Dear Sir,
I am using a prepaid mobile No [protected]. On 22 Feb I received a SMS from 54300 that Pretones has been activated on my number- the subscription was never asked for by me. To deactivate the service and refund of amount RS 10/- I sms to same number as contained in sms. Promptly I was directed to find many other services which I am not interested in. RS 10 was deducted and balance was reduced by RS10/- I asked 12345 to resolve...

I Abhishek kumar, my no. [protected] is not working ,as i have already paid bill online to idea cellular.
I don't know why my number is not working.
I have paid bill online on 11 feb 2013 ,Transaction ID[protected] through BANK OF INDIA and of 210.93 rs, and it was successfully submitted.


Please do needful action ASAP.

I am an Idea Cellular postpaid subscriber. I use a 3G plan on my number, which is 300MB for 100Rs. Every day Idea sends an sms stating the amount used till date. After my billing cycle was completed, i got a message stating that the amount used up to the last date of my billing was 299MB (within my limit).

Yet in the bill I received, I was charged 31.74Rs as additional usage charges. When I emailed them asking for clarification,...

I'm sunil verma ([protected]) you made my bill 112 rupees extra. I trying to connect but your customer care number not connect from one week . But i registered complain on 23/02 but my problem not solve.
your care officer say that its problem solve on 28/02 but this problem is asis. Now today last date of submit of bill so this problem will not solve so i don't pay penalty charge 50 rupees. Extra....

My idea no is [protected]. I have migrated this no from BSNL to Idea on 12th Feb 2012. This no is activated/unactivated i don't know because out going calls are working from 36th Feb 2012.

But till now incoming call is barred for this no. I called customer care a lot of times. They told that it would be resolved within 2hrs/1 day like that. Because of this incoming call barred, I am facing so...

my Idea 3g netsetter No [protected] is extremely slow in all the afternoon and night hours of the day. The maximum speed is measured less than GPRS speed. I feel ashamed to have idea 3g netsetter as is giving such poor speed. I complaint customer care several times but never they solve the issue of slowness. Through this fourm I lodge the complaint to idea netsetter and urge them to provide constant 3g speed....

True statement, "An Idea can change you life". It is Idea only who had taken down my complain and given[protected] as my complain number.But No response , after escalating to senior people in Idea, got revert from their staff after a 2 weeks that my problem can't be solved for next 3 months. If Idea is sending bills for netsetter, then why these guys can't sort my problem. My netsetter is not working due to signal problem...

It is upset to note that inspite of taking plan of Blackberry and unlimited internet I am wrongly charged in my postpaid bill of Mobile No. [protected] internet day to day charges amounting to Rs.1270/- inspite of subscribing internet unlimited plan and also blackberry plan. After discontinuing Blackberry plan Internet unlimited plan of Rs.199 was activated.

This subscription o[censored]nlimited internet plan of Rs.199 is not charged...

Instead they had charged day to day usuage of internet which is very injust and incorrect even though Blackberry plan is activated and also internet plan unlimited internet activated which is ignored in the bill and day...

dear sir, I had applied on 22/01/2013 for converting my idea pre paid number and my boding wife's bsnl post paid number under the corporate plan. my number is started after 12 days. but still my boding wife's number is holding on the idea cellur end and they are regularly assuring me that it will be on the service today evening. but it is not so. my boding wife is a professor and her number is blocked 8 days before. she is so much...

I have purchased a new idea net setter on Saturday it has started on Thursday night so it has now started but now only 2g network is working also I had purchased this so that I can use it in my farm but there is not even 2g network not working as there is full range for idea so I am really sorry for complain...

My bill has been generated on 21-Jan 2013 and the due date is 5 feb 2013 and i didn't pay the bill. They barred my services on 19th feb 2013 after 10.00AM. I padi the bill on 19 feb 2013 at 2.00PM and they resumed the services from 19 feb 2013 after 6.00PM onwards....
