idea subscription of masti pack without any information[protected]

dear sir/madam,
the idea has deducted my money from my balance without any information, and they practiced this twice a time, i think it's the general practice of idea cellular. i m very tired of their behavior.my idea mobile no. is [protected]
Now presently they deducted my money by activating the MASTI PACK without any information and this pack charges is Rs.-1/= per day.they send me a sms for information after activating the pack and deduct the money.please help me in overcoming my problem and getting my money back, , i will be very thankfull to you

Dear Sir,



Thank you for your Poorest Customer Care, I have tried, 1 hour from the morning. But each time the message came that “Our Customer Care executives are busy and cut the phone”. We are not able to contact to your Customer Care executive and if they are busy you should keep the customer on hold and take the call whenever your Busy Customer care executive will free.

Then what is the use of customer care, if customer is not able to speak to the company rep. ?



Anyway, you have deducted my Rs. 10 + Rs.10 two times (11th Oct. 09 at 4.03 & 12th Oct. 09 at 9.52) without any reason for Some Musti Pack. I have not pick / press and request for any such type of pack. ( I am 50 years old person and do not now what is masti pack )

This pack is impose without my consent

This is open disobey of the TRAI Orders. You are requested to Deactivate this pack immediately and reverse the money.

I was 10 Year old Customer of Idea cellular. My 10 Year old Mobile no. is [protected]. Its M.P. Idea cellular No. Its a prepaid life time no. I was in Rooming in delhi for 2 month. I had started forwading in my M.P. to Delhi Moblie no. then after 2 month i back in M.P. then i m trying use my M.P. No. [protected] my Mobile sim is deactivated. then i have called idea customer care M.P. head Office Indore Land line no. [protected] they not give proper responce.

Please help and activate my mobile no. [protected].

    This has reference to the mail below. I tried to reach you on 17-Auh-2009 at 3.30 PM on your number [protected] but your colleague replied to it. Despite several calls, the response I got from your colleagues was same that the call has been made by me. You might be right at your place and I am right at my place. You can say that the call has been made from my cell as the data is generated from my SIM card. This kind of calls (which I never dial and about which I have no clue) can keep dialing from my mobile and you will keep charging me for it in future (what an IDEA Sirji !!!).



    After repeated conversation, if your colleagues say that they can’t do anything, I appreciate. But at the same time, I would not be foolish enough to pay my all my Tata sky bill, internet bill(which provides news) and on top of It I also pay bill for listening news on IDEA mobile.



    Hence, please consider this is as official communication to discontinue my IDEA number-[protected]. It was a nice experience to be associated with IDEA which has changed my life and my views as well.

    What explanation you give has already been given by your customer care executive. But what I am trying to say is that I never made such a call. There could be some mistake from your side in the billing.

    A person having television & internet, this Hangama news alert is practically of no use. I think that there is some mistake at your end. Please clarify. Rs223 is a big amount. I am not complaining about any other call because I know I have made them. My billing date is very close which is 19-Aug-2009. You are requested to do something soon and settle the matter as soon as possible.



    Despite all this, if you insist, I might pay the bill for the month but I would not be too interested in continuing with yours services.

      This complaint is with reference to threatening calls which me and my parents got from an idea customer care executive, who did not know how to speak to a customer. She stated that my colleague Amit Poddar had a post-paid account and he has not got his bills cleared yet. I asked them, "What do I have to do with it?" So she staight away screamed at me saying, "Since your number has been found almost so many times while you talk to him, therefore, you are the point of reference and abused me for why Amit Poddar is not paying his bills."

      Firstly, I want to know who is the lady who threatened me over the phone call. Secondly, merely if I had long call durations with Amit Poddar on his no., does not mean that i would become hir referee, automatically. He was my colleague and we did talk for long hours due to our projects. But even this much i dont need to explain. Still out of the blue i got unnecessary threatening and abusive calls from idea cellular. I need immediate action against this particular executive. The numbers from which i got same calls was [protected] and [protected], . The name of the Executive was RAKHI. Me and my parents should not get any threatning calls from idea cellular.

        I have using idea Sim from October 2005 on words. While I take sim from Retail I submit my Identity proof and my photo to them. Again on March 2007 resubmitted the documents due to they again to submit the documents for verification. I lost my lost on[protected] during bus journey. I go to Idea Show I want to new sim with my old number they asked me to submit the documents, I will give the documents to them they said mobile number is not registered with my name. it was shocked to me hear the mobile number is registered with some other. I give Police complaint lost of mobile on[protected].How to get my mobile number from idea service.

                I am working for port of visakhapatnam, in Visakhapatnam.Thousands of cellular users are facing the poor signal problem perticularly in Ore handling Plant area.Requested to provide Signal booster inthe vicinity.Same has been informed to the Customer service unit long back, but till to-day no action has been initiated to resolve the problem.Spoken to Mr Srinivas, service person from Idea, mobile no [protected] twice but no response.Not in a position to use your services.Necessary action may be taken to provide better service to have edge over your compititors.

                idea cellular service — poor signal quality

                Respected sir,
                Idea cellular service boast of good signal quality in different parts of India and even the remote areas.
                but people will be surprised to know that it provides very poor signal quality even in the heart of
                the city like vijayawada(AP). for eg. Inside my office the signal quality is very poor i even brought
                the matter in the notice but they just postponed. Even in my house the signal shows full but when
                the call gets connected signal dips and there is trouble in talking.
                Is Idea cellular justified if it boasts of its coverage!

                  Two months ago I subscribed to GPRS service on by mobile through SMS (Only way to subscribe)The company starts charging the moment you subscribe. I got a message that you will be getting "Settings" through customer service. After 32 Calls and two vists to company shpowroom it could not be started on mobile phone. After being fed up I sent SMS to disconnect it. Company charged full amount for the service provided to me.

                  Now after two months, I thought that that now the IDEA may have improved its services. I subscribed to mobile mail. Again after 4 days and 10 calls to customer Service center Idea has failed to guide me how to start service on my mobile.Yet they are charging for the service which they do not provide.

                  The nodel officer does not attend the phone .
                  Now I believe that they have devised a way to make money. Start Charging from the movement when the customer subscribe and donot provide the servivce.

                  This should be stopped

                      On 28/10/08 I got my connections converted from post paid to prepaid for which I submitted all doc with address proof (copy of driving license).on the same day.
                      But after 10 months on 08/08/09 afternoon idea barred may call facility without any intimation when I was trapped alone on rural site. And on calling to customer care 12345 and asked for help from them but they denied to help me and even the blocked my emergency calling no 100 till I resubmit my doc.
                      So to avoid the problem I submitted all documents (Both side copy of Voter id card) to their Idea Care-Bina. for which Idea Care-Bina office denied to give the acknowledgement for the same. But after which my connections was reactivated.
                      And on 11/08/09 again they debarred may call facility without any intimations during night hours. When again I was on site guest house of BORL-Bina. Which again bring me in trouble. Till now idea customer care is not ready to give me any reasons why my documents was rejected again.
                      This again and again barring call facility without any intimation may make me lose my job in the recitation period.

                        Today the 12th aug 2009, (time : 17:10 )I mohd azam made a call to idea customer care and handled the cellphone to my friend Zahid to ask abt de-activation of the caller tune services which had been accidentally activated on my cell phone no. : [protected] while me listening to the conversation on the speakerphone and after knowing that the de-activation will be not helpful to get my money back as a refund I asked the agent Pradeep to tell me that how to change the song selection he told me to call on 53500 and then dial 2 and will get the list of songs and can activate the tunes from there as per my desire... and the call was disconnected..
                        now as the call was disconnected I found 2 messages on my cellphone saying that :
                        "dear idea subscriber, thank you for contactingus your refrence no is 83420472 which will be processed by aug 14 2009, 17:14 PM " now when i opened the second message it said :
                        " the dialer tone is successfully deactivated, i was pitched off hence I made the second call dated 12th aug 2009, (time : 17:24 )which was picked by Aamir he said that i had made 2 calls before this one and this call was my third one, as it was reflecting on his tools we had a debate on this and then he transfered the call to his supervisor whose name was "Siddhant" he said that its true the request had been placed and he cannot activate it I simply asked to either activate the service or refund my money back as it was blunder from their side (agent's fault) he just appologised and stated that i'm lying and i placed the request, hence i asked him to provide the call communication id he gave it to me as for my first call with Pradeep it was 83420472 and for the second call Aamir (2ndagent) & Siddhant (supervisor[protected] i told him that I am going to sue the company for this he said all right go ahead..

                        i am the customer of idea mobile services my mobile no [protected].my connection is disconnected without giving any response to me.i submitted all proofs to the dealer but my phone is disconnected.Make my mobile activate again .i am angry with this type of connections.
                        accidentally i activated easy tone for daily activation.but i dnt need that service.so please anybody help me.i sent many mails to idea customer care but thier is no use of that so please anybody help me out.

                          Their was visit of IDEA representative stating that he will convert our plan from 225 to 199 and has given 5 addon cards for Rs 2400/- And Nither Plannet cell of Idea Dealer is responding nor IDEA pune As it was confermed that he was the employee of Plannet Cell SATARA After confermation it was found that their was no charges requred Please resolve the issue

                            I am an idea customer. I requested for gprs service on my no. [protected]on 7Aug, 2009 the service was activated at 5:15 pm on the same day but when I requested for deactivation on 9 Aug 2009, they transfered the request and my service was deactivated on 10Aug, 2009 at 3:00 pm and still they deducted the balance for the next day at 6:30 p.m. on the same day.
                            and when I called customer care they refused to handle my complent.
                            Idea should learn to handle their customers.
                            No comments SIRJI. I only have words to say about idea cellular. IDEA STAFF HAS NOTHING TO SOLVE PROBLEMS IN PUNJAB these guys just WALK N TALK (BAD IDEA SIRJI) customers are just like a piece of in front of them PLEASE NOTE DOWN MY CELL NUMBER [protected]. SIRJI NOW I AM NOT GOING TO PAY EVEN A SINGLE PENNY SO PLEASE DONT SEND ANYBODY TO COLLECT MY PENDING BILLS.

                                This complaint is regarding to Idea cellular Karanataka... last month i.e July I had subscribed for Jokes
                                later next week I had unsubscribed for jokes... I received a confirmation message that I have been unsubscribed...

                                Later This month...August 6 I had not subscribed for anything.. but I got a message that I had used there service... again I started receving jokes ... this time I had subscribed ... thereby I lost 30 rs... now I have been trying to findout for what I have subscribed for what I am being charged... without subscribing...

                                How come I am being subscribed ... even though I have unsubscribed last month...

                                I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take necessary action

                                  My emails to Idea Cellular services in Gujarat Region.

                                  This is not done at all.

                                  Inspite of all this mail confirmation and talks with the Customer care executive yesterday again Rs.25 gets deducted from my account.

                                  I have lost total of Rs. 10 + 25 + 25 + 25 = Rs. 85 - This is pathetic.

                                  I regret this way of losing my hard earned money. I have tried several times but the GRPS on my mobile Sony 810i is not activated by Idea and now I lose this amount.

                                  If one more rupees is deducted I will surely take this further and surely make a formal complaint and get my money back.

                                  i am not settisfied with idea's dailertone servive.i have 6 time lost my rupees because o[censored]r agent.and my favorite callertune is not in ideacellular.but i coppied the other vodafone number so the song is not copied in ur phone ...thats why i dont like dailertone service
                                  I was really surprised when then Amount deducted stated above was refunded back into my account when I complained about the same.

                                  That's why I am still with Idea even after 7 years. :)

                                    i had purchased idea net setter worth 2490 and plans of 600 pm giving me unlimited browsing.

                                    i had inquired many times n from my idea shop located on race course circle, vadodara each time i got reply that browsing speed of around 256 kbps will be available n downloading of around 30 - 40 kbps.

                                    after usage i came to know tht browsing spped never goes beyond 10 kbps.

                                    for a proof i m attaching a screen shot of my idea console

                                    upon contacting customer care they always say that system is under upgradation irrespective of time.

                                    please look into the matter and i will be expecting a proper judgement.

                                        I, have IDEA prepaid card no. [protected].. Since more thn one month money has been deducted from my account for SMS e-mehfil services..Rs10 each on Thurdays and sundays.. Rs. 120/- has been deducted from my account for this SMS services which I have not subsrcibed..I m trying to complaint in call centre, but i could not get my proper cosumer complaint procedure there.. and also in month of May & June, 2009. Rs30 per month is deducted in account of missed call alerts services, which I Have not subscribed..
