[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — sim not activated in given time

I took 2 no's from ITBL Pvt Ltd, ITBL HOUSE, B-70, NARAINA PH 2, on 29th aug 2009. On 31st aug i spoke to idea customer care n they told me that my no's has been activated but ITBL has given me wrong sims. Im trying to contact ITBL since yesterday. First up the no's on the payment slip are incorrect 2ndly anyhow i got there no but they just keep on playing game by giving another no. Its ridiculus. I want things to get resolved. ([protected]) preapaid m chal raha the esko postpaid m karwane ke liye 19 tarak ko apply kiya tha lekin abhi tak koi bhi reponce nahi mila agar nahi chalu huaa h to uska koi karan bhi nahi bataya or etne dine se payment bhi leke bethe ho agar nahi chalu hota hai to plz give me payment main kahi or se connection le ke tutant chalu bhi karwa lunga ok plz u face my problem

M/s ITBL TELECOM PVT. LTD — WRONG COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER

Dear Sir / Madam

My self Nitin Jain, on dated 13th sep 09, i have received a call from idea for regarding post paid connection, They told me for providing me this no. [protected], after hearing this number, i would agree to get new idea connection, but now they are changing their statement by saying that they can provide only this number i.e [protected],

Do you know the meaning of first impression is last impression, I have already connection of Vodafone, Reliance, Tata, Trump. First time I m going to use IDEA, but now i just feel that it is a fake company....and i will never suggest any of my friend or my office community to allow themselves to connect with IDEA.

Still my connection is not activated and be stay, so far you will not be activated with my given number i.e [protected]

pls stay my self out to use idea....i can bear the loss of my Rs 500/- which i have paid to

Sim not activated in given time
I bought one idea sim on 14/09/09 with complete documents and i gave payment thru' cheque i.e 283839 in favor of ITBL TELECOM PVT LTD., NARAINA PHASE-2, NEW DELHI and i was assured by the company executive that the sim will be activated in 24 hours but till time today its not activated . whenever i cal ITBL office they are saying from last 3 days within 1 hr sim will be activate.but still.sim is not activate .so I requested them to cancel my sim and refund my money as the service is not activated which again they are not ready to do. if they will not activate of sim then i will go to consumer court.

Sim no is[protected] and the given cell number was [protected].

i bought idea sim no.[protected] on 13.09.09. payment made via cheque no.916394 in favour of ITBL TELECOM PVT LTD. (SYNDICATE BANK)they promised to activate the sim within 24 hrs but sim not activated till today.i called them so many times .I have already informed to customer care but no action has been taken from their side yet.now m asking them to refund my money they are not ready to do so.if they r not ready to take any action within 2 days i will go to consumer court with all the documents i have.
