There is persistent problem of erecharge as i am on roaming and no balance i have since last 10 days .

Plz take some initative to tackle the problem. My number is [protected]. an early response is highly appreciable. how to see the balance also in roaming.

    I received a call on 30th May, 09, saying that I can now take advantage of absolutely free GPRS service from Idea, where I can download anything on my mobile absolutely free of charge. But I know that this service can't come for free, so I asked him that is there any minimum charges for this service, then he accepted that 20Rs. will be deducted daily for this service from your account. I said Ok. He told me that I need to send to a text message "SET" to some number in order to activate this service.

    I never activated the service by sending any message to Idea, but strangely 20Rs. Idea started deducting 20 Rs. from my account daily, which I came to know 4th day, then I talked to their customer care (which itself is a horrible task) and the said that 20Rs are getting deducted for GPRS service.

    I was shocked and I lodged a complaint at idea grievance cell and customer care. They said that they will refund my money if the service is not activated by me.
    Today, July 06, 09, I received a call from idea customer care saying that they have the recording that I said yes to activate the service on my mobile. What a !

    So, I want to warn all Idea users not to receive any such calls from idea executives, and it would be better if they change their service provide.

    i want 2 complain against the executives of idea zonal office, rajpur road, dehradun., , , we r using corporate nos.n our biling cycle is 21st to 20th of each month.we want 2 barred the connections 4 ever.we cannot barred as our bill reaches us 0n 18th, n it takes 2 days to bard the nos., , , as our due date is 4th of each mnth...n it reaches us at 18th..this is all just 2 create new bills..n we r fedup of taking idae connections.
    If i were 2 cmplain i would have gone to conumer forum 4 complaints...
    pls take strict actions against idea sales executives i dehradun.

      I am Sunil Rameshlal Sangtani from Nashik having an Idea postpaid number from last 5 years. I am paying all my bills regularly. My average billing is approx Rs.700 - 1000 . Till today i had not used any kind od ISD calls on this number. Also i didn't activated the ISD calling facilty till today. Inspite of that Idea cellular had started calling me from 01/07/2009 saying that you had used your phone more than your credit limit. I had enqire about the bill then they told me that your bill is of Rs. 8203.14 and you have to pay Rs. 7000 immediately against interim payment of bill. I was shocked to hear this coz i didn't used so. I had asked them to provide me the details of such bill. They was tolrading me and told that they will genrate me the bill as per my bill cycle only. Then they told me that if i didn't make the said payment before 06/07/09 they will directly block my outgoing facility. Then they called me and told me the ISD calls details. They are saying that i had used ISD service on 27/06/2009 which amounted to Rs. 6543.60. I just want to know that without any application how the ISD facility was started on my phone and when i am not speaking to that number how they can charge me the bill to my account. The ISD number is [protected]. I am sure that i didn't maked such calls. If they are sure they should procide me the evidences of recorded voice clipings of such calls. Also when i called on 12345 custmor care on 11.00 am on 06/07/2009 they told me that my ISD faciltiy is activated on 30/06/2009. They charged me the bill of 27/06/2009. How disgusting is there records.
      Kindly check these matter and way off all my unfair bill.

        Dear sir,

        My name is Vipin Yadav and my number is [protected]. I am currently working as Scientist with DRDO lab, RCI, Hyderabad. I have been using idea prepaid cell phone for more than three years and in this time, I didn't need to call ideas customer care(12345).

        I would like to tell my experience with idea customer care when I lost my mobile.

        I lost my mobile[protected], Friday, 11:00 am and as soon as I found about it I looked for a way to reach idea customer care executive and deactivate my mobile. I called 12345 from my friends mobile [protected] and listened to it, but the automated lady voice did not tell any way to talk to customer care executive. Earlier 12345 followed by 9 used to connect to any executive. By hit and trial, somehow I dialed 2 followed by 0 and got connected with executive after struggling and listening to 12345 many times. There was no option to deactivate my phone straightforwardly. It was 12:30 PM now.

        I explained to customer care that I have lost my mobile and want it to be deactivated so that other person who has got my mobile cannot use my balance or my mobile illegally. The executive asked me about validity of recharge and last top up to verify my identity. I was able to tell last top up, but did not remember my mobile validity date as I used to purchase one year validity and so did not remember my validity. Moreover I was never reminded that validity date is worth so much value and can be used for authentication also. It sounded absurd to me as they could have asked my birth date, mother's maiden name and even address to verify my identity and I would have told easily. The executive took my request and asked me to wait for an hour for deactivation. I got really angry with it as it was an emergency as in one hour a person can lose all his phone's balance also if the person who has got lost mobile choose to make ISD/STD calls. I asked him why he could not deactivate it immediately as I knew other person (with my mobile) was making calls from my mobile. I was calling again and again at my number and getting busy tone. He was not receiving my call, but he was making calls using my balance on my mobile. I do not know what that executive concluded from my answers and request to deactivate my mobile, but he deactivated the phone I was calling from ([protected]) to add to my misery in spite of deactivating my number [protected].

        An hour later, when I called back from [protected] to confirm deactivation of my mobile [protected], I have to repeat whole story again and to my surprise [protected] was still activate. I again requested them to block my mobile [protected] (not knowing that soon only number I was calling from [protected] will be deactivated in place of [protected]).

        When I found that they have deactivated [protected] in place of [protected], I immediately visited and filed complaint in police station for loss of my mobile phone. Until now my first priority was to block my sim [protected] and I tried for three hours for that and went though all this trauma. Meanwhile the other person enjoyed my balance by making calls of around Rs 150 in those three hours. The police men then called customer care and explained them to activate [protected] (friends number) and deactivate [protected] (my number)

        Highly disappointed at ideas customer care, Irushed to khan lateef khan (taking half day leave) idea customer center to get a new SIM (sim replacement for [protected]) as I was no more sure whether they will ever block my mobile [protected]. Mean while, on police inspector's request my number was blocked ([protected]) and my friends number ([protected]) was activated again.

        I got new SIM at around 5:30 PM with my number [protected] assigned to new SIM. The executive there at Khan lateef khan told me the number has been activated. Again to my disappointment, my number was not activated. Customer care told wait four 6 hours. 6 hours over still not activated. Again I called, "wait for 24 hours, we have not received papers from khan lateef khan ideas center". Again I called, "wait till Monday, 10:30 pm, it will be activated."

        Now its Monday and I will check at 12:30 pm whether my number is activated or not. This whole series of event has severely disappointed me and I really feel idea people should stop "walking talking campaigns" to promote awareness among people for health rather they should look to improve their processes and customer care services so that stress in lives of people due to bad customer care support is no more. It seems customer care service of ideas is same as babus of bsnl of old times with only difference that here you can call them on phone and need not visit for giving requests.

        "Every person can make a difference" with this in my mind I have written my experience and I want no other person to go through same experience as I have gone through. I would like idea cellular to improve its services and take immediate and shift actions to improve its babus/call center executives.

        Idea — Loss of phone and diactivation

        I have lost my idea phone and I want the number to be deactivated. I mailed to the ideagroup also. But they are not ready to deactivate till i lodge a police complaint. I am not interested in such long process of FIR. I just want it to be disconnected. Why cann't the same be done?
        I don't want unwanted calls on my number([protected]) from Idea Customer Care.
        I am an Idea customer for last 2 yrs. my no. is [protected].I have recharged by Rs. 57/- to get get 65 min idea STD free on 18 or 19 th july. its validity is 15 days.i have talked so far 38 mins in STD.yesterday (22th july) my balance was 507 rupees.But today after (23 july) talking to a friend in STD line for 15 minutes, my balance is showing only 449 rupees.I want to know why my balance decrease when i am talking under STD free mins. pz enquire about that.

          hi,

          I had taken prepaid connection. Sales representative confirm that it is plane where i can get idea ti idea night calling free for all idea number in maharashtra, goa and mumbai. For that i had top up rs 30. But actually when i called to idea number which is from nagpur it chagares me 60 paise per minute. which not as per plan. The sales representattive confirm from his manager that i will get idea to idea calling free for number which are from nagpur but i didn't get it.

          I complain about the same in customer care.. Toaday 2 month passed way but yet i haven't got any reply to my conplain . this was bad picture of well know group .

          With this I can confirm that all company sell their product only to make profit and for customer satisfaction.

          Pleas do something so that customer can get what company has promised them.

            Dear Sir/Madam, this is to bring to your kind notice that I have an Idea connection since the last four years and have been clearing all my bills on or before the due dates.this time due to certain circumstances I, AVITI SHARMA, MOBILE NO...[protected]. was unable to do so before the due date which was 23rd june 2009. i made this payment on the 1st of JULY. to one of the executives who had come from IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED. A-16, SHIVALIK, MALVIYA NAGAR.he gave me a receipt for the same, which has a receipt no.009356 written on it.i paid him for two other numbers as well...on the 2nd july I got a call from idea saying that they havenot received my payment. I checked on the status of the other two no.s out of which payment for one of the numbers was cleared.and the rest two numbers is not cleared...the lady who called me for the payment was VERY RUDE, MISBEHAVED WITH ME OVER THE PHONE& when I asked her name she disconnected the phone...the number which she used, to call me was [protected]. after my informing her that I have already cleared my bill she kept telling me that no her system is not showing that..on the 4th JULY. my phone has been deactivated. when I called the CUSTOMER CARE they said the same thing.i gave them the receipt no. but was of no help.they were EXTREMELY RUDE.NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.inspite of me requesting them again and again they din, t help me..they told me to call them after 2 hours.which I did, but was of no use..THEY WERE VERY UNETHICAL, DIN'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER AND WERE NOT READY TO HELP.
            Thats True these people are out of control and they don't bother if customer goes to TRAI for help as they say they are paying money to TRAI on monthly basis to keep these issues away thats really disgusting.
            Ya this is true, the companies do like this, thats why also previously i had terinated a mobile number of IDEA.
            But trust that all companies are doing like this.

            What you could do is to file a RTI application with TRAI, discussing your complete issues an details.

            they may be paying money to TRAI (Telecom regulatory authority of India), but TRAI has to reply to an RTI as it is mandatory

But no confirmation received till now and amount of Rs.222 has been deducted from my acc. Immediately. Kindly arrange to make this payment successful otherwise reverse the payment to my acc..

              Idea Prepaid — Money deducted but did not recharge

              When i tried to recharge from net banking. Money deducted from my account but didnot recharge my mobile. What should i do for getting revert money.

              Also when i am inserting my sim in mobile and switdhing on mobile. I am getting "Insert sim card" message. What can i do Is sim corrupted or is there any issue because in same mobile if i m inserting other sim.it is working fine.
              I am recharge (55 rupees) through icici net banking in one idea prepaid number which is [protected] but still not credited in this number and amount is allready debited in my account so kindly let me what is the solution in this matter

              I have done a recharge for 365 from idea.basically i entered 365 instead of 345.now money got deducted from my account .i raised the issue with icici as i used prepaid mobile rechrage facility.now they says they hace paid amount to idea.now idea should give this money back.

                  Enclosed mail is self explainatory and gives you the taste of pain I am going through

                  Dear Arvind,

                  Thanks for your support to bring resolution on this long pending issue. Though vide appended mail dated June 10, 2009 you have confirmed to credit my mobile account by Rs.313/- for the number [protected], I have been issued 02 Notices from your office to settle the entire amount of Rs.532/-.

                  The said notices dated June 10, 2009 are delivered to my residential address yesterday i.e. 17th June 2009. Of the 02 notices raised on me one is from your recovery department and other is from your advocate Mohit Gadkari & Co.

                  I am quite confused because your appended mail states I need to pay only Rs.220/- whereas your Recovery Department & Advocate are claiming for Rs.532/-. Hence need your support in knowing what is the final payment due from my side? If it is a mistake from your recovery department and advocate then please send them the proper communication with a copy to me to avoid further inconvenience.

                  The waiver given to me is not out of favor but is for the rectification of mistake from your end. This shows clear lapse in the system which results in mere harassment of the customer wherein you impose faulty charges and then send unnecessary communications/notices with the threat legal action for recovery. If this nuisance is not stopped immediately then unfortunately I also need to approach Consumer Forum.

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  This is with references to subject demand letter No. Idea/Mum/FDL/0705-1/F[protected] dated 22nd May 2009. Vide this said demand note you have raised demand of Rs. 531.80 on the undersigned Postpaid customer of Idea Cellular services (Number [protected]).

                  Appended is the response sent from Office Email ID to your demand letter;

                  In the said Demand letter it is mentioned that the services for the mobile number [protected] are stopped. I am happy to hear this but this could have done 4 months back when I had personally visited to your kiosk at Bhandup – Mumbai (the only service station near to my residence). I went there with the written request to deactivate my number because I was not getting proper network connectivity at my residence at Vikhroli. Your executive there refused to accept the written request and informed me to fill in the deactivation form. On her request I had asked for the deactivation form but I was told that the forms were out of stock. Then again after 02 working days I went to said kiosk but that time also the forms were not available. Hence I had requested your executive to at least accept the deactivation request letter duly signed by me but my request was again forfeited. When I procured the connection that time person from the same service center personally visited my residence to collect address proof with the SIM card but the same type of service was not given when I raised the request for deactivation.

                  After completion of billing period in the next month you had raised an invoice for the rental which I had not paid. On overdue of payment I got a call from your call center on the alternate number ([protected]) requesting to settle the outstanding. On this call I had informed the above incidence wherein I was not being given the deactivation form at your Kiosk. The call was ended with no satisfactory outcome.

                  Next month again one more invoice was furnished (that was for 02 months rentals alongwith interest on overdue payment) and I had not paid the same as well. On overdue again I got a call from your call center on my alternate number for settlement of outstanding dues. With the great patience I had re-explained the whole mistry and the call was ended with the confirmation that the incidence briefed by me would be communicated to the senior authorities. From that day I had neither received any phone call nor invoice.

                  In your demand letter it is mentioned that “on personal visit from your representative” I have not settled the claim which is not false because till time no one from Idea Cellular Services met me to recover so called unreasonable outstanding claim.

                  Yesterday i.e. 28th of May 2009, I had received the demand letter issued from your recovery department with the threat to take legal action against me if the dues are not settled within seven days. Please note I had requested your several executives to deactivate my services but nobody helped me to do so and hence I myself had stopped using your services the same can be checked from your system.

                  I am ready to pay one month rental & service tax thereon for the services which are not availed by me but not going to accept the forcefully levied incorrect charge of Rs.531.80. Here the mistake is not of mine but still I am ready to accept the charge for one month rental to kill this prolonged issue.

                  Even after my willingness to settle your unreasonable dues partially if I have been forced to make full payment then I have no option but to raise this issue with consumer forum and local authorities.

                  I will be happy to see a quick response on this which will help me to do the needful (either make the payment of one month rental with service tax or raise this issue with consumer forum).

                  my mobile no is [protected].I am located at Bangalore.It is a pre paid connection.On 27 Aug in responce to a service SMS I re-charged for Rs 32 to make STD rate .75p, but I am being charged Rs 1.50! I agiin recharged Rs 32 on29 but still being charged Rs 1.50 per call even though originally I was being charged Re 1 only. So all calls from 27 to be charged at .75 p only and the money credited to my account. Again I have been billed Rs 5 for SMS ALERTS without asking for it.Same needs to be refunded/credited to my account immediately.

                    I had taken IDEA post paid connection on my name (Salil Kr Singh) 5-6 months back ([protected]) but due to some personal reasons approached the IDEA cellular showroom located on Gitanjali road, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi to get it converted into pre-paid.

                    I filled a form and submitted my driving license copy with my photograph and was ensured the new SIM would start working by the evening. I also provided them my alternate no ([protected]) which is of IDEA for any concern.

                    It was working very smoothly but 10 days back I got a message stating that your documents haven’t reached us and services can be barred. As I had well submitted the documents at IDEA showroom, I neglected the message. But from the very next day, my services had been barred.

                    I then approached at IDEA customer care and they denied to activate the services. I further approached the Nodal Officer of IDEA ‘Nidhi Sagar’ at[protected] Extn – 5690 where someone activated my no and confirmed me that now you will not face any problem and it will be activated.

                    But in-spite of such confirmation, my services have again been barred from yesterday when I was out of station and in case of any mishap; I would not be able to contact anyone as the services are barred.

                    Now when I am again trying the nodal officer no, no one is bothered to pick up the phone.

                    I have been mentally harassed by the IDEA cellular and especially the showroom at Malviya Nagar where they are just thinking of their business and customer service is absolutely neglected.

                    I really want to file a written complaint again this as it has taken my precious time and every time and such negligence could invite any serious problem for me or my family

                      Having Idea is a worst idea, from last 9 to 12 months i am facing tremendous call drop problem, also whenever i give a call to anyone the call gets disconnected whereas the network is full.

                      While calling there is a full network, but once the btn for call is clicked the network becomes Mr. India.

                        I have IDEA post-paid connection in my mobile since last 3 yrs. I want your help regarding one issue.
                        Yesterday on 29-06-09 they suddenly blocked my SIM and I was not able to use my mobile. When I dialled my mobile number from other phone the call ended up at some person in Surat. How can this be possible? How can person in Surat have same mobile no. as I have? Then I called IDEA customer care from other phone and lodged my complaint. Then after 3 hrs I got call from IDEA that it was happened by mistake they tried to block another person’s SIM but they blocked my SIM. But now to activate my service they charged me 50 Rs in my bill. It was their fault, my SIM was blocked unnecessarily for 3 hrs and now they are charging me for this? Why should I pay that money? I never told them to do that. I need some assistance and help from TRAI regarding my problem caused by IDEA service provider.

                          customer care at Idea really sucks.

                          I was a satisfied user of Airtel, but I switched over to Idea few days back.

                          From Today My SIM is showing INVALID and I am very uncomfortable without Mobile.

                          The worst customer care service I have seen till date is of Idea.

                          Its highly unprofessional and sucking!

                          I think I should move back to Airtel...

                            I find the latest advertisement published in TV by the IDEA CELLULAR could lead to many accidents. It promotes using the caption "walk while you talk". We have heard about many casualities that occur due to lack of concentration while speaking in phone and crossing the road, walking over the platfort, etc. I request you to review this advertisement and take necessary action as early as possible.
                            Please stop this ad as this may lead to very serious accidents. It is always advisable to stop and converse as talking and walking simultaneously may lead to loss of concentration and many known accidents have occurred due to this. Accidents on railway tracks, railway crossings, roads, fall from stairs, etc has all been very common and must have been heard of by every persons. Please stop this ad. I am a fan of all the idea ads so far but this one has really disappointed me.
                            I entirely agree with Sidharta. It is outrageous to alow such an ad. While the telecom ministry is urging telecom companies to spread awareness about etiquettes o[censored]sing mobile phone, here is a mobile company, leading people to do commit unsafe acts. 2 years back a film director of Bengali films got killed while shooting at a Railway station, because he was walking while talking animatedly on his mobile and unmindfully started walking between the tracks. He collided head on with an oncoming local train. This was all in newspapers. But in our country, "safety" and lives of people is hardly a concern. People are insensitive. The Advertising Standards Council of India has the right to take a suo moto action against the ad since it affects safety of people. But it is sleeping insensitively. There are people who are saying it is a good idea, projected in the ad. I am amazed at the gullibleness of the people and realize how immature adults can be. It seems, the ad company Lowe, who prepared this ad for Idea Cellular, has no methods to check the standards of its ad.
                            when i saw this advertisement first time I really impress about this message because Idea give a path to utilize the time and improve your health. Its a real Idea to followup's.

                            Using cells while walking, riding, driving, viewing, eating should just be discouraged. We have enough people who do this on a regular basis everyday putting their life and other's in danger.

Where is the common sense? The irony is that this ad is present on almost all signal points right under the nose of a traffic police! May be, only after accidents, government will wake up and go on ordering enquiries...?!

                              I am here to give my views on a cellular company, which worked under guidence of "Aditya Birla Group" named "Idea Cellular Ltd.".Idea recently changed his Unlimited free Sms scheme without giving any intimation or information to his valuable customers due to that many customers who properly used Idea msg scheme face many problems. This is the biggest loop hole of Idea Cellular Ltd. which totally affect the sales ratio of Idea Cellular Ltd. I am here only suggest the company please re-start his Unlimited Msg Scheme to maintain the value of the customers but if Idea doesn't choose or take any action on this matter so customer have only one option that they switch to another Cellular Company.

                              In the month of 11th Feb 2011 i have opted the msg plan of 1p for 1 msg a month offer.Now its not been a month and from 8th march they are charging 1/- per msg due to which i have lost around 200/- from my balance.This is very annoying with these providers and they dont even respond correctly when we call customer care.If they change the plan they dont even mention the changes to the customer very bad customer service i say and always they loot the customer's money.

                                I bought a net setter in month of May 2009 in Bhopal. There are some wrong commitment done by Idea executives at the time of selling.

                                1. I was told that monthly charge would be 500/- per month for unlimited connection. Now I came to know it was valid for 3 months only and I m being charged 899/- for the same connection. Nobody from idea Bhopal informed me at the time of purchasing about this validity.


                                2. I was told that I would be getting all India free roaming, but i faced connectivity and very low speed problem in Bangalore and that's why I didn't pay the bills because i never used the services. My connection is barred and Collection executives are visiting my place for the bill, but I never used those services for last 2 months.


                                3. Idea executives not listening the complaints properly, they just put off the phone in middle of discussion.

                                4. Now I got a legal notice for non payment for the services which i never consumed.

                                Kindly suggest what should i do.

                                  I am Zakir Parwez (Jack) is connected with idea cellular number [protected] since last 4 and onwards years.
                                  Now it’s really depressing to say that I got cheated by Idea Cellular customer care executives (CCE) and they haven’t any answer, why they do that. Even they didnot gave me full information of any query.

                                  Now come to the point.

                                  My problem is that, I recharged my [protected] number by Rs. 199/- to get benefit of Idea to Idea Unlimited calls on[protected] at 09:10 AM and I got the same benefits of Rs. 199/- recharge. Then I recharge my mobile with Rs. 222/- on[protected] at 08:12 PM. Now I want to reduce my local call rate that’s why I called up on 4444 customer care number on[protected] at 09:06 AM, and asked him about, have you any tariff plans to reduce the local call rates on my cell number? But firstly they replied to call on 53500 (toll free) to know about tariff plan. I called on toll free no. 53500 on[protected] at 01:26 PM but I didn’t get anything clearly, and then after I again made call on customer care no. 4444 on[protected] at 1:28 PM and again asked about the tariff plans for reducing my local call rates, Now an executive gave me the information of Rs. 24/- tariff plan recharge, to reduce my local call rates Rs. 1/- per minute to Rs. 0.60/- per minute but even they (CCE) didn’t gave me any single sign of effect of Rs. 24/- recharge on my cell number, that I got on my Rs. 199/- benefits recharge, and I recharged my mobile with Rs. 24/- on[protected] at 1:50 PM, and perhaps at the same time I lost my Idea to Idea Unlimited Free calls which are valid till[protected].

                                  When I come to know about my money is regularly deducted from my balance even when I made call on Idea too, then I called to your CCE on 4444 on[protected] at 11:17 AM, and asked about my problem he (CCE) transferred my call to his senior(Floor Manager) but unfortunately its hang up from your side. Again I called on 4444 on[protected] at 11:20 AM and after short discussing with CCE call transferred to Floor Manager, I discussed with him approximate 15 to 20 minutes and asked to give me appropriate solution of my problem. But he (FLOOR MANAGER) had only one answer that “KSHAMA CHAHTA HOON, KSHAMA CHAHTA HOON, only KSHAMA CHAHTA HOON”. It such a disgusting to talk with Idea Cellular Floor Manager. When I said him “I am going to sue your company”, he simply replied “go ahead”.

                                  And then, I mail to Idea cellular Grievance Delhi <grievance.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com> on 19-june-2009, 22 june 2009 and 25 june 2009 but still they did not reply any of mail.


                                  My issue is only that please see my problem, and give me the appropriate solution.

                                  Dear Sir/ Mam,

                                  This is for your information that your IDEA DSA (ITBLexecutive) was calling me for more then last one month. On 19th July again I received a call by your company executive (Gaurav-[protected]). Firstly I refused but then he requested that they (ITBL) can provide me a good number of my choice.

                                  He called me around 15 times on 20th July (call details available) and offered me number ([protected]). I agreed for the said number and their executive ([protected]) came the same day and took Rs.400/- and collected my ID along one photograph for the same and he said the number will be activated till tomorrow morning 10:00 am. The receipt number is I- 2161& Customer Application form number is 1465389. Executive mentioned the offered number ([protected]) also on the said receipt.

                                  When the number was not get activated till 5:00 pm on 21.07.09, then I called Mr. Rajiv & Gaurav they asked me to wait and said your number will be activated till 6:30 pm. From that time I was calling both of them regularly after hours gap but they didn’t pick my phone till evening 22.07.09, then I called Gaurav from my other number on 22.07.09 he picked, listen my voice and said again to wait till evening and disconnected my call with rude manner. Then I called Rajiv in same way he said I was busy so didn’t able to pick your phone & the number we offered you are paid and we can’t give you this number.

                                  So I asked why you allotted me that number I didn’t call or ask you to give me, it’s totally a cheating with customer. He said he will come back to me with solution with in 30 mints but he didn’t pick my call again its already 22nd July passed.

                                  This is for your information if I didn’t get the same number ([protected]); I will log complaint against ITBL in Police as well as in Consumer Court. As I am having receipt with offered number written on it as a proof with the received call details by your office numbers.

                                  Note: - Mr. Rajiv (ITBL Manager-[protected]) was in regular touch with me on phone and the number was allotted by his permission because he himself called me several times along with Gaurav and gave me options for the number.

                                  Hope you will do the needful on urgent basis.

                                  I fully agreed with the above two statements. I am also an idea customer i wanted to say that idea cellular is simly disgusting. They don't listen anyones problem. People working with Idea cellular are illiterate.

                                  After soo many visits to your idea stores, so many conversation with your executives on phone calls, so many putting mails on customercare id. AND AGAIN I GOT A SAME BILL NOTHING CHANGE APPEAR ON MY BILL NAME. STILL I GOT A BILL ON MY COMPANY'S NAME. AND YOU CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN...WHY???????

                                  I am facing this issue for last two month but still nothing happen. Yesterday i have called to your customer care. And i want speak with your team leader MR. PRAKASH SURTI (Because he knows my problem) but MR. SURTI not having time to speak with custom. He said that i didn’t have not time to talk with all the customers. After i yeeling to customer care executive and finally MR. SURTI spare his valuable time to his invaluable customer. And he told that i have already escalate this issue. But they didnt change ( Before MR. SURTI was confirmed that i have change your bill name and now he is saying that other department not change yet).

                                  IN YOUR COMPANY NO ONE WOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLVE ANY OF THE PROBLEM WHICH FACING CUSTOMER.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam
                                      I had purchased a cell phone from the mobile srore Kukatpally.As a complementory they gave me free lifetime idea prepaid card ([protected]). Also i had purchased additional card for my spouse. Both cards were activated after paying Rs 47 each. The card were deactivated since 22 june within 8 days after activation for want of documents. Although i had given related documents within 2 days of intimation.Since cards got deactivated I visited daily from 22 to 26 june said store.However i was always replied that card your both card will be activated tomarrow. Hence i called concerned idea official Mr Ravi [protected]. Evenafter 8 days of deactivation neither the mobile store nor Idea cellular ltd taken care of customers. In order to avoide further cheating of several other customers I request you to publish in the Deccan chronicle news paper.

                                        This is CH. Raghupathi from Hyderabad.. I'm using Idea network. I received a message on 27.06.2009 stating that if we recharge with RC 77 there will be unlimited SMS free.. Even on 28.06.2009 in idea IVR (Interactive Voice Response) also i got the same message... But after recharging on the same day, with the top up RC 77, i got different offer.. (Idea to Idea free and other services 0.11ps). when i called them they r telling that the offer has been changed just now.. when i spoke to the Floor Supervisor the response was negative. and he didn't bothered the least to help me out and asked me to put me a case on Idea Network. Company Address given as Idea Cellular Ltd, Khan Lateef Khan Estate, Basheerbagh. and the concerned floor supervisor name is Mr. Narsing... Kindly do the needful action towards the company & the staff as soon as possible. I'll be very much grateful to you...
