[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Reward points transferred to Imint program

I too have the same problem. All my accumulated points were transferred to imint without my consent. Not only that even after two years i have still not got my imint card. i have now transferred to Nashik from Delhi and wonder if there is any way they can look into my problem. Will the customer care take cognizance of this and settle my issue of non receipt of my imint card.

I fully agree with Mr Shastri's observation. I-mint is really 'minting' the ICICI customers and has ruined the apeal of the reward programme

Yes I agree. First of all how ICICI can switch over and transfer all the hard earned ponits of all the customers at their own will. They should have given an option to redeem the points by some stipulated last date. As the IA FLYING RETURN has done in the past. Well It shows the working culture of ICICI.

I completely agree with all above quotes...

1. ICICI Bank never informed anyone about migration of reward points.
2. Despite of 2 reminders to imint customer care, I have not yet received my imint card... Poor Service.
3. This deal would be a black spot on ICICI's Customer Service (Directly or Indirectly).

Today i spoke to your customer person, he told me like they cant convert EMI until 6 months.Before 2 days i spoke to one of your person, he told me like you can convert it at anytime, if its after 7 days means you will get an offer like low interst rate.Today i cant convert, so u r cheating your customers.Y u ppl are doing business like this.Cant you provide u customer care executive a training.Starting they told me like you cant convert until 3 months now 6 months.Is it a customer care.Im going to cancel this card, if proper action is not take.Executive name(Shabas).This is a fault on your side.Your guys provided information wrongly, how can i be a victim for this.He didnt call his manager or his superior, he told me, you can give complaint to anyone like threatening.You will record all conversation rite.then hear wat i spoke and ur guys spoke.This is a worst bank i ever seen.

I lost my ICICI Bank Credit Card no.[protected] at october 2008. I reported the loss to your bank immediately the card blocked and closed my card.I repeatedly informed your Customer Care service, but to no avail. However, I kept receiving statements for the same no.I made payments as per the lost last statement details and every month received the statement.Finally I requested bank to tell me the final outstanding amount and allow me to close my credit card account as I was unnecessarily being harassed by service personnel for a non existing credit card.

However most surprisingly I received another statement for the same card the next month ie November 2008. Once again calls to your customer service cell failed to give me any satisfactory reasons for this error on their part.

At this juncture I request you to kindly let me know why I should be thus harassed by incompetent service personnel and finally what I should do to close my afore mentioned credit card account once and for all, as I don’t wish to maintain any sort of connection with ICICI Bank. since i have received imint card.I am not used credit card.my card was lost.So kindly clear my card account.

ICICI has not provided the imint card to me and beforehand transferred all my reward point to unknowm imint acount. Thats a complete fraud and authourity looking into such matters should take ICICI to the court for their misdeed. Since I don't have any knowledge about the imint functioning it wouldn't be right to comment on them but definately the points charged are way to high. In India their should be some authority who has the right to question such things.

Payment Made by me : 1 day BEFORE due date.
Late Fee Charged by ICICI : Rs. 400
Reason Given : We have not received the cheque ??????????????.
SINCERELY BELEIVE THAT ICICI has run out of ideas to make money !!!.
I would wish the worst for such an organisation.

I am maintaining Credit Card Loan No. [protected]. I deposited cheque for Rs. 2000 in ICICI Bank and the said cheque was debited in my a/c on 15.12.2008 (a/c no [protected], State Bank of India, formaly State Bank of Saurashtra, East Punjabi Bagh Branch, New Delhi-26) but Rs. 2000 is not credited in my loan a/c. I call customer care center and he said my cheque is return and fax your bank to Hyderabad. I have sixteen times call to customer care centre but all time executive said send the statement again. Sir, I have already sending fax in Hyderabad and Bombay (five times) but to no response. I am very surprise. Three days back I again talk to customer care executive and he said fax not received. My monthly EMI is 1994.00 and every month I pay Rs. 2000.00. Every month I receive the statement and see Late fee charges and interest chares is showing. I request you to please look into the matter. My complaint no is[protected]Old), SR99703300 dated 12.03.2008 (old) and SR[protected] dated 08.04.2009. Lot of money spend in Calling of customer care centre and faxing Hyderabad and Bombay. A mail in this regard was also mail to customer care email but to no response. I am very much surprised and tired.

Is this what ICICI stands for a Cheating Bank? I never expected this. I thought it was one of the best Indian Banks going multinational but I now have my apprehensions about the bank. An early reply will help in not aggravating the matter.

ICICI — imint points not added

sir/madam,
i have purchased petrol of Rs800/- from dewan service station, ajay enclave, subhash nagar, new delhi. and they have given me the the merchant copy of of that icici transaction and the award reciept too. but imint reward points are not reflecting in the transaction statement. pls. suggest me any solution or provide me some help regarding my complaint. thank you.

imint is clearly a fraud programme launched to fool icici card members. icici must understand that by doing this they can not keep their customers happy.
