[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — balance deduction

Hi i m Vijay i used Idea mobile no. [protected] and in this no. they have been charged unnecassary amount of Rs. 200 in 2 days and i call to customer care they have not give the proper response to me and also call to several time customer care executive are busy. So please help me what i can do.

i am fakhruddin salmani i want to complaint for balance deduction in idea cellular
yesterday i have 30 rupees recharge after that
i did not call or message anyone but today when i checked my balance then i found my account balance is 10 rupees
so 14 rupees deduced in my account when i call to customer care she did not Liston my problem and disconnected my call
i have talk with simmi She is customer care executive she disconnected my call without solving my problem the same thing happened again while contacting to the costumer care executive
it has happened with me many time
i shall be highly grateful to you if you take action in favor of my request as early as possible

Idea — Balance Deduction without permission

I got a massage on 27.08.2011(saturday) that your subscription to Idea voice Chat mothly is activated & rs. 30/- for 31 day is deducted from your balance. While i have not applied for it nigther by call nor by massage. When i called to customer care one executive told be that it is deduct against your call & another said, by message you have applied for the same but i have not applied for it by call or massage. They refuse me to refund the amount. It is a case of theft in my account. Please take nessery action.

Idea Cellular — Unwanted service packs

I am being charged Rs 30/month for an sms service pack "LOVE 360" without my activating it. But now despite filing my deactivation request through their deactivation portal number 155223, i am still getting these messages for past many months Why's this. I request the concerned authorities to take action immediately.

I requested sevaral times in Idea cellular limited cuastomer care to deactivate Channel 99 renued, customer care responded it allready deactivated these services, and no other services activated in your account. Yesterday Igot a message that channel 99 is renewed to your mobile. But I have not activated that service. Tat service got automatically activated & I lost Rs.25 from my balance. What can I do? Plz deactive my avobe service as soon as possible.

idea cellular pvt. ltd — not getting full balance after recharge

i am getting msg's to get full talktime but when i recharged on 19th aug with Rs. 300, i jst got 269 appx. i registered complaint in customer care of idea but not getting any satisfactory answer. They told me to talk to their outlets. i register another complaint through mail by a idea outlet in rajendera palace. i m having a copy in my mail. they told to that my problem will resolved in 48 hours but now after three days i am not getting a single call or e-mail by idea. so i wish to register a comlaint against idea cellular pvt. ltd ( aditya birla group) .

iam ur last 5 years coustamer o[censored]r company but ur company giving cheating too mee dt 10.8.11 game tashan activate time 12.50pm and 20rs deduction,dt 31.8.11 game tashan activated time 12.50 20 rs deduction then dt 7.9.11 bikni tashan activate time 12.19pm 20 rs deduction total 60rupees deducted my act and again dt 19 .9 11 game tashan activate in two days and 20 rs deduction on my account .
Iam giving a request u to pl return my 60+20=80 rupees in acct in 3days otherwise ur company compliant submit in consumer court but idea company is frood and choor they couldnot return my balance sir pl help mee.

Idea Cellular — balance deduction

Dear Sir,

With reference to my mobile no [protected] i want to inform you that my balance from the service provider ie. idea cellular(maharashtra) is being deducted every month for services without my knowledge. Every month i have to call back and request them to remove the service. this is happening frequently. so i want relief and justice for this.

Recently i got a sms regarding renewal of service(10/- p.m) but i didn't subscribed any such service. other then that sms also consisted information regarding unsubscription and when i tried to unsubscribe it, the reply from idea cellular was that the key is wrong. in addition to this they has deducted 3/- from my balance for that sms.

when we called up to customer care, they are skipping it by saying that it has been activated by you when we called up on to your mobile. But i never received such kind of calls.

It's not matter of 3/- but it is matter that how long such malpractices will be continued and why we have to suffer. Moreover if such practices are continued how a laymen can react to it.

Please try to understand and help me, not only me but everyone who faces such a problem.

I am idea subscriber my idea no. is [protected],,, on 1 sept I got a sms From IZ-IDEA3G ,,
In which in sms i got a free dialor tone also auto deactivated after 1 month as per this sms,,,,
But today i.e. 1st oct my balnce deduct Rs. 30 And when we call to idea care (198) mr. narender says there is no auto deactivated service in idea care ........

chargeble services without our permission , & dudcting the amt of such
services from our talktime , on dt 16.10.2011 idea activated MITTI KE
RANG , which is a chargeble services, & diducted 30 Rs from my balance
, which is an offence

Dear sir,
I am a idea customer(utterpradesh lucknow).my mobile no. is [protected]. sometimes I use IDEA GPRS SERVICES by using gsm sim of my mobile.I had 65 rupees in my mobile balance and i activated Idea gprs 98/- pack(free downloading for one month ). when i travelled to rajasthan for one month.on the first day, i used internet for surfing ,surfing charges were deducted from my balance(65/-) while i had internet gprs. as i was unknown from this my whole balance became zero.and at zero balance you can not use internet gprs .so my total loss is 65 rupees and internet gprs for one month.sir , these service provider do same things with customers many a times. as they are not punished they dont fear to do these froud things.sir, there are not any roaming charges for internet gprs when you travel in different states.still they cut my balance . pls sir you have power to punish them.please help me to get my balance and gprs back i will be grateful to you......

Idea Service Provider — NON SERVICEABLE BY IDEA

GET AN IDEA WHAT A PISSED IDEA SIR JI, IVE BEEN FACING PROBLEM IN MY AREA THAT TOO WHICH IS MOST POPULAR IN AHMEDABAD I.E SATELLITE ROAD, BUT THE SERVICE OF IDEA PROVIDER HAS BEEN VERY CLUMSY.THE TOWER IS NOT AT CALL CATCHING EVEN WHEN YOU ARE IN THE MOST HAPPENING PLACE WHERE THERE IS PLENTY OF FACILITY. IVE ALSO REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AGAINST IDEA BUT THEY INFORMED TO CHANGE THE HANDSET WHAT A STUPID ANSWER GIVEN BY CUSTOMER CARE OF IDEA.THESE PRIVATE GIANTS ARE GUD FOR NOTHING,THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TI MINT MONEY THATS ALL BY LURING PEOPLE THROUGH ADDS.BUT FORGOT TO GIVE QUALITY. BE IT AIRTEL,VODFONE, UNINOR, OR DOCOMO. OHH HOW CAN I FORGOT THE KING OF FRAUDS ITS MR. RELIANCE SERVICE PROVIDER.

i wish to say that my no. is [protected]. on 30-11-11 the call came from idea for caller tune and i didnt press any button and they deduct Rs 45 from my account.So therefore i request you to please reverse back balance to my account.as well as on 28-11-11 the msg from idea came on my mobile that to recharge with Rs. 50 and get full balance of rs 50 but on recharging they give me Rs. 42. we further request you to please get my balance back Rs. 45 and Rs. 8
