[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — balance deduction

Sir,
My cell phone no. is [protected].
I am not so good in English so please ignore my English mistakes.
Form 14 jan 2011 to 16 jan 2011 30 to 40 rupees reduce in my balance when I talk customer care executive why the balance is reducing they give me no.53535 .
When I tried on this number but there is no response . I tried on another no.12345 this is also not working .
Now calling two three times on 198 . This number is also not respond.
Customer care executive have no idea why my balance is reducing so tell me where from I get this information because there is no SMS comes about these value added services in my phone. There is no GPRS features in my mobile so please refund my money in 48 hours this is my humble request to you.
I am really very upset. If you not help me then I first apply in consumer court after 48 hours. And after giving application to consumer court second I apply to change my mobile service idea to Airtel when this facility is start in Rajasthan.

I am getting IDEA CELLULAR services for last 3 yrs..My mobile no is [protected](Prepaid customer)...I had incorrect deduction of charges from 1/01/11...for GAMES DOWNLOADING without my consent( I come to know the things in last week that idea providers deducting daily 5 Rs amount from my idea pre paid account without knowing me)...I tried IDEA customer care many times they always told me the new way of deactivating the service but none of them work. From 1st jan 2011, 100 Rs has been deducted from my account. Also no customer care Executive is responding. Please help me out, So i can use services of Idea Cellular properly.

I AM IDEA CELLULAR CUSTOMER. RECENTLY I HAD SENT A SMS OF MOBILE PORTABILITY, AND GOT A PORTABILITY NUMBER. ON SECOND DAY (07/02/2011) I GOT CALL FROM IDEA CELLULAR AND THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT "RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH 27 Rs. AND YOU WILL GET BENEFIT ON CALL RATE( I2I 20 PAISA / MIN & I2O 40PAISA / MIN. ).
ON THE SAME DAY(07/02/2011) I RECHARGED MY ACC. WITH 27 Rs., BUT MY CALL RATE NOT REDUCED STILL, AND ON CALLING TO CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE, I AM NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONSE FROM THEM. SO, I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE PROPER ACTION ABOUT THIS MATTER AND CO-OPERATE AND HELP ME.

My idea no. is [protected] On 2 3 4 feb my balance in Rs 80 till 8 feb but after i can use idea internet 98 rupees plan I found that after sometime my 150 rupees balance isdeducted to my main account iam shocked please return my balance 280rs

I got 3 massage from Vodafone that your caller tune servive has been activated
& my mob valence deducted Round by Rs.50/-,I asking Vodafone Company why
Issue Unwanted facilities & deducted money with out permission from mob.fone holder
Yet I have diald costumer care executive does not take care to resolve this issue & I am not satisfied by the reply of Vodafone costomer person I request to Vodafone company
Please remain my former valence & get rid of caller tune

Idea — Deducted balance

Hi, I am having Idea pre paid connection and i have activated internet pack of Rs 98/- on 12th March 2011, howver on 21st March after 11PM they have deducted Rs 32/- from my main balace and when i called them replied that i have exceed the 1 day limit of some 70 mb.

However i have paid Rs 98 for 2GB and valid for 1 month and no one shopkeeper of customer care as i called them before activating this pack for details not inform me this thing.

So now how can they deduct this.

They are not ready to listearn any thing, can u help me in this.

I am a customer of idea cellular since last 3 years.My number [protected] .I dont want any type of service and registered me DND..The company automatically started any scheme in my mobileand deduct balance by saying that it will deactivate after12 hours or diel 12345ya any other no. telling by them . I have taken a new connection of idea & recharged Rs.21 for gprs But they have charged unnecessarliy Rs 66 & they are not picking up complaint & saying that I have downloaded from internet & they have charged for it but this is not true.
I have only surfed the internet but still they are saying that it was charged correctly & they are not refunding my money also. I have even contacted Nodal officer also but he has not told me anything..
So, Sir I kindly request you to take serious action about the cellular company & refund my money back...

Idea communications services — Wrong and arbitrary deductions

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have Idea No [protected] continuously used since first week of May11 and found the following wronng deductions on 25th May 11. A complaint was thereafter lodged on the date telephonically for such deductions under the head GPRS and stopping all the value added services, if any. A deduction thereafter of Rs 20/- was made on 26th May 11 even after such complaint. It shows bad intentions of Idea.
Further, I noticed a message has been received for activation of the Internet facilities. I am surprised on reading the message and made again a complaint, but customer care centre have made “no remedies” saying their server is out of order. They wanted me to call them after a day (after the tentative time of rectification of their server). Whether this does not denote the lack of services and arbitrary nature of the company? This is Service Provider Agency wants services from customers?

Now I want the following remedies:
1. The wrong deductions since 7th May 11 is to be refunded back immediately without further deductions.
2. No services other than call facility is to be provided of their own and deductions is to be made. No such message is also to be given till I intend such facilities.
3. The company should not waste time in lodging the complaint and convincing instead providing the desired services.
I hope this would be sorted out immediately.

Idea Cellular — balance deduction in one day Rs 150

Hi,

I have taken a new prepaid connection on 13th June and recharged the same with 150 (got full talk time ) plus Rs. 89 Recharge for Internet usage.
on 14th when i checked my balace , my balance was nil . i have not made any single call from my mobile nor i have used any other service , for knowing the reason for the same i called customer care and both the time i got the same reply that our server is down and we cannot assist you on this.

i am surprise to get this service from idea as i got this connection on good feedback of my friends . i have not used idea till date although i am using mobile from last 10 years. but after taking this new connection i am feeling helpless.

Please help !!

I have a idea prepaid connection. one day I found that my balance has been reduced although I did not make any calls. Then I called up to customer care and they said that I have requested for caller tune service for which my money has been deducted, which is totally lie. I told them that you show me that I have requested for the same then I will agree but they are saying it is not possible. I also can not prove that I did not give them any request, because the system is not in my hand.

I was fade-up with their arguments then I said to deactivate my caller tune. One of the telecaller told me that your request has been taken. Then I told him to give the complain number but he said it will be sent to you by sms. which I did not get and after 1 hour again my balance has been reduced for the renew of the same. Now they are saying that the money has been deducted as per my request so it can not be added back. Rs.40 or Rs50 does not matter, matter is the service they are providing..

Hope you will look into this matter and dissolve the same

Idea Cellular — unwanted activation of services and deduction of balance without notice

i m really pissed of by unwanted activation of value added services and my balance have been deducted twice and the deducted amount is not low its rs.55 i want my amount back otherwise i'll lodge complain in consumer forum of this inconviniency..

Dear Sir,
I am a user of idea network from last 3 years and using a GPRS plan with the activation of Rs.98/month this is the plan of the company that user can use GPRS with 2 GB downloading and surfing but many a time my mob. Balanced has been deducted without any information last time on 04.07.2011 I recharged with Rs 50 and company did not provide any information that your data card has been expired and deduct all the balance while I was not using GPRS
While I called the no 198 the concerned person did not provide right information. I am very frosted that the idea company cheats me many a time but now I am ready to complaint to TRAI.

plz back my money and TRAI should take correctibe action in this type of grivances

Idea Service Provider — Incorrect balance deduction

Dear sir,
I use Idea telecommunication services. My mobile no.is [protected]. On 28/07/2011, I recharged my mobile with 222/- rupees full talk time because i have to go for pune for interview .Next day,on 29/07/2011 I got a phone call from Idea services .that person was telling me about Idea services .at last of the talk, I told that person not to activate anything.but he activated something without my permission and all my balance of 222/- was deducted. i was unknown about this and i went to pune for interview. Now I was travelling without any balance in roaming and I was not able to dial a call and receive call from my family due to roaming.Now if any bad thing happen to me ,my family will be unknown and my family was sad when i was in train and not able to call them.when i returned from pune to lucknow. I contacted with Idea customer care and they noted down my complaint and gave this complaint no.(Date=03/08/2011,SR N0.1-[protected]). They promised me to solve the problem within 24 hr. But I did not get any reply in any form.Please help me to get my balance back and please take action against them .they harassed me mentally so much.I know you have all right to punish them and to take action .please stop this type of crime ...and I want to get my no. in "DO NOT CALL" .please help me...
