30/05/2013 i unexpectedly take 5rupees loan at that time i didn't have balance in my account. after that i recharged with 20 rupees they deduct 5 rupees from me. on 31/05/2013 i message about 30 rupees full talktime offer. when i recharged with 30 i got only 18 ruppes. i talk with idea customer care on 1/06/2013. he didn't give proper response and putoff the call in the middle of conversation....

I brought nokia Lumia 720 on 25 may 2013. Behind the Phone box there was a offer which gives the user 2GB of 3G internet free for two months. I am using a idea number in my lumia 720. My internet pack is still not activated. I have called both idea and nokia customer care and registered complaint in nokia customer care. Its been more than a week I bought the phone....

At the time of purchase the card, idea store people not told me about deposit for ISD call, i asked them is there any deposit they told me no its free,
now i want to call to international network so they are telling me to deposit the money, i called to customer care & i spoke to miss Rajni, she not given me complete information & put my call on hold, So i want ISD calling without any deposit & i don't want miss rajni...

I have changed my network from DOCOMO to IDEA using number portability option last month and I have taken new Idea sim from Mothinagar Idea Show room by submitting all my address proof docs (Adhar Card copy and PAN card copy). My service is activated by IDEA customer care by calling to my mobile, and conformed my Address with the submitted documents at the time. I used to been getting calls till 29th May 2013.

On 30th May...

my name is anshul kumar sharma...and my mob. no.is [protected]....i just wanna complain to the service provider about my deduction in my account....and all of yur excutives..they dnt know hw to talk with yur customers....they hv cuttd my call in between the call..and i forgot the name of others excutives.bt ya i remember only 1name...that is kumar.....he doesnt hve manner to talk...he called me mad on the call....so i[censored] cn do any thing against...

While browsing on my mobile, I selected a pic. Then I was redirected to a new page, which was blank. Then I recieved a message-
Your Idea Talkies has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 36.0 /- for 1Month. Renewal charge is Rs [protected]@1Month as applicable. To deactivate sms UNSUB imitm to 54300

This was totally insane. But this was not enough. I applied to deactivate the service, but there was no renewal of money to my account....

After a lot of harassment by executives at Idea Network, I am contacting you regarding an issue which they are not resolving (stating that their system is correct).

My Idea No. is [protected] and my mother's Airtel no. is [protected]. Both these numbers are from Delhi but whenever I send an SMS to this airtel number, the deductions made to my balance are international charges but call charges...

But the idea cellular are continuously sending their bill against this number. I have terminated this number properly with the termination form with TFR no: 365, Hamza communication, new friend...

maine apna number idea sells man ke request pr pre paid se post paid le liya . they had tolled me your number will be activate very soon but aprox 1 month is going out in my number have no facility of internet still i have 1 GB data plan in this facility, I have called idea office many times but they not attend my call, I had comp lent in there office also.

I am having 34+ Idea postpaid connection on my firm name as on CUG. [protected] & [protected] for the ref.
But still no Relationship Manager {RM} is being provided from last 1 year.
every time i put mail regarding for the same.
i did not getting any reply regarding this.
because we cant give direct request of activation of any services.
and if i am giving request through the mail....no reply....br...

Sir, I have postpaid plan(199 pm ) n credit limit is 1300 only . System is this if I use more than 70% of amt of limt ,it will automatic generate sms alert on phone that u crossed limit ,pl.pay first bill than u can enjoy services. Its good. But in my case my bill cycle is 15th to 15th. I paid last month bill for 15th April to 15th may. from 16th may to 25th may my bill amt. become 2245 outstanding due to gprs n others. Co. stopped my services...

I am recharge my mobile no. [protected] on date[protected] Rs 1500/- And I get Rs. 1650/- and old balance 80/- total 1730/- But. Idea is deduction my all amount on date[protected] Rs. 1730/- I am not use any service But customer care told me you used internet in your mobile. Please sole my this problem.

dear sir/ madam

i have idea postpaid 499 plan and my credir limit in this is rs 500. on 6th may they barred my number as my credit limt exceeds and then i gave a request on same day to increase my credit limit and i gave a bill copy of my previous bills of my airtel( on their demand) to Mr. Manish
on 20 may Mr. Manish(working in idea office, jind branch) said that your credit limit is not yet increse due to some problem...

This is to inform you that im having a with IDEA (MOBILE SERVICE).
I purchsed idea number in 300rs last week and it still not get activated.And im calling them regularly for this issue but they are not taking it seriously..whenever i call them,they used to say next day or within 48hrs your number will start working..and today the customer care executive talked to me rudely and abused me also..
please take an action against this...

My monthly rental charge was increased by INR 25 to INR 274 from INR 249 without any communication prior to receiving the bill. The customer care support states that they sent me an sms informing me of the change. However, I have no proof and when asked them for proof, they said the customer care support cannot provide it....

My name is Goutam. I am from Mohammadwadi, Pune. I have taken Idea 3G net connection. However, I am getting only a speed from 2.0 - 4.0 kbps. This is simply cheating as they are charging for 3G but I am getting speed which is even lower that 2G.

Please help me reslving it.

I am a subscriber of Idea 3G Post Paid connection bearing no [protected]. It has not been running properly for about a ten days now. I was constrained to register a complaint vide no communication id- 1510608 on May 15, 2013. After repeated reminders I was told that Customer Care would get in touch with me to resolve the issue.
The customer care from Srinagar informed me telephonically that the issue arose because...

Well I have got that gprs data in mah phone, but I can not activate it, I have called idea customer care for 5 times, still no resolution, they can not give me the settings, I have visited idea store for 6 times with no luck, its been four days that I have the phone NOKIA LUMIA 720 but without internet I must say, I am tired now....an advice....???Please.......
