I am living in Chennai.
Issue Explanation:
During the Month of November 2014, I planned to invest money in life Insurance and enquired about ICICI Prudential.
After that, Chennai ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Field Service Employee Mr. Babu called me frequently and canvassed about the PLAN continuously.
Another person from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Sales Department Mr.Vijay also called me every day and convinced me to take the policy.
In December month, I was also interested with the PLAN/POLICY finally.
And i submitted the form along with address proof documents to Mr.Babu. Then he asked me a cheque of Rs.6250/- towards premium payment.
I paid as CASH of Rs.6250/- on 03-DEC-2014 due to non-availability of cheque leaf. He gave one receipt for the payment.(attached)
Then he said " the policy will be issued and policy document will be sent my postal address by 20 days".
After that i don't get any calls or document to my address.
After 20 days, I Called them Mr.Babu and Mr.Vijay, they didn't pick my call also. I tried to call more times and more days.
Luckily one day (end of january month)Mr.BABU Picked the call and said it is not related to him. Mr.Vijay has to respond this query and asked me to follow him.
Then i tried to call Mr. Vijay for more times and more days, but no proper response.
Mid of February month, one day Mr. Vijay Picked my call and said "the policy is not issued because RBI declined this PLAN., So money will be returned back to the policy holders who started this policy. it will be credited to my account by 10 days".
After 10 days I called him, he said " he is in Sales department, MR.Robin (manager) will be dealing this issue". And he provided another mobile number, mr.robin's.
I called Mr.Robin many times, but no response for 1 week.
Mid of March Month, Mr.Robin picked my call and said the money will be transferred to my ICICI account by 10 days.
I called Mr. Robin April month, again no proper response. I called his mobile number many times. but no response.
Luckily i got line with this number one day. Some one picked the call and said Robin is out of station.
I don't know how to get money and called again Mr.Vijay, he promised me next week will be credited to my amount.
I believed but not credited, so again i called Mr.Vijay after a week, he said it is not his duty, Mr.Robin has to respond this.
I asked " why you promise, now telling robin to do" . But no response.
Now it is may month. Last one week I am calling Mr.Vijay & Mr.Robin, but nobody picking my call and no updates for my amount paid.
They switched off their mobiles sometimes. So i have sent SMS with sad & disappointment. But No response till this date.
In conclusion:
I paid the money of Rs.6250/ on 03-Dec-2014 towards ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Plan policy. Only mobile numbers were given by them to contact Insurance issues. I have been calling for more than 20 times per day for last 5 months, but no proper responses or updates to my money.
Issue is :
The policy was not issued and they said it was rejected, but not returning my money back for last 4 months and no proper response and no communication.

My Stress:
I am very much ashamed of myself as i was cheated or not able to get my money.
I am disappointed by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
I am in more stress while i called their mobile number of times with no response.
I am in unbearable sadness, anger and stress towards this problem.
Kindly help to resolve the problem. And also let me know if you need more inputs from me.
