mera idea no. [protected] hai. mere main balance se approx. Rs 23 kata gaya hai, when maine customer care ko kaha to waha se response aaya ki maine apka koi service activate kiya hua hai so, apka main balance se kata gaya hai. but ye bilkul impossible wali baat hai kyoki maine koi activation apne mobile main nahi kiya hua hai or mera mobile bilkut simple hai or hamesha mere paas rahta hai. ye balance 22 or 23 feb 2010 ko hi kata gaya hai. is tarah mobile se aap log balance katenge to mera idea se service lena baand kar denge. kyoki ye haarashment karne ka naya idea hai aap logo ke paas. is tarah logo se khelana band kare or best service provide karne ka idea soche.

so, pls return my reduce money and immediately sent my money into main balance.

IDEA CELLULAR MOBILE NUMBER — BALANCE DEDUCTION AND NUMBER BLOCKED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

RESPECTED SIR,
MY NAME IS SAMIN SAIFI. I WAS USING A MOBILE NO. OF IDEA ([protected]) THEY DEDUCTED MY BALANCE SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT INFORMING ME I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE NOT ANY RESOLUTION WAS DELIVERED.
I NEGOTIATED ON THAT BUT NOW A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE HAS BLOCKED MY NO. PERMANENTLY I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY DO NOT CONFESS.
THEN I BOUGHT ANOTHER NO. [protected] THIS NO. ALSO HAS BEEN BLOCKED WITHOUT IN MY KNOWLEDGE.
I CALLED UP CCE, I SENT MAILS BUT THEY DO NOT TAKE ME SERIOUSLY .
I ALSO GOT SOME ABUSIVE CALLS FROM OUT SIDE THREATING ME TO NOT TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN.

MY IDEA NO. HAS BEEN BLOCKED WHICH I WAS USING FOR LAST 2YEARS BECAUSE OF WHAT I AM AT HUGE LOSS IN CONTEXT OF MY BUSINESS.

I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME GETTING THE CLAIM WHICH I LOST AS MY NO. WAS MENTIONED ON MY VISITING CARDS AND STATIONARY. I ALSO LOST SO MANY VALUABLE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF BLOCKED NUMBER

I had actuvated my DND service last year around this time only...So this means getting no promotional calls from IDEA but i still according to them got a call and which i accepted it after which my balance from Rs 25.310 went straight to Rs 0.310....After asking them they say i had activated it by the promotional call...but the whole problem is that without my knowledge this was carried out...even after registering for DND i am getting calls...And my balance was deducted...Please look into my grievance and if possible can i get my balance credited again due to faulty IDEA company

I m preeti gupta. My number is [protected]. Your agent has activated GPRS NET 20 service on my number without any confirmation.This service has been activated on 23 May. I m trying for deactivation of this service since 30 may but no action has been taken against my complaint. At your help desk i talked to Mr. Shailenderon 30May, Mr. Manorajan on 31st May,Mr. pramod on 1st June,Mr. Chandan and Ms. Manju on 2nd June.Till now my complaint has not been forward and my service is still activate. Mr. Shailender told me that ur balance will refund back to you.But no action has been taken against my complaint.. i m just pissed of[censored] people. Ur Customer care are useless. I will Sue your company.I want this sevice to be deactivate asap and i want my whole balance back from 23rd may to date when this service will deactivate.

I am Dhaval Negandhi from Bhopal. I have an idea connection for the past 3 years. I activated an unlimited internet plan on my number (Rs.25/day for unlimited usage). However, I was finding this plan costly and I came to know about a new plan (Rs. 98/month) from Idea Customer Care. So, I deactivated my previous plan and activated a new plan.

However, after a couple of days when I used for internet for some time, I found that my balance has been deducted (Rs. 300 something). I called the Idea Customer Care and they said that when I deactivted my first plan and activated the second plan, my second recharge was converted into some other plan (and blah blah blah). I dont seem to understand how this makes a difference to the customer. How the hell does a customer know all these hidden details. Is it not the company's responsibility to tell the customer all the details when they tell them about some plan. I understand that the amount is not big but I hate when companies (big companies) do such acts.

I dont know whether any substantial will come out of this complain but I just hope that customers start boycotting such companies and make them realize that customers interest comes first.

IDEA cellular activated one of their VAS IMS - Daily Night Pack without my concent and charged me Rs. 10/- on a daily basis. I got to know about this on 6-Sept-2010. When I called them to revert/refund the charges. They simply denied to revert any amount and also denied to launch any complaint for the same.

Request if Someone can help me to get me the refund for those Rs. 300/- returned/refunded.

I have a prepaid connection with Idea Cellular Services. My number is [protected]. I purchased this connection in Aug 2010 and since then, I have lost most of my balance because of their Value-Added Services deduction which I never subscribed and have even complained to them to cut off if subscribed by mistake. The services they are charging me for include Idea Music Station Rs. 30, Idea Music Station Bada Pack Rs. 100 and Love tips Rs. 30 and this is deducted every 15-30 days. I have lodged a complaint under complaint number[protected]. Please look into this matter at earliest.

There activated some service on my mobile . I told them to deactivate that service ,but no response from that idea customer care .I called them many times(!5-20) .

Idea Cellular — Idea Customer Care Not Listening!!

Last month I bought Idea prepaid sim card. By mistake, I activated Job Search service on 13th October. As soon as I realised I called up the customer care and asked for deactivation of the same service. I was told that Rs. 30 deduction would not be rolled back and that by next month the service will be deactivated. I received a message from them for the same. Now the problem is that when I recharged my account this month, Rs. 30 were again deducted. I am trying to call up the customer care for more than 2 weeks but they are not picking it up saying they are busy. I am fed up of this. They are behaving so unprofessional .If they will not listen to my problem then they will again deduct 30 Rs. in the coming month. Never knew they will stoop to this level for their earnings.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Idea Cellular India — regarding balance deduction

this is dinanath I buy a idea cellular prepaid sim from mandawali east newdelhi. And company provides me per sec. calling plan but when i called it charge more than used second or example i called one of my relative in kolkata for 296 second but it charged 327 paise and on same day i called my friend 79 second but charged 83 paise.
when i compain to the customer service they dono response any.
please help me regarding this what i do?

Idea telecommunication — balance deduction

Today i did my recharge of idea mobile of Rs.100. I didnot do any call till 8:41.At 8:42 I did the call to a no and i talked about 2.56 min. and my balance was decucted about Rs. 32.56. I made a call to Idea customer care but no action was taken. Instead of taking my complain they disconnected my call.
So, kindly take an appropiate action against Idea customer care centre and also please try to get refund my money back from the idea .
