Idea — to deduct the balance

Sir,
I hemant burange my mo.no.[protected],before two days I have recharged Rs.30,but I have switched my cell and when start to Mobile then deduct 50 paise balance of my account.I have say my problem to customer care and I interacted with Savita but I am not satisfied in his answer.Then she transfer the phone on his senior then 5 minits a period he will not response to me.Your company service is very hopeless I have not reacharge your sim card only used for incoming calls and outgoing calls stop now.

Aap DNC Registry pe apna number acitvate kardijiye,

ek bar apka number DNC mein register hoga tabse apko koi bi pareshni nahi hogi..

DNC mein rgister karne ke liye type kare START 0 send kare 1909 par.

Idea Cellular — deduction of balance

I have recharged my mobile no i.e [protected] with the Rs of 60 to get main balance & i got the balance then i will recharged rs 19 to get 200 mb (GPRS VOUCHER) AFTER 5 min i will used internet & the company will deducted my whole balance... & they will not activated by services.... then i was complaint to customer care they will not respond me properly so please take action against them..

From last few months i am just feed up with the service from idea ...unknowingly at any time they activated any kind of services on my cell no.... when we asked them to deactivate then they cant ..as lastly on 3oth december 2011 ihave registered my complanit they provide me complaint number[protected]..and said your problem will be resolved on 2nd jan 2012..after that we ll make a call to them on 5th jan still same answer under process....and finally on 1oth jan one one executive ramesh-rawata01 call me and said your problem has been resolved and your balance has been credited into your account and same while i have received an sms for that problem has been resolved but nothing has happened... again i have called them on 11th jan one of the executive Gurjeet behaved very rudely and said we cant refund you ....so please help me in resolving this....

Idea — Deduct balance

Dear Sir

My uncle have a idea number [protected] for long time. but on 05 Jan. 2012 deduct my balance from my account Rs. 20 and after once again company deduct my balance. Today I got a message your service will renew on 19 Jan 2012 and deduct Rs. 20 from your balance. when i try contact with customer care then he will give solid response and when i ask him to give my complaint number then he disconnect my call.

at 29/1/2012 i activate free 3g plan in 2 phone.the free plan has activated for 3 day. the conformation message i receive.but the plan has automatically renew within a minute and balance deduct from my account ... i call customer care they agree for their mistake what i explained.he told me that he will talk with his senior .then solve problem. but seneor cant give me right answer. he does not register my complain.and cut the talk in between. he refuse to give refund.
so please help me . what can i do???

Idea — Deduction of balance amount

The balance of Rs. 30 was deducted from my account on 8th February 2012 and the reason was activation of some service in 2010 although it was not activated and before more often amount of Rs. 10 like on 11th August 2011 was deducted without any reason.

I want the proper solution to this problem

I have used the Internet service of idea for 3 times and downloaded some 5 MB the company has deducted some 200 rs for it. First they activated 3G without my approval and when i called them and after many hang ups with 45 minutes on the complaint desk and the call transferred 3 times the person told me i cant help and all things are OK

Please help and I need to get my money back

idea prepaid deduct 100 rs. in march month & 100 in febuary . and when i ask for customer care then they said for each time differrant resion and not give proper response so i want to reund money.

Idea — mobile balance deduction

I call customer care 4 to 5 times from other mobile number & say that deactivate all my services. Which are activated on my mobile number [protected]. but they not deactivated services & deduct my balance from my mobile card approx 150 RS.

Dear Sir ,

We are getting unwanted calls and messages from a person with a mobile from Idea Communications ([protected]).he is disturbing our peace of mind and talks rubbish. He also sends abusive and sexual messages and is harrasing us .

Mai pichhale 3 mahine se idea custumar care me complain kar rahe ki mere balance se roj Rs.3 deduct ho rahe hai. mujhase kaha jata hai aapke no. pe wwe sewa activate hai. aapke kahane se yah seva online band kar di gayee hai, per yah seva abhi v band nahi kiya hai.

i have an idea mobile no.[protected] named mithilesh kumar rai.yesterday a call came from idea mobile company on my mobile no. ,they were telling somthing but i disconnected the call due to nonclearing of
voice.After some time i recieved a sms accepting of request and within seconds deduction of 75/ for idea talkies.
i tried many times to contact customer care but call disconnected, after 15 hrs i talked to customer care officer but her response was very bad and she said this was your request, but i was unknown about it. she said disconnect the call.please register complaint and do the needful for above deduction without information.

My balance of Rs. 40 was deducted from IDEA prepaid on 25/06/2012 around 12.39 am. The message I got from IZ-ideaCMS is as follows:

"" Dear customer, thank you for downloading Content Package from nazara. You have been charged Rs. 40 "".

When I talked to customer care(named- Vasisth), He first told me that your balance was deducted due to GPRS usage(Though I already have Rs. 13 GPRS activated). When I told him about the SMS received, he got confused and asked me of which date's balance deduction are you asking about. After I told him the date, he replied that yes it was deducted due to nazara technologies pvt. ltd. Though I never opened its website. Even you cannot open the website of nazara from you laptop or pc. So how can they deduct the balance.

It's not the first time of fraudulent balance deduction.

Sir/Ma'am, please look into the matter for refund. I'll be truly grateful to you.

I got a call from nazara.com today. They told me that they will refund my deducted 40 rupees.
