This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a subscriber of the Idea cellular connection.My phone number is[protected].

I have a prepaid connection.Last week on 12 June 2009 I recieved a call from an Idea executive named Vivek who wanted to convince me to take a Postpaid connection.
His office is situated somewhere in Faridabad.
He proposed to me a 699 plan.
I agreed to take the plan but I asked them to convert my prepaid into Postpaid so that my number remains the same.
He had sent his executive to my home on Saturday i.e. 13th june 2009 who gave me a new Sim card.He also took 750 rupees in advance for the connection but he didn give me any reciept against it.
I was promised that my connection would get activated within 24hours. But its almost one week now and nothing has happened.

On top of that now my prepaid connection has also been blocked.

I also visited Idea care centre situated at Kishan ganj, Old rohtak Road New Delhi -7 but thay also seemed uninterested to listen to my problem.

Not only they have taken extra money from me but also blocked my number which had nothing to do with them.

I have a prepaid connection. Since Last six-seven month on dated[protected] I received a SMS “Congrates you have renewed for mobilE Investor Monthly pack for just Rs. 50/- to 28 day” and they have deducted Rs. 50 from my credit balance

In this regard on 26th I have called to 12345 and register a complaint that I have never send a massage our nore I have called for the scheme to activate.

One executive (name I d’nt hear) told me that u have requested through sms therefore we have activated the scheme, I have denied for these type of sms also in my cell’s sent item there is note a single massage to idea, I have objected to him and told that I will discontinue the connection if my money (Rs. 50) note refunded by the company. That he told me that u can register a complaint for incorrect deduction of balance

I have told him please register.

After half-n-hour I have received a sms from IZ-SIVR “ dear customer, your concern for incorrect deduction is under process and would be actioned within 12 hour 0 min sr no. 1-[protected] thank you.”

Surprisingly today I have know the fact that in india the mobile operators are in huge competition and under pressure from rate war and therefore they have started to cheating customers like me and making a huge money without any cost

In example

The idea has 5 crore subscriber base even 10% of the subscriber are note aware about these type of fraud than they can easily earn Rs. 25-50 crore annually

    Sir,
    I have IDEA connection in my mobile
    I got a message from IDEA about a week ago. It was for lifetime validity for Rs. 49. I recharged my mobile to avail the offer. But I didn't got lifetime validity. The validity increased by only 3 years. When i asked the reason, i was told that i will be routinely informed on the mobile about this. Though the validity of my sim
    has not yet refreshed, i found my balance being decreased by Rs. 20 every day. It was about 7 days ago when i recharged my sim validity and in the last 7 days my balance has been reduced by Rs.140.
    Please tell me the reason. I am losing my mobile balance very frequently.

    Idea Cellular — reduction of main account balance without reason

    i have lost of my balance of rupees 20 though i have a sms pack active on my number . despite calling customer care you rob 0.5 rs for 3 minutes and there is no one available to speak. refund my balance back or else mnp is the only option left.worst customer service from idea. cheap business

      Hello,

      I got Net setter on 12 May 2009. I didn't get connectivity and speed till the time. I raised many tickets till the time but didn't get any kind of resolution.
      I do have many concerns regarding the service, Commitment, problem resolution capability etc.
      I only get false commitment from customer care. I talked with many executives and floor manager but didn't get any kind of resolution.
      The worst service I faced in my life is from Idea cellular only.I talked with some floor manager (Swpna, Aprna, Rahul Dalvi, Akshay Deshmukh, Shailendra Sheklar) these guys are really ever worst I talked.
      I need good service(Connectivity and committed speed i.e. 240KBPS)And escalation matrix.
      If you guys can't give me service please give me this in return.

      idea cell — False Commitment / IDEA is worst in service and Customer care

      Dear sir this is Dinesh Totla from Mumbai, Maharashtra, I purchased 10 postpaid connection ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) of IDEA in the months of October 2008. I purchased that nos. when one of your sales promoter at Mumbai named Sunil ([protected] / [protected]) gave me a commitment to give me a Idea Corporate Scheme in which:
      Rental Rs. 199/- Per Month
      1st 2 Months Rs. 100/- Discount
      199 Minute Free talk times per month
      199 SMS Free per month
      From Idea to Idea within group free
      From Idea to Local Mobile Charges will be Rs. 0.30 per minute
      From Idea to Local Landline Charges will be Rs. 0.50 per minute
      From Idea to STD Landline / Mobile Charges will be Rs. 1.00 per minute

      After my first bill. As yours is a well known company so I believe on his commitment and purchased that connection but after one month IDEA denied his commitment. Then I contacted your Sales promoter Mr. Sunil about the same, he told me and promising me that don’t worry I will solve your problem you pay these bills and you will get credit in your next bill, so his promise I pay the bills but I shocked when I get next month bill the same problem in that, then I call your Mr. Sunil and told that if you not solve the problem then I will disconnect the all connection but he is not picking the phone.


      I went Idea Franchise and told them about the false commitment made to me, they took my problem into their notice and said that they will fulfill the commitment if it is made so. Although the matter is still pending but I have faith on IDEA Cellular Ltd..

      (In this process IDEA will stop my outgoing calls, and I suffer my business from the same and frustrating your calls from your customer care for payment, I told them several times for my problem they took my problem into their notice and said that they will fulfill the commitment if it is made so. Although the matter is still pending ………

      Such persons like Sunil are misguiding your customers I have no personal hatred towards that guy but being a reputed company these guys are not sending good message to your customers.

      And I now I am moving to consumer court for suffering my business from the same and frustrating your calls from your customer care for payment,

      IDEA is worst in service and Customer care. IDEA has got frustrating and 100 % poor / hopeless customer satisfaction strategies. I am not going to continue with the IDEA connection. Others should do the same to teach them a lesson and make them more customers friendly and give the services which they are being paid for.

        Respected Sir,

        I have idea cellular prepaid connection [protected]. Well I have hell lot of complaints with this company. I am highly dissatisfied with its services. My first and foremost complaint is that on 05th June 2009 Rs. 299 deducted from my account without informed me. I do not activate any service or plan. So I file complaint in IDEA customer care on 08.06.2009 (complaint No.[protected]. They committed me that amount will be refund within 4 days. After 4 day on 12.06.2009 amount was not refunded so I file another complaint (complaint No.[protected] for the same. Again they told me amount will refund before 16.06.2009.
        From 08.06.2009 to 18.06.2009 I called so many times to customer care for the same. In that I talked with Mr. Aniket Reddi, Mr. Dattatray Shelar, Mrs. Kulkarni Madam, Mr. Nilesh Ambane (All are Team Leaders in Idea), But still amount is not refunded.
        After 11th day of my complaint they are saying “your complaint is in queue”
        Why the hells have they deducted money without applying any service or plan by me and not refund my money yet. Are they fooling people?

        Please take an action on my complaints ASAP.

        Idea Cellular Ltd — customer care fooling people deducting balance

        i m an existing user of idea but i m very fed up the way they treat their customer.
        yesterday balance was deducted from my no. without my consent. when i called customer care i was told it is due to activation of scheme but i never activated such scheme even i was not aware of the scheme. but they didn't even apologize n started blaming me. over it when i started using that scheme my balance agn gt deducted i called agn n i was told that is some other scheme that made me furious what these people trying to do. why the hell they are extracting money from people like this. i am a very old customer of them never faced such problem before but these people have crossed their limit now.

        I have a cellular prepaid connection of your company ([protected]). I would like to register a complain that 2 weeks ago on saturday i.e. 21/11/2009 my mobile was charged with Rs.55 TOPUP. I made 2 to 3 calls for a short period. My balance at this time was Rs.46. The very next morning when I checked the balance was deducted by Rs.20. This incident happened with me twice as well as in this month on 6/12/2009 being sunday when my mobile was charged with Rs.25 TOPUP. given the balance of Rs.20 but the very next afternoon the balance was deducted to Rs.12. I don't know why is the balance getting deducted from my cell even though I am not applying any services. So, please take action against these unnecessary deduction of balance and refund it... Otherwise, I would be left with no choice but to switch over to another company...

        Idea Cellular — money deducted from topup amount without activate any services

        My self have idea cellular sim mobile no. [protected]. On 24 Dec 2010 the company has deduct Rs. 75.00 (seventy five) from my topup amount without my knowledge. However I have not activate any services.
        When I knew, I have complaint to customer care on 13 Jan 2011 & 14 Jan 2011 against complaint No. 1-[protected], to return my amount. Customer care reply me it is not possible to return the amount.

        Sir, earlier also so many time company deducted my amount.

        please put up my case and do the needful please.

        IDEA Company — deducting the amount without any information

        I am using the service last one and half years. but recently the idea service started cutting from my account 5 rs each day, where i have not applied for any other service. i am so annoyed with the service , also i have a scheme of one ps one seconds. now a days the amount gets cut more than they promised. when trying to call the customer service care one after the other they change the number, i am not satisfied with the service and i need to get back all my money which the service provider cut for the last 13th onwards. i am so upset and angry with the service. do the need full as early as possible.

            I did an online recharge of Idea number [protected] for Rs. 301 on 31 May, 2009. As per the tariff shown in their website, the Rs. 301 recharge is valid for 30 days with a talk time of 186 to 198 rupees. After making the recharge I received a message that the recharge is successful and the amount got debited in my bank account. Surprisingly I did not get any amount credited to my number. I called the customer care immediately and spoke to about 2 to 3 representatives who could not give me the right answer. Ultimately the call was transferred to their floor leader Ms. Babita. After our discussions, she(Babita) assured me that the amount will be reversed to my account within 24 hours. Subsequently i called upon the customer care for about 4 to 5 times. Every time a new person lifts the phone and after knowing about the case, they assured me that the case will be taken up with their higher officials. Till today(17 June, 2009) nothing has happened. Neither I received my money nor the recharge was successful.

            In my view, it is cheating. In case if I am correct, please let me know the procedure to proceed further. Alternately if I can lodge a complaint with the consumer forum, please let me know the same.

            (I have the recharge success report, transaction id and the online tariff sheet (shown on that day) saved to my desk)

            It's happening even today. IDEA has a good network of cheating people with mere assurances that the services will be given. But nothing ever happens. A customer gets fed up of calling over and over again and finally gives up. So I changed my getting service from IDEA altogether and switched on to a new service provided. To my fortune now there is the possibility of mobile portability. Try that out!

            idea prepaid network — official cheating

            Dear Sir,

            This is suresh, and My mobile no is:[protected], since the starting form this no, I have not yet activated any of the features offered by the idea people.

            Recently on 01/02/2012, idea team activated HANGAMA monthly plan and deducted Rs10/-
            More they also deducted Rs.5/- for Games Club. Later on 02/02/12, they once again deducted Rs.5/

            But, on 02/02/12 night at around10.40pm, as I spoke to Neeraja, by informing to refund the amount which was deducted on 01st and 02nd feb2012, she told that the amout will be refunded immediately.
            Also they gave complaint no as:[protected] and
            [protected] and these will be actioned by 02/04/2012.

            And again on 03/02/12_AFTER DEACTIVATION DONE ON 02ND NIGHT, ONCE AGAIN DEDUCTED RS.5/- ON03/02/2012.

            It is very rediculous to say that, even with out knowledge of the customer, they deducting amount instantly, but they are taking 2 months of time to refund the amount. VERY SHAMEFUL FOR SUCH A GREAT NETWORK.

            My request is to refund the amont which was deducted that is Rs.25- immediately, which is to be added instantly.

            If the same is continuing, I go for mouth publicity to each and every one not to go for idea network, as they are doing like this.

            Kindly do a favour sir.

              Hi Sir
              I am a regular customer of idea from last 4 year, but this time i am facing some issues with Idea. Actually in Gurgaon, i have two idea Corporate postpaid numbers [protected] and [protected]. And in Rohtak, i have two postpaid number [protected] and [protected]. The number [protected], i made a request to close that number on 18th April, i submitted Sim, and Paid the dues and written the application and SUbmitted to PLANET COMMUNICATION on Goahana Road, ROhtak. The Receipt number is 5016420. But that connection has not been closed till now and due to that i have to pay the extra bill of this number which was around 500, otherwise my other number [protected] would have been closed as both numbers are on same Id.
              Actually the person there on PLANET COMMUNICATION is not closing my number intentially to save the penalty which he has to fill if he close it before three months. And i requested for the my extra amount paid to be get back, but still no action is taken for Closing the connection and getting back the extra paid amount. This type of service i have not expected from Idea.

              Please do something regarding this, so that i will not look fwd to close my idea connections and shift to other providers.

                I have complaint against Idea company.

                i m trying to deactivate my masti pack since saturday dated 23 May, 2009 many time i called up in the customer care and told them about deactivate my scheme but result is not satisfactory.
                i have also send message for unsubscribe but again the same situation..
                Really idea company doesnt provide good customer service.

                I am also suffering from forced subscription from Idea.
                For many subscription promotion plans gets enabled by just pressing a '*' key. 'Star' key position on mobile keypad is such that it very easily gets pressed accidentally.

                I have such Cricket update service forcefully enabled on my Idea cell phone. Every day Rs 5 /- gets deducted. Even after registering the complains with Idea customer care, I am not able to un-subscribe from this forceful service.

                I think we all such sufferer's shuld come together and go to consumer court against Idea cellular.

                I m trying to deactivate GPRS unlimited pack from about 20th of july, 2009 Many time i called up in the customer care and told them about deactivate my scheme, I also sent an sms requet for abut 8 -10 times each time I call them they assure me to deativate and i recive some messages with assuarance to deactivate it withinin 24hrs I am providing the Sr no[protected]. but result is not satisfactory.

                  I am really furious with IDEA, my cellular phone network provider. I am from Goa and have an IDEA connection for the last one year plus since I have returned from Bangalore. I have not seen a more lousy company which demotivates loyal customers from increasing their monthly billing.

                  I have been doing a modest billing of Rs. 1000 per month for the last 8-10 months. Last month my billing was Rs.2045 which I paid in time. For the current month my billing has already crossed the Rs.2000 mark and I get a calll from IDEA that if I dont do an interim payment of Rs. 2000 my services will be discontinued.

                  I didnt take the service centre executive seriously. Thought he was doing his normal job. But to my surprise they discontinued my services. I go to the IDEA franchisee shop here from where I got the connection and the guy says he is helpless.

                  I enquired, can I make part payment? He says NO. Can I convert this to an auto debit facility by linking it to my bank account and get the credit limit increased? He says NO. Untill and unless I dont pay Rs. 2000 my services wont be activated. I dont use too many bad words in my language but today I feel like. Thanks to these I am not able to contact any of my family, clients, friends & collegues. I have to stop all my regular work to do the interim payments. This is the price I pay for being a loyal post-paid customer of the network. I dont understand what is the meaning of POST PAID?

                  Will someone from IDEA understand what I am saying and have the &$#*@ to speak to me and explain to me whats happening? I am definetly moving out of the network. I wish the number portability was introduced at the earliest in India so that my business wouldnt suffer because of the change in the network provider.

                  I find it extremely stupid of the company to keep the customers in dark of the so called credit limits which come as fine print somewhere in the dealing. When you are there to sign up for a new connection they will keep you in dark. They will take Rs. 250 as the deposit and somehow get you inside the network and then the torture starts. Unsolicited messages being sent. I had to fight and get those stopped by really begging in front of the call centre executives. The usual process takes 45 days it seems to get these messages stopped. And they proudly tell you TRAI has allowed them for the same.

                  i am Altaf from village Rajgadh Palla, Ta Ghoghamba, Dist Panchmahals, Gujarat.i have purchased a postpaid mobile connection from the Jignesh Gandhi (mobile No. [protected]) the authorised person of idea co. before more than ten days.i submitted all the documents & paid heavy amount as i choosed special no. [protected]. i was given a card from jignes Gandhi & he told me to insert the card in mobile & it will be activated within half an hour.i followed all the instruction but card didnt activated. I complain for it to Jignesh Gandhi, district idea office, custommer care centre & also to the nodal officer but no budy gave me proper response. it is more than 10 days passed but still my card is npt been activated. now whenever i try to call Jignesh Gandhi and District idea office, they doesn't recieve my call and when i call to custommer care centre or nodal officer, they tells me that they will call me after 24 hours but they never calls to me.
                  I really tired & hopeless now and i have a doubt that they have issued illegaly a connection to sumbody on my name and he will misuse it.
                  please help me and do some thing that either they activate my card with no. [protected] or tell them to return my documents and amount

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I would like to register a complaint against Idea Cellular Pvt Ltd. On 8th June, 2009, I bought a new sim of Idea with 2 years of subscription for Rs 1, 000. They told me that that sim will be be activated within 24 hours as per TRI's Norms. The number alloted to me was [protected] & S.No. of Application form was 1433028. When this no. got activated, then I got to know that this number is already existing in some other name & that person is using this no. I informed this thing to Agency/ service provider, & they accepted this mistake. Therefore, they alloted me a new number with confirmation to activate it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, I called them but they do not activated that number. Furthermore, I visited the adchini More Idea center on friday but nothing done against my plea. Thereon, I, contacted Sai communication, Tilak Nagar about activation of the number. In return, I received a call from them on saturday morning . Finally on Sunday evening my sim was activated & the no. was [protected]. But when I, inserted that sim & then message came that " Invalid Sim", again complained about this thing to service provider. Then they took the sim. On monday morning, I received a call from service provider about the activation of the sim which was not with me. In between, I bought a another number because I, was suffering through losses and I needed one no. urgently for issue of advertisement. Kindly compensate the losses incurred of Rs 50, 000 due to lack & faults of your services.

                    RS 20 is deducting per day for net service but no subscription is done to that service .we want immediately you to stop that, otherwise we will take another connection of any other company.

                    Idea — Dissatisfaction of services

                    I bought a new add-on connection([protected]) on 8th of august. on 30th of july i got a call from an idea represenative asking me to take an add on connection on my previous idea number([protected]). he offered me a number and when i payed him the amount 250 he gave me the sim promising to activate my number the next day. but the next day i came to know that the number offered to me was already activated when i inquired the person apologised and offerd me another number([protected]) promising to get it activated. but it got activated on 8th. then there was a verification of my address which came out to be negative.and the people de barred my services on 13th august at 8:00p.m. when i called up customer care to inquire that atleast they should have informed me before de barring my services they said that they did send me a request. when i inquired i came to know that my number was de-barred at 8:00p.m. and they did send me the message at 8:35p.m.(13th august).it was my birth day on the 14th and all my social network was hampered.
                    i gave in my documents on 20th august, they reverified my number on 21st august at around 3:00p.m. and i was promised that my number would be activated within 24hrs.bt till now it has not been.one of my refrence numbers with idea is[protected].
                    my friends idea connection is deduting 1rs everyday without ane subscription and sending jokes (which obviously he dosent need) n when we call the customer care nobody is there to care lol their service sucks man ...

When my younger brother Vishal call to the customer care executive to know about this he told him that you have selected the same when u got the call from our customer care side on 4:10 PM, but he refuse the same coz he never accepted these kind of the services, even we dont have any call from youside on the same time. He checked all and again call to the customer care and the guy told him that the service is registerd now and you have to bear that particular amount of the charges.

                    I again call to the customer care on third time and again asking whole the process this time the executive named JASWINDER told me that the service is selected when you got the call from yourside on 4:22 PM, He changed the time according to your first executive.When i told him that we have not selected the same service even we dont recieve any call on that time. Then he told me i[censored] wanna deactivate the same so i will do, but the charges will not refunded.Then i asking why the charges will not deducable even the service is started from youside without inform to me. SO he told me to talk to the higher authorities but not transfer the call them. Then i told him to register my complaint and tell me the complain number. After logging the complaint he told me the number is[protected]. And when i asking about the calls from the seniors . He told me ot will be After 4 to 24 hours.

                    So resolve the same issue of mine refunded the payment of such charges. And also listen the calls when we talk on the customer care coz that was recorded while we talk on the customercare.You will also know about the attitude of the cuatomercare executives

                    This company is deducting money from the mobile service usualy they deduct money for Idea music station,Idea jockey etc without my permission.After deducting they simply sms that amount have been deducted.On 27/8/2011 at 2pm they informed Rs 30 have been deducted,similarly on 27/7/2011 also Rs 30/ were deductedwithout any reason for idea jocky.In the same manner Rs 30/ were deducted three times few month back then I went to customer care four times then only I could stop this deduction but whatever amount is deducted is never returned back.On 27/8/11 at 6pm I try to contact the consumer complaint for 30 minutes then i contacted one person Mr.yadav from Indore .He informed me today I could not do anything You try to contact me tommorow after 24 hours then I can try to solve it but my money have already been deducted.This type of practice is not good this should be avoided.My phone no is [protected].

                    I have sim card of Idea since about 4 years. before 6months i was informed to submit documents for my identification and ultimately submitted to IDEA Outlet at IDAR. till then no any further correspondance was made by Idea.in this regards i was again inf. to resubmit the said documents and so contacted to CCC representative twice in last week. as per their comments they told me that my documents are verified and it is as per govt. rules.in detail talking, i inf. whether my service will cutoff or not? in future due to this documents problem? they i.e 2 diff. ccc representative. told me your service will be continued. eventhough on 31-oct-2011 my services are cutoff by idea co. and so i again contact today on 31-oct to Idea CCC. now they told i have to resubmit the documents without fail. i talked for three time on 31-oct but it is regreted that no any representative has replied satisfactorily... moreover while talking on 198 the representative has disconnected my call without any intimation to me at at 15:40Hrs. this is nothing but mental harrashment to me and the reprentatitve are not known about the rules and regulations they can handle only hi....hello calls but if anything tough matter is there they simply cutoff the calls.....

                    This for my coligues..... for be careful in future..

                      Idea Mobile Connection — SIM is Not Activated

                      I have purchase a sim of idea from Shaiv BPO Service, Delhi and the SIM no. is
                      [protected] 8232 on 24/02/07.

                      The Shaiv BPO Service took 250 cash for the same and promise to activate with in 24 hours. Now, They are not ready to pick my call.

                      I dont know why iDea outsourced such kind fraud BPo services. We hatve to beware of such kind BOP services which are working for Big telecom companies. I have lost my 250 bugs, Shaiv BOP services are trying to cheat comsumers on the name of big. telecom services.

                      I also forwarded same compnaint to Idea customer care. But didn't get response yet.

                      How could I forward this matter to TRAI or any regulatory authority.

                      Idea Mobile Connection — No activation

                      In response to a message to get a similar number I called [protected] to get a new mobile connection.
                      The idea team comprising of Rahul and Abhishek sent an executive to collect security deposit of 250/- and promised to get my connection activated by Sunday 8PM (18 Sep)

                      I had paid the security on Saturday the 17th Sep. My connection has still not been activated till date ie 21 Sep. Whenever I call the above mentioned phone, they promise they will look into it, however there is no outcome. Also different people pick up the phone and keep passing the buck among each other.

                      The language and the tone of the executives is highly un-professional.

                        Would like to inform you about the fake sale of IDEA Postpaid connection no [protected] Sim No.[protected] from ITBL Telecom Pvt Ltd.



                        I am fed with their service, customer care and sales persons and also Mr SP Singh (Senior of the branch Mob:[protected]) who never picked up my call.



                        Story is this they called up and told me that we have the same number which are you using right now in Airtel (Airtel No [protected], Idea: [protected] (They offered) with some good plan. Finally I agreed with them and choose 699 plan and given cash payment of 750 rs advance. They promised me that you will get this number and same will activated in 48 hrs on 23 May 2009. From then no update from their side. I called on [protected] (Picked up by Tina/Tanu) she told me in straight manner that we are not able to give this no you need to take another no, while this no is blank till now. When I was starting complaining she dropped the call and keep her mobile on busy tone.



                        Boss this is the totally waste of my time and money… I called them many times…around 120 rs I wasted just to inform them that my connection has not activated Is this the way you treat/deal with customer. I need a proper reply with compensation from ITBL/IDEA .



                        They fooling the customer,



                        This is my first step to IDEA services and this is the repo you have.I am very happy with Airtel and just for good plan I thought of you.

                          i downloaded international caller tunes for my cell phone number [protected] ( idea phone-karnataka),
                          all the songs are very unclear and it plays noisily, but they charge Rs.15/- per download and Rs 3/- per sms apart from the activation charges.. my complaint is let them charge their fees, but i downloaded some 25 songs from their international collection.. not one is clear.. they are cheating the customers.. if they are not giving the original music and if the music is of bad quality or pirated then they should not charge.. please i want a refund for all the money they have deducted for the caller tunes.. and i want them to give original clear tunes from hence forth.. til then they should withdraw the caller tunes facility

                                  About six months back Idea Cellular installed a ring tone without m knowledge and aproval.They started dedudcting Rs 30/ permonth even after great pertuation they not removed this ring tone.Today I got a message from Idea that activated Shanaz Hair Care. I neverreqested for this service nor I want it.When I contated their Custermer Care they Nothing can be done about it.

                                  Idea prepaid connection — to deduct balance without any base

                                  my balance is deducted without any base and not giving me any satisfaction. No body in staff can tell me for what they deduct my balance.
                                  I am having cellular facility bearing # [protected] since long which recently got parepaid since I become fed up with the post paid facility.
                                  Now, it has been observed that my cell is not having outgoing as well as incoming facilities and unauthorited deducitons are being made.
                                  Please check the record and let me know the status of the complaint.

Recently it has come to my notice that idea has deducted Rs.299 from my account without my knowledge. When I enquired at your customer care centre, I was told that the amount was deducted under a scheme where I will be charged 50 paise for my outgoing calls .I have time and again told your representatives that I am not interested in any of your schemes. In spite of that money was deducted from my account. Kindly refund the money to my account immediately . Otherwise I will be forced to take legal action .

                                  I am having Pre-paid Idea Cell Phone No. [protected] at Delhi. I am much surprised that the IDEA Cellular Ltd. has been duducting Rs. 30.00 (Rupees thirty only) per month for IZ - 55456 Shahnaz Hussain Hair Care Tips without my concent or agreement. The Companies Help Lines 4444, [protected] do not have any option to stop such unwarranted and fraudulent deductions from the account / subscription / recharge money of the customer. Such a practice of the Company may plese be stopped and the amount, so deducted be credited my account.

                                  This must be done within 15 (Fifteen) days failing which I shall be contraint to take appropriate action at the Risk and Cost of the Company (IDEA Cellular Ltd.)
                                  my mobile no. [protected] dated[protected] deducted rs.10/- from my mobile no then dated[protected] &[protected] rs.5/- deducted from my no. so pls tell me about.if any service provided to me cancelled immediatly. tank you.

                                  Idea — losing money without connecting phone

                                  i lost money many times while miscalling to china frm idea sim card,but ddnt get the calls in china not he done any divert set up in his mobil,4 times they refund me back,5 times not in that 2 times call summary take more than 5 sec,in their option no refund if time more than 5 sec,but in my last cal it tak only 1 sec but they r not ready to refund me back,so i m too worry now i ddnt miscal frm my cell.all its cheating me,i asked them if there is any prblm 4 china connection they replied not at all.How wil believe this how can i misscal.mine no [protected]

                                  Very bad to say because not only for one time 2 times my account balance will deduct wtihout any knowledge . Your customer care executives was not clearly say about that. I am going with Idea connection about 4 years iam afraid to say it was a big hit to me . plz say why shouldyou deduct mybalance.

This time I taken care & found a SMS regarding deduction of Rs 15 for The voice chat service of idea connection got activated on 15-Jan'11 its own.Charges Rs 15 were deducted for the same without my knowledge. I tried to customer many times but not able to connect.

                                  Please unsubscribe from this service immediately. Also request you to refund Rs 15 to my account.

                                  i am sandhya upadhyay. my number is [protected]. i have been using idea connection for the past 5 years and now regrets my decision for taking up this connection.this is the 3rd time idea has miserably disappointed me.

                                  1. today(23.2.2011) at 2:41 pm i had called on my relatives number at allahabad.
                                  2.my balance was rs.184 before making the call. the call duration was 60 SECONDS.
                                  3.TO MY SURPRISE MY BALANCE AFTER THE CALL WAS RS 84.
                                  4.i called your customer care but like before recieved funny and inappropriate reason
                                  5.this is shameful on the part of idea cllular co. to mint money through these cheap ways.

                                  now i am really frustated and will go to consumer court for harassing me if full refund of rs 100 is not made to me.

                                  Idea — Activate Idea voice chat and internet without any prior notification

                                  Its just irritating me. I am using idea since last one and half year. Since last 6 months each time they just activate Idea voice chat on my mobile and even sending sms to deactivate this service, its not deactivate. Whenever I am trying to call at customer care they just forwarded my call to anywhere and no one receive my call. I am still wait to more that half an hour to wait that someone will receive but no one receive it. So would I deactivate this service. Each month they deduct 30 Rs. from my account. Now they activate Internate on my mobile without any notification and deduct 25 Rs. daily from my account. What should I do.? Please take my case at highest priority and deactivate all this services and return my all deducted amount.

                                  i dont know whats happening with this idea cellular services, without any prior intimation the company activate ch 99 magazine services to my mobile number that is [protected] by which they deduct Rs.3 day by day, no fruitful response from customer care, customer care replies that the service activated by me from my number, plz help me, other wise i have to transfer my number into vodafone / airtel .

                                    i got the idea number [protected] with full document submission and few days i received the msg of non document submission but after talking to the customer care i received the msg of inconvenience that i faced and the number was activated and now again my number has been deactivated (no outgoing and incoming calls) with all this am facing a lot of problem as i cant submit my documents again and again for the same thing.

                                      I have made an easy recharge of Rs 36 through a dealer for free Idea To Idea minutes. The dealer showed me the message that recharge was successful. I was assured that the recharge was successful and I gave him Rs 36. But when I checked my phone when I reached home, I found that there was no msg on my phone about any recharge. When I contacted cust. care at 4444, they told me that there was no recharge of 36 and I have to contact the dealer about this. And when I contacted back the dealer he told me that the "Particular Sms" was deleted and didn't return my money. I know it is not the fault of dealer coz I have checked on the dealer's mobile that the recharge was successful by IDEA I again contacted 4444, but I was duped by the inefficient and most irresponsible customer service. This is not the first time I faced this problem. This a new way of scamming people by IDEA prepaid. I know that Rs 36 is such a small amount but my concern is that this a very bad practice adopted by IDEA for ripping off people.
                                      Remember IDEA management, due to such type of your inefficient services and a very bad and untrained customer care, you are totally unable to compete with Airtel and vodafone.
                                      I am not giving my cell number because I know that there is no benefit of doing this because I know IDEA management never read this forum. I have written all this to make people aware about the scammers IDEA.

                                        Hello,
                                        I use Idea connection for the past one year and I was seldom satisfied with the customer service of Idea in Kerala. If you cannot believe what I say, you can just try calling the customer care. If you start the conversation in English you can very well notice the executives struggling to answer your queries. If they are totally unable to talk to you, they will say, "sir, checking details, please hold". What next is called "perpetual hold". You hold the line for 15 or 20 minutes hearing the Idea jingle and disconnect the line if you have some other work to do.
                                        I can talk in Malayalam, but what about a person who does not talk in Malayalam? Will he be damned to hear the bloody jingle of Idea, instead of his query being resolved? I have personal experience of calling to the customer care four or five times in English for the same thing. At last when I was fed up with holding more that 10 minutes, I switched my language on to Malayalam, and managed to get some information on that. Is it really customer service? Is there anyone who looks after the quality parameters of Idea customer service?

                                        i have an idea connection your advertising are really disturbing.i am paying money for you service then why should i listen to such unwanted advts.during working hours and traveling time it is really irritating .numbers coming are different, people can't identify the call is advt.or a user call .i am fed up with it and send one "STARTDND" MESSAGE TO one number but unfortunatly reply was like this "no default configured".and now advt.comes in regular manner.At last i am planning to avoid the service of idea...
