Adter my retirement my policy was due for payment. I had visited them and they have fill up the form which I had signed , now when I have received the policy I had contected them and they say the policy you have opted is not refundable and if you die tomorrow your nominee will not get aany thing, now can any body sign such policy where he is not getting even bank interest monthaly. I would request you to interven in the matter and get me my money refundrd from the company since this is puraly fraud.

We wish to inform you that we acknowledge the receipt of your concern pertaining to annuity for your ICICI Pru Immediate Annuity - Tied (UIN: 105N009V09) Policy number: 16373758.
In reference to your concern, we wish to inform you that the annuity option “Life Annuity guaranteed 10 years and life thereafter without return of purchase amount”. Chosen by you has been registered in our records with a Monthly payout frequency. Accordingly, we have been processing your annuity refund as per annuity option chosen by you with a Monthly payout frequency.
However we understand that you wish to surrender the policy. In this regards, we wish to confirm you that we are unable to comply with your request for surrender of the policy as you have already chosen annuity option.
As per annuity option chosen by you, the annuity is guaranteed for a period of 10 years even if the annuitant passes away. If the annuitant survives the guaranteed period then the same annuity will continue till the time the annuitant survival.
