Privacy Concerns

These ICICI Prulife sends unnecessary email notifications (spam) without authenticating the correct customer. This will be a critical privacy issue within the group. But they still send notification about phishing and privacy updates. Most of the time the feedback site does not work properly, none responds to phones.
