On March 11, 2013, I made a 28 minute call, for which my balance was deducted by INR 8 (I have 30p/min call charges). I had approx. INR 50 at this time. Two minutes later, I made another phone call that got cut in 3 mins due to insufficient balance. Without any use of internet or any other services, Idea had slashed my balance to 21 paise.
Shockingly, the person I was speaking to experienced the same problem, as his balance was slashed to nil from INR 100+ even though I had made the call and it was a local call. I demand an explanation and apology from Idea for such irresponsible deductions, and a reimbursement for the wrongly deducted balance.
