my mobile no. is [protected] is blocked for no reason.I had applied for my duplicate sim for my lost sim card. I have done all the necessary procedure to get the duplicate sim i have all the related documents and even i have registered a FIR for this and after that they have blocked the sim

My IDEA Mobile #:[protected].i made a online recharge 201.money deducted from my account but recharge balance not credited into my mobile .when i asked customer care executive he told that 201 is invalid amount to recharge. If 201 is in valid amount to recharge then how can they deduct money from bank for in valid transaction.bank transaction reference ID is one of below:

one idea salesman came to my office and give me a post paid idea no([protected])of monthly rental Rs. 199. he told that bill can be submitted online. but after so many attempt bill was not submitted online. after 2 month outgoing service deactivated, and after next 2 month incoming service also deactivated. after deactivating both incoming and outgoing service one person (recovery agent) from idea named HAPPY (mobile no [protected]) called...

Idea sends a regular update about the GPRS usage for their limited usage plans. In my case i have got a SMS saying till 14th March 18:00 hrs, my GPRS usage consumption is 495 MB for my 512 MB plan. Billing cycle is 15th of every month, Means i have another 17MB to be consumed for free as per my plan in remaining 6 hrs.
The charges they put me on my bill is 346 amount. After my 1st level of Complaint and 10 days of analysis, they came...

They are diducting balance in unauthorised internet use charges.

i complaint one time and pay for thier service and pay regular charges.

Someone from IDEA call centre has CLEARLY told me that my BBM and What’s App services will absolutely FREE when i will be travelling abroad…..that’s why I have only used these services when I was in Dubai…!!
