Respect Sir, With due respect I beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please. Sir I have taken policy No 15820802 at ICICI Berhampore Branch Murshidabad through ad visor Joybrata Ghosh But in the year of 2014 I can't given premium 50000/- yearly due to my father treatment being he is suffering from liver cancer and treatment at Military Hospital Pune as I am an ex army. Already I have meet to Manager of ICICI Berhampore Branch Murshidabad and said my problem and wish to withdrawal my policy and cash the same with I have already deposited and replied me impossible to withdrawal the same and get only 50000/- .I have deposited three premium as well as same matter also informed to Mr joybrata ghosh. For my father treatment I have already sold my crop land which was located sagardighi. Company always massaging me pay my premium which is growing from 50000/- to 55108 with in 6 months, it is impossible to pay the same as my condition. So therefore I request your kind honor may please be returned my amount and used the same to my father treatment as soon as possible.     IN THE MONTH OF MARCH'2014, I WENT TO ICICI PRUDENTIAL OFFICE AND ASKED TO PURCHASE POLICY FOR RS.2.0 LACS BUT COMPANY SPLITTED IT INTO 04 PARTS OF Rs. 50000/EACH. I RECEIVED MY BONDS AFTER 10 MONTHS ON 14.01.2015 BECAUSE OF WRONG DETAILS ENTERED BY THE ICICI OFFICERS ON THEIR RECORDS, WHICH COULD NOT REACHED TO MY ADDRESS IN TIME. BUT THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. AFTER THIS MUCH LATE DELIVERY AND TOO MANY OTHER FAKE COMMITMENTS BY THEIR A.R.M. AT ICICI PRUDENTIAL LUCKNOW OFFICE AT TIME OF PURCHASING POLICY, WHICH WERE NOT FULFILLED UPTO THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF BONDS, I DECIDED TO RETURNED THEM BACK. SAME DAY i.e. 14.01.15 AFTER RECEIVING BONDS, I LODGE THE COMPLAINT/APPLICATION FOR RETURNING/SURRENDERING OF BONDS AT ICICI PRUDENTIAL OFFICE. COMPANY IS SAYING THAT, BONDS WERE ISSUED ON 8TH MARCH, 2014, SO THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT IT BACK, BECAUSE MORE THAN 15 DAYS HAVE PASSED. BUT, IF I RECEIVED MY CORRECTED BONDS AFTER 10 MONTHS i.e. ON 14.01.15, THEN WHY THEY ARE NOT TAKING MY BONDS BACK. THERE IS NONE OF MY FAULT. I WANT TO SURRENDER ALL BONDS TO ICICI PRUDENTIAL.

      I had a policy number 02216864 with you. I personally visited your office in Hyderabad and submitted all the necessary paperwork and the blank check to have the funds deposited there. I still did not receive the funds. I have sent numerous complaint emails but each time I get some automated email which promises a resolution but does not do anything. I also tried calling you but the customer service representative only promised that someone would call me. No one has. Please resolve ASAP. I am suspect that you are fraudulently not paying out this money hoping that people will get tired of the issue and walk away. The money involved is substantial and I will not let this go.

      I don't reside at the address where you sent the check to. Also the check was sent in Rupees but I made all the premium payments in dollars and expected to have the US Dollars deposited directly to my account.

      I gave the local Hyderabad office my check number and the local branch head agreed that the payment will be deposited in USD into my account.

      Ever since December 19th, 2014 I have had 12 (twelve) email communications back and forth with you but you have still not resolved the issue. I don't know why your operations is so incompetent. At least send the check in US Dollars to my correct address in NJ.

      I don't want to list my phone number here. Please give me the direct email address of your relevant customer service person who has authority to resolve my issue (not your generic customer service email which is useless) and I will send my contact information directly to that person.

      The problem is still not resolved I still did not get my money. When I visited the branch I provided all the information required including my address, bank information and request for how I want the money. All I got back is another two indemnity forms to fill out and that too after many, many back and forth emails.

      I have sent you the information and I'm awaiting resolution. The issue has NOT been resolved yet

        I have got call from ICICI official numbers and said I will get the benefit on my existing policy as a bonus if I will purchase additional policy of 27000 after that both will discontinue/cancel after 6 months and will get the all amount back with bonus.I have launch official complaint on same and below is reference mail put in "[protected]@iciciprulife.com" mail ID but no reply. This is with reference to complaint reference no 65253875, 65253641 and 66146041. We have not received any investigating report for our case.           This is with reference to ICICI Prulife Policy No. 17838607. 1)The above mentioned Policy was issued in my name fraudulently by the then Agent Mr. Surendra Sinha reporting to Mr. Prawez Alam: [protected] / [protected]. 2) This was issued fraudulently in my name by using the following methodolgy: a) Documents available with him for opening my earlier Policy No. 15356397. b) Forging my signature in the Application Form. c) Recording a fake Address and Contact No. to prevent me from receiving the Policy Document. d) Using Premium Payment Cheque for Policy No. 15356397 to pay First Premium. e) Scanning the Application Form such that nothing is clearly visible. 3) This crime was committed with the help of an organised cartel involving ICICI Prulife Staff at all levels. 4) I was oblivious of the existence of Policy no.17838607 till I started receiving sms es for Second Premium Payment. 5) Mr. Prawez Alam: [protected] / [protected], whom I did not know till then contacted me to convince me to pay the Second Premium.I told him of my lack of knowledge about the said Policy and that I hadn't never received the Policy Document. I requested him for a Duplicate Copy as I had sensed by then that there is something fishy about the whole thing. That time I learnt that Mr. Surendra Sinha, the original Agent had quit the ICICI Prulife and being his Senior Mr. Prawez was taking charge of all his Clients. 6) From July 2014 onwards, I started pursuing this issue by lodging complaints on the Helpline and then on the Website: [protected]@iciciprulife.com several times but to no avail.Each time, I was assured that action would be taken in 10 working days and there would be no revert. 7) I then approached the Mumbai Borivili (E) Touch Point and lodged a Written Complaint personally. There was no response. 8) Eventually, I went to the Mumbai Andheri Amboli Branch, the Branch in which Policy no. 17838607 was registered and learnt that I had not been receiving the replies due to the fake address and Contact No. What remained a mystery to me was the fact that no one in ICICI Prulife smelt a rat even when they realised that the Address and Contact No. were fake. 9) The Company had concealed a blatant case of forgery under the veil of an irrelevant Clause that states that authenticity of Policy can be questioned only within 15 days of issue of Policy. Where does the question of having been issued a Policy arise if I have never received the Policy Document? Moreover, even a simple request for a Duplicate Copy of the Policy Document has not been honoured. This is out of fear of the truth being known to all as the Address Proof and Signature in the Application Form, which form part of the Policy Document can be easily verified for genuineness. 10) However, I lodged a Written Complaint once again at the Mumbai Andheri Amboli Branch with Address Proof and Request for updation of Contact No. in presence of Branch Manager Ms. Premila Jadhav.I've not received any reply for the Andheri Amboli Branch Complaint. 11) Mr. Prawez Alam and Area Regional Manager Mr. Hanif Sheikh: [protected] met me at my Office to 'convince' me to withdraw my Complaint, ignore the 'mistake' made and keep paying Premium for 3 years and then surrender it. According to them, this was the only 'viable' option left as ICICI Prulife would not be taking any action against the guilty. 12) I eventually escalated the matter and wrote to Ms. Dinaz Maira and Mr. Dinesh Kinger who are in charge of the Grievance Redressal System. It has been almost a month since I've written to them and there has been no answer as yet. 13) What is scary is the fact that Contact Details of my earlier Policy No.15356397 are getting changed without my knowledge and consent to the fictitious ones. 14) Disillusioned with the arrogant approach and the dominance of an organised cartel in protecting the guilty, I'm writing on this forum. I intend exhaust all options for Grievance Redressal before filing a case in the Consumer Court. Thanks and Regards, Arijit Datta Ray [protected]
          Forging is a serious offence and you should pursue it to the bitter end.


          You can lodge an FIR under IPC section 406, 420, 467, 478, 471. Punishment for this crime is life imprisonment.


          Also make sure you make party all those whom you have approached as well as senior management, since they were abettors in crime.

          Take help of an advocate if needed.


          Arrogance of insurance companies is breathtaking.
          I wonder why they are not hurled behind bars for blatant criminal acts.


          They thrive because customer is not aware of their rights.


          If police does not register your complain write to SSP. If even that does not work out then you can directly file a criminal case against them.Call some news reporters. It would be great publicity once the notice is served to them.

POLICY NUMBER:- POLICY SELLING AGENT ID:[protected] NO1:- NO EXACT INFORMATION IS GIVEN IN POLICY AS TO HOW MUCH RETURN I WILL GET ON POLICY MATURITY.I HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES THE POLICY AGENT THAT I DONT RECIEVE ANY MESSAGE FROM ICICI AND HE NEVER REGISTERED HOWEVER THE AGENT SAYS HE IS VERY CONCERNED AND IM NOT A CLIENT IM LIKE FAMILY TO HIM. NO2:- THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE CONVINCED ME THAT HE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND I SHOULD GIVE HIM CASH AS HE HAS ARRANGED FOR A SPECIAL PERMISSION FROM MUMBAI TO TAKE THE CASH...AND JUST AFTER THAT SALES REP HAS BEEN MISSING NOT RECEIVING MY CALLS AND MESSAGES. NO3:- AFTER A WEEK HE REPLIED SAYING THAT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN STOLEN AND HE HAS TAKEN GRACE PERIOD FROM COMPANY AND THOUGH LAST DATE OF POLICY PREM IS 7 OF JAN EVERY YEAR HE WILL PAY MY 18000 RUPEES FROM HIS SALARY...THOUGH EVERY YEAR WHEN I PAID BY CHEQUE IT NEVER GOT STOLEN . NO4: WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN BY SALES REP THAT I CANT WITHDRAW MY POLICY AS IT WILL INCUR ME AGREAT LOSS 72000 WILL BECOME ONLY 27000. HOWEVER WHEN I WENT TO THE PRUDENTIAL KAUSHAMBHI BRANCH THEY SAID ITS ARULE BY IRDA THAT WE CANT WITHDRAW POLICY BEFORE 5 YEARS. NO5:-ACCORDING TO SALES REP I WILL BE GETTING A RETURN OF 9 LAKHS AFTER 15 YEARS HOWEVER THE KAUSHAMBHI OFFICE SAID IT WILL ONY BE TWO FOLD IE 126000 CAN GO UPTO 350000 NOT MORE THAN THAT. I DONT TRUST ICICI ANY MORE KINDLY BE WARE!!!

              Mr. Indrajit whose number is [protected] called me and said that the company still owes me around RS.65000/- although I surrender my policy LIFE TIME SUPER long time back and said that the amount would be transferred to my account if I take any other policy from Birla sun Life or ICICI Prudential. On his words, I took the policy from Birla Sun Life. The amount was supposed to be transferred within 90days. 90days are already over but no money has been transferred. Again I got a call from ICICI Prudential today and they have confirmed that they do not owe to us anything. For providing wrong information and impelling me to take another policy, I request Consumer Forum to take necessary action.

                I had took policy of this icici prudential life insurance by one agent. He asked me to put 20000 so that i can get this money back with some additional amount but very next month when we about to pay our next premium we could not contact that agent...then we came to know that we are cheated so we stopped paying. He also added that if you dont pay also you can able to get that money back of five years. Name of life assured: R.SELVARAJ policy no:12800050 Date of commencement:29/10/2009 date of maturity:29/10/2024 In 2013 this icici pru life again contacted me and that said that my first premium was increased as 45000. To get that 45000 i have to put another policy. i also took that policy Name of assured:R.SELVARAJ Policy no:17928239 date of commencement:20/07/2013 date of last maturity:20/07/2028 I just want to know the policy status...

                        Please let me know the status of the term policy asap. Application number is OB00371300. Your customer care is not providing any satisfactory answer.I am not getting proper details and your customer care executive has no answer regarding the updates. Really pathetic service.I am still awaiting response from your side. I have also raised complaint # 75833991 through your customer care and I was supposed to get response by today evening. But unfortunately there were no communication from your side. I do not understand why you are not taking this request seriously. It was never expected from ICICI Prudential. You have show a very irresponsible behaviour and it seems that you are not going to issue the policy and your are not going to return my money also. Do you really want me to go through consumer forum/court for this issue or I can expect some response from your side.

                          I Purchased a ICICI Pru life Insurance Policy Id 12169365, Product Name Smart Kid - New Unit Linked RP, Yearly 25000/- Premium in 2009. Regular Two Years I paid the Premium through ICICI Pru Agent but third year I paid my payment online in 2011-12. In Online I inform, I am a Diabetic then company suggest to me for Medical check up by ICICI Doctor. But after Medical Check up they refuse my payment . Now ( In Current Year 2012-13) they required 50, 000 Rs. Payment to continue my Policy. I am a salaried Base Employee. My Monthly Salary is 28k. I am not able to submit that such amount in one Instalment. For that I Inform to Company but they refused my request and now they Lapsed my Policy and closed my Policy. Now they return to me only 13000 Rs against the Invested Amount is 50000 Rs. I again & again Contact to Agent of ICICI Pru and company but they are not aware for that. Please do the needful and Please help to refund my 50, 000 Rs. Those are Invest in ICICI Pru. For your refence I attached a Unit Statement also.

                                It is worst company I had ever invested. No one knows their rules and regulations and all are misguiding. While you call back, they charge the call rate from the customer. What a company are they and what all support are they giving to their customers. Do not reply the emails and on call all type of misguidance are happening. I would not recommend any one to invest any money in icici prulife in future. First every day are calling to pay the premium and once I paid no one bother to revive the policy and after making so many calls some thing new has come up. Ridiculous!                                 very sorry to hear but it seems very disappointing, share the matter in detail and then scan copy of your policy documents at [protected]@gmail.com, if possible then i will suggest you how to get rid of this

                                  I had taken a Policy for which the premium was paid in first week of September 2014. Their senior Executive was told very explicitly that I will need Hard Copy to review and accept or reject the same. ICICI Pru sent the policy to their local regional office. The regional office executive came to deliver the Policy on 17 October 2014. I read it and immediately told him to cancel the Policy and process the refund. he got the cancellation form filled up took the policy back but later on ICICI refused to cancel the policy. I brought the matter to their CEO notice Mr.Sandeep Bakshi. His office reverted back to his executives in Pune. CEO office told me if the Pune Regional Manager agrees to cancel it will be done. I had a meeting with their Mr.Kapil Regional Manager but he was only pleading and apologising for his mistake and did not took positive action. The executive kept the policy so as to meet their target and do not give me any time to cancel the same. It is shame and sad that company like ICICI is doing such shaddy things to earn business. Kindly advice me whom should I approach. I am also prepared to move the court if required and establish that no other innocent citizen become a prey of ICICI PRU. The policy Number is 18881281.

                                    Sir, I paid my premium(Rs.25, 386) via online from my ICICI banking account. During successful payment redirection, I got an error(compilation of JSP File /customer/onlinepay/view/OnlinePaySuccessView.JSP failed). When I contacted the ICICI online banking customer care, they told me to wait for seven days to credit back the amount which is debited from my account. When I logged into the ICICI prudential life site, the policy details which was displaying for my user name is not displaying now. I am really frustrated and depressed because of this. Please do necessary actions so that I don't not end up in paying fine for post due payment due to the ICICI prudential life online service issues .

                                      These ICICI Prulife sends unnecessary email notifications (spam) without authenticating the correct customer. This will be a critical privacy issue within the group. But they still send notification about phishing and privacy updates. Most of the time the feedback site does not work properly, none responds to phones. Instead of sending the email notifications (payment notices, switch, policy updates etc.) they include all available emails in their address line, which are intended for the concerned person. Even after many complaints they have not taken any action. Either ICICI is not doing good job or the staff may be dumb.
