I have taken the policy from the ICICI Prudential and the advisor committed to payback the some amount from the first premium. But i didn't received the same after three months also. The same i escalated to his reporting manager(s) and raised the complaint in customer care also. Nobody is taking it forward and doing the needful....

We had life time pension plan insurance policy. Regularly i am paying yearly installments. I requested them to provide policy guidelines and maturity procedure and payment modes and premature procedures. But no one explained in this regard.
