emails.

                                      I have sent you the information and I'm awaiting resolution. The issue has NOT been resolved yet
