Cash payback

I have taken the policy from the ICICI Prudential and the advisor committed to payback the some amount from the first premium. But i didn't received the same after three months also. The same i escalated to his reporting manager(s) and raised the complaint in customer care also. Nobody is taking it forward and doing the needful....
