my sim services to the no [protected] are been stoped after the submission of documents . i was asked to submit the documents again after about 1 year on 25th july 09 and i deposited the documents on 29th july 09, at vaishali nagar jaipur idea showroom and after that on 31st july 09 my registration got failed . kindly help me getting information about it as i want the same no. again. I tried to contact idea showroom vaishali nagar jaipur but they refused to activate it... pls reply soon...

Idea — sim Registration Fail

am using my sim in abu dhabi as international Roaming (mumbai Mobile no.[protected]) i got the message yesterday that my sim registration fail .can you please solve my problem or what i will do from here,i already tell u that am in international roaming.

Idea — registered failed in prepaid idea sim

sir,pls take my request and slve the poroblem...my phone number is [protected],it is showing that registered failed,and my balance is 34 rupees,validity till 12th Dec of 2012,pls do it sir,its urgent,pls pls pls plspls....thanking u sir

    Dear Sir,

    I am a running a high persuit stock trading business. I was interested in purchasing a net-connect as of now, was supposed to travel more. I was impressed upon by your Mr. Ranjan Kaushal GSM # [protected] & email id.- ranjan.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com
    & Mr. Krishna Yadav GSM# [protected] from Gurgaon office, to purchase Idea Net-Setter Wireless Internet, USB Data Card., with following features :-

    1. 50 to 110 Kbps down load speed at all time.
    2. 100% coverage in U.P/ Uttaranchal.
    3. 2 months free unlimited downloads.

    I purchased one Idea- Net-Setter Wireless Internet, USB Data Card. With # [protected], on 3.7.09 by paying cash Rs. 2590/-. I am sorry to inform that when outstation, Your Net-Connect delivered neither the said download speed nor coverage. As a result undersigned suffered a stock trading loss of about 18000/- on 6.7.09. I contacted Mr. Krishna, who sold the wireless internet connection # [protected] to me, informing the speed getting less than 8 Kbps. He showed his inability to do anything in my case. I could not use your wireless internet facility for stocks internet trading till 10.7.09, date when I reached my home, at Delhi. The records of regular contacting your customer care & Mr. Krishna is available, which could be produced in event of litigation.

    I wish to submit my complaint in TRAI & Consumer Forum for Your company Idea giving false commitment & failure in providing me said speed & connectivity, resulting loss to me. When your organization doest have infrastructure to provide such speed & connectivity, why sell Net-Connect./ Idea data card?

    I advise you to immediately take back your Wireless internet connection as I a not interested in your low-speed, low interconnectivity internet & refund my payment made to your office, immediately, as basic purpose for which connection has been taken, has not been achieved. The matter regarding compensation shall be taken up with competent grievances redressal .

    I SHAILESH KANANI, HAD PURCHASED ONE IDEA NETSETTER ON 6-5-10 FOR MY WIRELESS INTERNET REQUIREMENT, AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE I ASKED THE RETAILER FOR THE DOWNLOAD SPEED OF THE IDEA NETSETTER AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE INTERNET DOWNLOAD SPEED OF IDEA NETSETTER IS 236.8/KBPS, AS THE IDEA COMPANY IS CLAIMING, SO I PURCHASED THE IDEA NETSETTER, BUT NOW ON ACTUAL USE OF THIS NETSETTER I FOUND ONLY INTERNET DOWNLOAD SPEED OF 40TO50/KBPS
    REALESED BY IDEA'S MU7MBAI SERVER, SO, MY BUSINESS SUFFERS A LOT. AND NOBODY IS LITSENING MY COMPLAIN SO I DON'T KNOW THAT WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR THIS PROBLEME.

        My std services are barred sayng that my unbilled amount crossed 75% of credit limit, as i dont get any information regarding my unbilled amount on my cell ph & on billing address & no body told me about this whiile selling this tarrif & i received a negative response from customer care executive & also while selling idea executive said your std charges wiil be 75paise but after that they told for 75 paise std you have to change your plan

          Respected Sir,

          I Naval Khaneja from N. V. Electronics, Delhi. was been contacted by few idea employees as they frequently call for new plans...

          they Suggested me a Corporate Plan of Rs.299/- with 600 min. of calls free on it...

          I said Ok but i Wanted it on my current number that is prepaid.

          They said i can Migrate from prepaid to postpaid on same number and an avail this plan.

          They took my address and came to meet me at my office, they filled the form by asking me details, took id proof (driving Liscense Copy), Letter for the corporate number on firm's letter head signed by the propeiter, Photo Copy of my current sim of prepaid, Along with Rs500/- as for activation fees which is supposed to converted to Security deposit and 250 that would be reduced directly from next bill.

          The gave me a new sim which is supposed to the active when changed to postpaid.

          Even a person for varifying identity from idea came and checked all documents.

          Their names were Adhar Gupta and Shabana.
          Their cell numbers are : +91-[protected] and +91-[protected]

          From the day i filled the form that is July 31st, 2009 I am trying to call them for the status of the activation of number.

          They never pick the call. 50 times a day i am calling at their number but they do not pic most the times. sometimes they pick and say till today evening it will be actvated, same thing they said on monday, same tuesday, same yesterday and same today. after accepting call once they dont pick again.

          I request you to please take a serious and proper action on them, and kindly acttivate my number.

            sir,
            i am a student pursuing engieering.i had recharged my prepaid account with an amount of Rs.50.But, i didnot receive my prepaid balance.
            i enquired the dealer also but he showed me the proof also i.e the sms informing that "your account has been recharged by an amount of rs. 50, and also had a transaction id i.e "DL.[protected]"
            sir, as i am a student so i cannot spend money lavishly on my recharge and recharge it another tym.And, i havenot expected this from your company.
            sir, i request you to kindly give me justice and oblige me as soon as possible.

            Idea — balance direction

            i have an idea number.i am download idea tv app on my number.but not subscribe any plan.but idea rajasthan dedecate my 150 rs from my balance for monthly plan.but i am not activate this plan,i told about this to costmer care.i want to refund my balance.

              its my first n last deal with idea . the idea people call u every second hour but when u buy the number they never pick ur phone (smart people) and i m mentioning the name of the guy rakesh([protected]). Idea claims big for consumer satisfaction but result is zero.

              i purchased a number [protected], they sold it but very next day they called me up n said "sir, we r very sorry but tht number is not in out stock . thts good means when they see a 500 rupee note then they didnt consider abt tht.

              then tehy gave me another number [protected]. n now its been twice i visited their office but they said wait wait and wait ...its true "AN IDEA CAN CHANGE UR LIFE "

              when a consumer ask them for higher level person or their number to talk. they say with smile sir, idea care is there where u just wait for an executive but executive never comes .
              i know this mail wont affect the company working but it may be beneficial for us the consumers

              moral of the story " PLZZ DONOT CHANGE YOUR LIFE WITH IDEA" ITS SUCKS!

                Sir,
                I have a idea prepaid mobile connection, my number is [protected]. Your company gives good facilities to customer but sometime due to fault some troubles are arise and I also got some trouble about the reduction in my mobile BALANCE since few months. Whenever I recharge my number my balance is reduced by some amount, when I ask to customer care executive he always told me that some kind of services are available on my number but there is not a single facilitiy available on my number, Atleast if I accept that I got some facilities from you then, that should be available on my phone but I don't get any messages or any news about starting of facilities.
                I just want to told you that these faults make me tenced because I whenever I want to recharge my number with more amount first I try by recharge with R.s 10 and I am shocked seeing the amount is nil or very low, so I request you to please inform me whenever you start any services or facilities on my number so that if I start the facilities then atleast I can enjoy that.
                one more thing I want to write here that please don't start any facilities without clear order and BALANCE.
                when i needs for talking . phone no recieve in customer end.like that gprs setting money dedction etc

                  Idea Cellular — Regarding Alert Service

                  Dear Sir,

                  Myself Lakhmir Singh. my Cell no. is [protected]. I am using idea no. since 5 years. but Last two month I am suffering from My Telephone Service provider i.e. IDEA .
                  They activate any services like Cricket Alert, Summer contest, Traffic alert etc (4 to 6 times in a month). last two month. When i am logging any complain against them they simply says that This service will activate from customer End not from our side. while real things are opposite. Now they are also Implemented Late fine charge due to no payment of Bills. first they told me that we will reduce your bills but now they are not agree to reduce my bills due to which i don't make any payment. still One service is also activate last 20 days. If i deactivate this alert then they will automatically activate another alert.
                  I don't know Why they are doing like this. It happen first time in 5 years.

                  Sir Kindly Give me appropriate Suggestion that What Should I Do Now??

                    I have noticed 3 times that when I pick an incoming advertising call from Idea I get charged for it.

                    Ideally I shouldnt be charged for any incoming call and not even be disturbed by such advertisements.
                    On top of that I get charged for the ads I dont want to listen to!

                    The numbers cannot be identified as an advertisement so they are obviously attended and even
                    if I cut the incoming advertisment call within 5 seconds I get charged 1.20 Rupees minimum.

                      On 25/07/08 i have taken the postpaid connection converted from prepaid through your agent named abishake(mob. no. [protected]).i was told that within two days it would be activated.i have submitted my documents that is required for verification, my verification is completed.but still it was noot activated.whenever i called the agent, he didnt pick up the phone or reply negatively.i have taken the idea 699 group calling plan.my idea no. is [protected].it was almost 9 days but till date it was not activated.
                      kindly take this matter into concern, i am facing a lot of problem & your idea service persons are not respondiing anything.

                      i hpoe you will take this matter seriously & my no. will be activated soon.

                        I have taken a idea connection in march 2009 The number is [protected] and after three months i received a call from their tele marketrs that this number has not been registered on my name That is kanchan kumar . Than they blocked my number In july and after that they issued the same number to some one else on 31st july. I want my number back. After that i talked to their nodal officer and they refused to re-issue my number and they said their is no any such kind of rule that the customer should informed . But according to TRAI no telecommunication company can issue the same number before three months. please help me out . My current contact number is [protected]

                          Complaint regarding customer care service of Idea mobile company

                          Dear Sir

                          I have complain regarding Idea customer service provider and customer care.I am from Kothrud Depo -Pune.I have a post paid connection of Idea No. - [protected].
                          Due to personel reason i wanted to disconnect the idea service and i have given written application along with verbal communication to our nearest customer service centre at paud road, Pune on 15th march.I have paid all the payment.then also idea company...

                          am a idea cellullar mobile consumer in calicut district kerala state my cell no is [protected].
                          I had subscride their dialer tone service for 1 month for which they had charged me 30/-rs + 15/-rs for chooseing the peticular song and it has activated since 29.07.09, but since 01.08.09 the service they are not provideing me and they are providing their add song to me, I had complaint this matter to their coustomer care regarding this and i had got no affective response eccept their complaint number 61662669 saying they will solve this problem on 11.08.09 10, when i asked them will they reduce my rent for this days due to their technicall isue they had said it will not happen.
                          kindly request you to take an immidiate action in this regard sending a copy to the media.

                          using idea postpaid no [protected] this no dailler tone is not support to bsnl and rim, i am complaind to custmer care no. [protected], and registerd the complain but co. staff is not solv my problem . co. staff bihivave very bad. comlain pending bifore one week.

                              I am Prateek from Sitarganj, Udham Singh Nagar .I had bought the idea data card on 21 june 2009.I made a recharge of Rs.399 for data card, firstly it showed the balance of Rs.450 then within few minutes(5-10 min) my balance was nill.I called customer care several times but there is no one who listen to me and reply for the same.Then I complained to dealer he also called several times but no one have given me exact solution for that.
                              So please help me out for the same.I went and talked to idea care in my city several times but no one is ready to help.
                              I must say no other people please buy idea net setter to avoid future problems. Also there is speed problem too.

                              i am pankaj goswami from almora.i had bought the idea datacard 3 of feb.but this is not working properly.the main problem is the speed of it n the another thing is that it have i cost in it's recharge but low quality.please consider me.

                                This is to bring into your kind notice that the IDEA company executive has promised me that i can change me rental plan which i had of Rs.35/- p.m. instead of new of Rs.200/- p.m. but later on the company executive said that you will have to pay 560/- to get plan changed. Now i am unable to change my plan of Rs.35/-p.m. i have complaint the idea through mail but there is no response. if they have changed my plan Rs35/- to 200/- without any charges why they are not changing the plan 200/- to Rs.35/- Is it fair practice of the company. What they have thought that the consumer do not have knowledge of anything. Pls. sugguest what i should done.

                                Idea — plan not changed

                                I have called idea customer care executive two weeks back and asked them to change my postpaid plan to 'New Super Saver 350' . executive named 'mohit' agreed me that he will update my plan to the requested one. after two days i got an sms saying that your service has been updated. Now i got my new bill on which they charged the call rate as per the old plan. today i called one executive and his name was also mohit and asked him about the present plan he says that i have the old plan combo 249.

                                why should we call this idea care and pay for the call and do nothing what they promised?

                                I need the bill to be revised as per the new plan and sent it to me and new plan activated asap. Please look on this matter and take necessary action.

THE CELL IS SHOWING "ONLY EMERGENCY CALLS"-WHICH ALSO DO NOT FUNCTION . WHEN I PUT THE SIM IN OTHER CELL INSTRUMENT MESSAGE DISPLAYED AS "SIM REGISTRATION FAILED". I AM A VERY OLD CUSTOMER OF YOUR i.e. IDEA CELLULAR AND DO SEEK TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM /CRISIS IMMEDIATELY BY MAKING THE SIM IN FUNCTION. MAY PLEASE GIVE S.M.S.                                     I have recharged the amount of Rs.222/-( Mob. No.[protected]), as I had to make urgent calls while on Roaming on 31/7/09 at 12.10 pm. from your local retailer in Vikhroli area having id.no. MU[protected]. I had to call to some people urgently at that time. I got the massege from idea that amount is recharged but my balance amount remained the same as it was before recharging. I called customer care in mumbai immediately from my mobile number & told them my problem that i have to call urgently, but my balance is very low.I was replied that as I am a Goa-Maharashtra customer, you have to call your customer care No. of Mah-Goa. I called there immediately, they said the amount is there but it has gone in to my dedicate account, which i can use only when i am in Maharashtra area. When i insisted i am on Roaming & i want to make calls now. They said as you are in mumbai you call them. Again I called mumbai customer care, they said that they can not help me. Again i called maharashtra -Goa customer, care this time from a local land line number as I had exhausted my balance amount on calling your customer care numbers. This time i noted down his name SWAPNIL. I told him that I want to use the amount i have recharged 1/2 an hour before at 12.10 Hrs. But he said the same thing it has gone to dedicate account.Again in the evening I called Maharashtra-Goa customer care at about 9.00pm. I talk to Mr.Yogesh first, when i asked him about solution on my complaint, he could not reply. I sked him to put me to his Senior, but after waiting for 10 minutes, holding the line i could not talk to his senior. I called again, i talk to Ram this time, I told him i dont want my amount in dedicate account, as i am on Roaming always.He said i can not help you.Again i asked him to put to his senior, Mr. Gururaj came on line, to my extreme surprise after listening to my problem he said Idea is not responsible for this as I have recharged on Roaming & should go to local retailer to get it corrected. Now my complaint is that I wanted my dedicate amount to my balance amount, as i am on Roaming most of the time. Please do the needful to help me.

                                      I was on holiday frm 29/06 /09 and wanted to be in touch with daughter who was on school trip to germany frm 27/06/09 .i deposited security deposit of 1500/in india.they assured there will be global roaming faclity without any hassle.I REACHED BALI on 29/06/09.and was happy on reaching that i could talk to my daughter.charges they had confirmed 75/ per minute.
                                      29/06/09 upto 02/07/2009 there was no problem, , on 3/07 i had no connection and suddenly on 4/07 i got message that my bill is amt 3800/ so i crossed limit and cannot talk further.i called one of my freind in india, he deposited 5000/instead of 3800/.but i had no connection till date. There service gave me so agony, i was deppressed and helpless that what happened with connection .i never thought that they have disconnected, the people who assured me., Now after paying them 6500/ they are charging me 4389/ more.Hardly i have talked for 5 days for 5-10 mts each day that means total 25-50 mts that comes
                                      1875/ to 3750/. For what they are asking may be for giving me so much worry.please solve my problem.

                                      Dear Concerned,
                                      I had received a SMS stating that you need to submit documents again for verification for your services will be de-activated, and the very next day my services were withdrawn,
                                      I don't understand is this the way to treat you corporate customers ??
                                      Don't you have any time limit for your customers to follow the system ??
                                      Actually i had opted the IDEA services for my father and i was out of town when all this happened, my father didn't had my documents and photographs to go to idea office and submit the same when I came back after two days the services were blocked, then we had a Sunday following and when i reached you Idea outlet on Monday they had several documents to demand ..
                                      NOC ?? No-objection certificate from the organization where i work ??
                                      I mean this is ridiculous NOC to retain SIM services which I'm using from almost 3 years ??
                                      Is this really the way to treat your customers
                                      I'm afraid you will really loose number of customers due to this..
                                      I'm also a corporate professional i also understand the audit's n all, but for that we don't trouble our customer in such a way..
