Idea Cellular — didn't get credit talktime after recharging at idea cellular website

I have made a online recharge from idea cellular website.And during this there was a transfer of cash from my account to idea cellular account no. [protected].
mine transition id no. is IG01934701
but there is no talktime credited to my account.

Sir i am recharge my mobile from idea cellular website for Rs. 222.00/-. then i have receive message the message is your transaction has complete but due to technical problem the mobile are not recharge and your money will be refund under 8 working days. but after 10 days i have not receive my money.afterthan i go to the idea office and he was ask pls wait some days but 1 month has gone but i have not recevied my money. so i am request you pls take some action for this complain.and also give some action for this company.

I have recharge to activate sms pack worth Rs.84 (500 daily, 30 days) on date 15/07/2010 at 10pm on my cell xxxxx 44421. I got responce sms immedietly. But today on 17/07/2010 free sms pack not started yet. Im always happy with idea all services. Last 2 month, i got this service immedietly, but this time "IM TOTALY FRUSTRATE". Na decide to change my serice provider. JAGO IDEA WALO JAGO. MARKET MAI BAHOT COMPANY AA CHUKI HAI.

my idea connection is life time validity.last seven months i have not used my idea connection.now i want to use my number.{[protected]}.so pls connect my number.

Dear Sir,

I have online rechage for my cell no. [protected] of Rs. 11/- and that balance I didnt get in my main balance account. it was transfer to scheme account of idea that can be used by me if have balance in my main balance account.
so i rechage another time of Rs. 10 after consultaing their customer care executive named Mr. Nilesh.
then after the other balance also transfer to not the main accont and they said me i have to now other recharge for that talk time.

Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action that mis guide the customer

As per the advertisement in Tmes of India , Timesdeal,on 01.12.2011, I purchased an offer recharging mobile at 50% discount and paid Rs. 100/- for the mobile no.[protected],the payment has been deducted from my SBI account but the Avenue India Pvt. Ltd. has not recharged my mobile ,hence requested to refund my amount of Rs. 100/-in to my account immediately.The details of reciept of payment is

Idea — recharge not received

my brother has donee recharge of rs 300 from citi bank a/c the a/c is debited according to bank the funds have been cr to idea team but the recharge is still pending its not matter of 300 its matter of inconvinience
