Paper bill — Paper bill required

i m very much frustated with your customer care team, i am trying with contact them regarding paper bill requirement but Every time i get answer (System not working, Please call after 30 minuts ) .Fom last 6 month we have not received paper bill OR Email- bill of my connection.
Please treat this as most important and request your kind and prompt reply on the same.

    Idea mobile providers caught my account balance unnecessarily. i face this problem in 2nd time.. 1st time they gave back my deducted balance after a long 9 days.. these type of services are very irritating the customers. this time I called the customer service executive he don't took any action but for my strict instruction he resisted my complaint.. unnecessarily deducted balance should release me as soon as possible.

        I am still awaiting for the reply. No one is replying back to my emails. Outgoing calls stopped 3 times during this process. All employees look like government employees. No one is bother to reply. My dad also suffering with the call bard.

        Even appellate team didn't respond me.

          Dear Sir,
          I am using a prepaid mobile No [protected]. On 22 Feb I received a SMS from 54300 that Pretones has been activated on my number- the subscription was never asked for by me. To deactivate the service and refund of amount RS 10/- I sms to same number as contained in sms. Promptly I was directed to find many other services which I am not interested in. RS 10 was deducted and balance was reduced by RS10/- I asked 12345 to resolve the issue. I was directed to dial toll free number *147#. I did so but had no response.

          Again on 01 March I am told that this subscription will be renewed on 03 March.

          This is clear case of harassment of consumer.I have no intention of subscribing to any service. So please stop this looting tactics and refund the amount promptly.

            I am a post paid custmor of idea cellular from Beawar ( Raj) since two years
            now company daily force me to make my connection PrePaid and saying that they cannot give postpaid facility anymore and threat me to stop my services if i will not do so.

            Hi,

            My Idea postpaid number is [protected]... The outgoing STD calls from my phone has stopped since last 5 days and an automated voice says 'please check the number and dial again' whenever I dial a STD number. I have tried to reach the IDEA customer care, written to them on twitter and other platforms but there has been no response whatsoever...

            Sheer negligence on their part.

              I am an Idea Cellular postpaid subscriber. I use a 3G plan on my number, which is 300MB for 100Rs. Every day Idea sends an sms stating the amount used till date. After my billing cycle was completed, i got a message stating that the amount used up to the last date of my billing was 299MB (within my limit).

              Yet in the bill I received, I was charged 31.74Rs as additional usage charges. When I emailed them asking for clarification, they replied saying that the bill was correct. So I asked them why the sms was incorrect, since subscribers rely on these messages to keep track of their usage. They reply with some irrelevant answer and never specifically mention my question. Then I asked them to specifically mention my total usage and compare it with the amount mentioned in the sms. This time they sent an amount indicating that i have hardly exceeded my usage by 2Rs. So I asked them why they insisted that the bill calculation was correct when it was in fact, wrong. Also, this still leaves the issue of the info in the sms being different from the amount shown in the bill.

              The Idea customer care executives are deliberately stalling. They gave me a complaint number[protected] but this was closed by them without any information.

                    I had taken the IDEA Postpaid SIM card on 11-Dec-2010 for cost of Rs 800(400 deposit + 400 for Number), till today i have not got the number which he had agreed to give. I had said him to return the money back if he cant give the number which he agreed but he is not returning that too. its more than 3 months now i dont know what to do with this people, i took the issue to nodal office but still the issue is not solved.

                    I had taken the IDEA NETSETTER SIM card on Dec-2011 for cost of Rs1100, till today till today the netsetter had is not activated. After that I had Paid 2 - 3 months bill also, even though it is not yet activated.I talked in Customer Care also, He told till today the documents are not updated. I had said him to return the money back if he cant activate which he agreed but he is not returning that too. its more than 4 months now i dont know what to do with this people.
                    IDEA IS A BIG CHEATER OR THOSE WHO ARE RUNNING THE GALLERY ARE CHEATERS- WHAT SHOULD WE THINK.

                        well it is be informed to you about my recent IDEA PREPAID which was supposed to be converted in POSTPAID.within the week this process is being done but last night suddenley prepaid registratin also failed.and offered post paid did not activate.i am totally handicap now and i am unable to call them too.

                          But till now incoming call is barred for this no. I called customer care a lot of times. They told that it would be resolved within 2hrs/1 day like that. Because of this incoming call barred, I am facing so many problems.

                          If I am not able to make outgoing, I can use some other no for temporary. But incoming is barred means, It should be resolved immediately.
                          I am not happy with your service.

                            my Idea 3g netsetter No [protected] is extremely slow in all the afternoon and night hours of the day. The maximum speed is measured less than GPRS speed. I feel ashamed to have idea 3g netsetter as is giving such poor speed. I complaint customer care several times but never they solve the issue of slowness. Through this fourm I lodge the complaint to idea netsetter and urge them to provide constant 3g speed.

                            I've purchased Idea Net Setter high speed wireless internet connection data speed upto 236.8kbps unlimited plan August'09 and Iam getting internet speed only 1.23 to 4.41 kbps and the worst thing is that sometime the speed of internet in bytes. After several complaints to Idea company no response till date.My idea no is [protected].sales person told me that sir,MAIN CHECK KRA LETA HOON.but problem is not rectifeid.speed of the net is very-2 poor,where as signal stength is became full at all time.but speed of the net only available as above.

After several complaints to Idea company no response till date.My idea no is [protected].sales person told me that sir, MAIN CHECK KRA LETA HOON.but problem is not rectifeid.speed of the net is very-2 poor, where as signal stength is became full at all time.but speed of the net only available as above.

                            Yes. Worst Service.
                            I purchased a Netsetter recently in October 2015 from Kerala (Thiruvalla). To call its performance terrible would be an understatement. It is extremely slow. Another friend who had purchased one to work from home said it was very slow and had warned me against buying it. I bought it only because I did not have a laptop and wanted it hooked directly on power and to use as hotspot for our tablet and phones. Biggest mistake I made.
                            And guess what - they dont give you a USB power adapter nor do they tell what power adapter to use. I tried a few and also bought one. None of them worked. Finally had to buy another from the Idea technical person who came to fix it. This was working most times but again failed at times. The only thing that worked for it was a lifesaver O brought from Canada whose output was 5V/1Amp.
                            I still have a reliance netconnect - the speed is amazing. Only disadvantage is that it needs to be connected to a laptop.
                            I am surprised IDEA is still sitting on their hands and not done anything about it.

                              True statement, "An Idea can change you life". It is Idea only who had taken down my complain and given[protected] as my complain number.But No response , after escalating to senior people in Idea, got revert from their staff after a 2 weeks that my problem can't be solved for next 3 months. If Idea is sending bills for netsetter, then why these guys can't sort my problem. My netsetter is not working due to signal problem or some other issues don't know.                               Thank you for your late response.
                              For your information my incoming services is only activated not the outgoing. Still i am not able to make a outgoing calls and it says that your services is kept on hold.
                              I talked again to the CC (customare care executives and their so called superiors) yesterday again but everbody only promises of reactivating services in 2 hrs 4 hrs and 24 hrs like that. Today also i talked to CC Kausar and she said you activation is completed and outgoing called will be activated by 12 noon of 20.02.10 or maximum by 18 hrs of 20.02.10.

                              Whenever i asked CC to transfer to superior they kept the call for hold for ~30min (it happens so many times and then disconnect it). I really felt shameful for such a behaviour from CC so called proffessional. The Next moment you try calling and then you will hear the recorded message that all CC are busy. But is it a coincidence that when we call from other no. all the CC are free and you can connect in a min. I dont think it is a coincidence, it is a adjustment made by CC who keep your no. in particular list so whenever you try CC you will get the same message.
                              I also dont understand why all the CC were busy for 30min. And each time i try to talk to CC every time they insist for a fresh request, aren't IDEA increasing the burocracy and not trying to solve the problem instead. When i said i submitted the document to IDEA gallary and have the acknowledgement then it is their duty to submit or make sure that it should reach to HO or whereever then why i was asked each time the same. I think it would have a better option if IDEA should start asking people to visit their HO for the verification and submission of documents/proofs etc which will be less troublesome and harrasing.
                              Since I took the IDEA card most of the time I am using my mobile batteries just requesting to the CC , isn’t it serious problem with the IDEA services. Only advertising doesn’t help you have to provide services also.
                              Who should be responsible IDEA gallary people who are anyway employee of IDEA or a customer who made a mistake by choosing IDEA as a service provider.
                              Are we really heading towards progress or heading towards a older system of paperwork and timecosuming processes which used to take days and months together to activate the phone lines.( like BSNL used to have earlier I think their services are far better after experiencing IDEA’s service).

                              One thing i would like to convey to is that I am sure that i will by mistake advice any of my friends or realtives now onwards to choose IDEA as a option for the mobile service provider. I know t will not make difference to your balance sheet but at least i will be able to show a true picture of IDEA infront of the society.

                              SO again i am requesting( because that is what a customer can do)you to please return my money as per my earlier mail.
                              Kindly give me the fax no and email ids of the higher authorities to whom also i should show the true picture of their organization.

                              Idea Cellular — Pathetic Customer Service

                              Here is the indication of the horrible customer by Idea cellular.

                              I received a call from idea in the last week of January where the caller asked me for the name and address. She did not confirm the purpose of the call or even say which address needs to be confirmed (permanent or correspondence). The next thing I know is when I tried to call from that no after 3 to 4 days I got an error message stating “this is not a valid no”
                              Here is how well the IDEA guys are equipped to handle your calls in case you need to call them:

                              1>Not even a single time has any representative been able to answer the call in English in spite of chosing the language option for English.
                              2>I spoke to a Rupesh Haida who promised a call back and never bothered to arrange for one. Rupesh also gave me the address for Idea store without mentioning that the stores are not open on Sundays.
                              3> I was been promised a call back by Rahul Sharma and never got one. I spoke to him again after a week and was promised a call back and did not get one. Rahul also admitted that he had not followed up on the previous promise of a call back.
                              4> A no of people have hung up on me. Two names that I could capture were Reena(supervisor) and Tabrez.
                              5> It’s been five days of constantly following up and writing to IDEA customer care and they have not even acknowledged my complaint.

                              MY ONLY HOPE IS THAT IDEA CELLULAR STARTS SPENDING SOME MONEY ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE RATHER THAN SPENDING IT ALL ON LOUSY ADVERTISEMENT.

                              I have been using Idea post-paid connection ([protected]) since last 4 years.

                              About 2 years back I shifted my house and there is no Idea coverage in my house. I had put a request to check this at least 4 times in last 2 years. But they never did anything for this.

                              I then tried to go for Mobile Number portability. Idea rejected my request saying some subsisting contractual obligation. I tried calling the Idea customer care and get to know the reason for this but everytime i called them they said they don't have any information regarding this and i would be getting SMS or call from them in next 24 hours. But no call or SMS came from their side in last 2 months.

                              I then tried to close my Idea account and keep the SIM as a pre-paid service because letting this number go off immediately is not easy for me. I had requested this conversion on Saturday (26th Mar, 2011) and they said your pre-paid service will be activated in 6 hours. Now its been 40 hours and still the pre-paid SIM is not activated. I have tried calling them 3 times in these 40 hours and every time they say they don't have any information about why the SIM is not activated and i should wait for another 6 hours, 8 hours, till evening etc.

                              I would like to register this complaint against them for providing such pathetic service and on top of it no information to the consumer

                              i am having a problem that i have taken a new number and its been 8 days that i has been not activated till now, every time it is said that CPV has been conducted for[protected] but i think this much time is required for it, your service is not good as other mobile providers.

                              really idea changes life it has been frustuating. customers are made fool every time i call customer care to check status they say server is down everybody is just to make fool of customers

                                    Idea — Wrongly Charging

                                    This refers to my Idea mobile no. [protected]. Today as I restarted my mobile and connected to wi fi, there was a charge note from Idea for Rupees. 5.00.This happened more than 4 times. I dont understand why Idea is charging me Rs.5.00 everytime I restart my mobile.They just send a note for a duration of 1 sec and charge me Rs.5.00. I have not connected to the internet through Idea, I have wi fi at home and the option for internet connectivity through the network has been disabled by me, inspite of this Idea has charged me Rs.5.00 for each 1sec duration for restarting by mobile.I want to know on what basis Idea(service provider) can charge me, when I had never made a call and instead only connected to wifi. It seems Idea is applying their own system to get money out of the subscribers to cover up their huge expenses on advertisements. I am sure many subscribers might have experienced this problem. I want a refund(credit) for all these unneccessary charges made to my account.Morever there is no record or message for deducting these ammounts. A 2sec message appears that they have charged Rs.5.00 with the closing balance amount shown, then the message disappears. I suggest everybody to pay close attention on all their charges from Idea and not get fooled by those fancy advertisements. I hope the neccessary action will be taken to rectify this type of manipulation.

                                        I had informed that now my bill is genrated as they had faced
                                        problem in checking my billing details.

                                        service on 18/1/13 plan 100 rs for 300 mb.. .TO deactivate 3g i
                                        had called idea customer care nos 12345 and 198 many times in three
                                        consecutive days dated19,20,21 but the only response i got is "hello
                                        hunny bunny song" and "all customer care executives are busy" from their
                                        side.

                                        THE one and only sms i got sms from their side is on 21/1/13 that u have

                                        used ur 1gb o[censored]rs 3g and now u have to pay 1935 rs otherwise we will

                                        disconnect service and outgoing calls. I have 5 no of idea having

                                        corporate number. please look at this matter seriouslyand provide me waiver.

                                        The additional cost is only due to their service negligence
                                        from their side.
