Our Idea number: [protected] We had made a call to local mobile number on 25-April-2013 at 6:48 PM for which the call charge is 0.864 RS for 72 seconds. But we have been wrongly charged 1.284 RS for this call. The complaint regarding wrong charging related issue is not resolved and Idea has closed the issue without resolving it. The amount of 0.42 RS has not been refunded to our account. This is a deliberate fraud done by Idea Cellular Karnataka. Was this information helpful? | |||

Myself Lohith Kumar i had applied for the cancellation of the connection for the number [protected] in the month of may 15th and 2014 by clearing all the outstanding amount and also i received an receipt for the same and the receipt number 454094 . Now i am getting the bill for the same number which is already cancelled and i am contacting the representatives by name Ms TULASI, Mr BHARATH and Mr DATTU they are not at all replying to my satisfactory so this is the reason i am writing this mail to you Kindly get the solutions for the same...

IDEA CELLULAR KARNATAKA — WRONG BILLING
i have been using idea cellullar connection bearing mobile no [protected] since 1998, in month of november 2009, without my knowledge ,service provider had activate my gprs pack , with 399 monthly offer,since my usage was high , i never bothered to check call details, and kept making payments, in month of february10, i went to pay my bill , people at counter told me my GPRS pack 399 was active , i asked them to deactivate the same, and waive excess amount charged , they subsequently passed waiver for 3 months, i called customer customer and lodged a complaint online, customer care representative, called me on 28/6/2010 and told me they give any waiver for wrong billing, plz do help me on this..........
