SIR, I HAVE AN IDEA POSTPAID CONNECTION.FROM THE TIME I ACTIVATED MY NO.IDEA COMPANY ALWAYS SEND ME WRONG BILLING ..THEN I CALL 198 AFTER MANY ARGUEMENTS THEY REGISTER A COMPLAINT AND AFTER 25-30 DAYS THE I SEE THAT THE COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED..THIS MONTH I ALSO RECEIVED WRONG BILLING AMOUNT I HAVE CONTACTED TO 198 EXECUTIVES THEY SAID THAT THEY CANT LODGE THE COMPLAINT BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT WAS TILL IN PROCESS..THIS HAPPENS ALWAYS.IDEA IS CHEAP MOBILE OPERATOR..PLEASE SIR MAKE SOME JUDGEMENT ON THIS..AS I CALL WITH MR.SHALENDRA GOYAL (SENIOR) BUT HE ALSO CANT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.IDEA IS THE WORST MOBILE OPERATOR..

    I had recharged recently with 50 top up. within 12 hours the balance became 0 , when I did not make a single call. I complained to local Idea team here in Guwahati. As usual they came up with some explanation that suits them. After which they credited Rs20/- though I lost 41/- . Again within 12 hours my balance became 0..Is this some kind of Joke played on people like us. Need an explanation immediately with full balance restoration. Thousands of prepaid subs are getting cheated like this all over the country ...it must stop. Sisir Saikia

      Hi, Idea cellualr doesnt provide any means to check the internet pack validity. A customer has to remember by himself or he has to call customer care to get the details. The catch here is that if customer forgets to recharge on the day of expiry, Idea will charge 10Kb/10ps. This way they can squeeze out money from the customer. What I dont understand is if they can provide validity of other things why cant they provide validity of internet packs.. I want to bring this matter to TRAI can someone let me know how can I approach TRAI regarding this?? Thanks, Rajan

        I have purchased Lumia 720 before 2weeks. To get benefit of idea internet offer, I changed my docomo service to idea and then inserted that idea sim into it. But as obvious (as I heard that I won't get internet pack), I do not get internet offer. I tried to contact idea customer care, they told me that we never provide such kind of internet offer to anybody. But the persons from nokia priority keeps telling me that I will get that offer. I don't know who is telling me truth. If idea don't provide such scheme, then why they allow nokia to promote their product with such fraud advertisements. Anyways, I am a fool. Idea get its customer from docomo.

          i activated net plan with 32rs per 210mb 2g surfing for 7 days plan at 26/08/2013,although they cut my balance from my main account at 27/08/2013,and second thing is that i never use internet this day and although they cut my balance worth 32rupees,please take an action against idea cellular limited.

[protected] for 127 recharge .the information given to me by ur representative that i am fully able to recharge 127. benefits of 1GB 3G pack. But benefits not obtain and my balance deducted from my main acount . and when i am calling to representative she says that system is under upgredation. Then I am called after some time talk to dixit kargil sir he says that such type of recharge not available in idea. Such type of hereshment takes place by ur representative . Then I will talk to dipeeka sutar she also gives me wrong information. Now take action as soon as possible .

I have already informed to the his customer care officer for closing all internet services to the my connection even they have charged me internet charges.                       Hello This is the Recent mail i have sent to the Idea employees regarding the issues. Hi, this is Bhanu(Bharath) i have taken idea wifi connection when idea executives came to me with a offer of idea internet services. At the time of choosing Idea wifi connection i have another internet service provider. I have chosen to take Idea wifi connection based on the offers what the executives said to me. I have maid so many calls to Idea customer care and executives regarding issues for that it costed me over 200-300 rs for phone calls itself, today i have spoken to ravi boorla regarding the issue for 16 minutes, you can guess how much it will cost for me to spoke to all Idea employees. Shekar Veeramalla have taken initiative and tried to solve my issues but i think to do not possess the authority to order other departments to solve the issue. Firstly, my wifi connection got connected on[protected], i have a massage pertaining to that and in the E-bill they have mentioned and charged from[protected] to[protected]. I should get the bill only for 1 month(from[protected] to[protected] but they have charged for more than 1 month and the total amount i got in the bill is more than 1500, I don't for what they have charged this much amount. Below are the brief details of issues and queries of Idea Wifi. One executive came to me regarding payment, on that day i have explained what have happened then he asked to write a letter to them. Even i have given a written letter to that executive regarding the issue. After that incident no called or given any information to me. 1. Idea wifi connected on[protected] at that i have given an amount of 1000 in cheque format and for the first month i got an bill for 1500 i don't why they have charged this much. 2. I have spoken to so many executives, customer care employees and etc. but no one have resolved my issues from Idea. I have used Idea Wifi connection only for 2 months for that i have given 1000 rs and i have applied cancellation before completion of 2 months. So I should not get any bill for extra. As per my discussion with Shekar Veeramalla he said there will be advance amount of 500 in the bill amount. 3. I have applied for Cancellation of my Idea Wifi on[protected] and[protected] and the TCT no are below: 1.Dear BHARAT KUMAR BOGA, Service Request has been generated. Please find below details: Ticket Date : 14/Jul/2013 Ticket Number : TCT[protected] Thanks & Regards Idea I want finally cancellation of my account completely and no more inconvenience from Idea company w.r.t all departments and the amount which is charged for me has no any sense for what they charged. I am getting bills after cancellation date also you can see the cancellation details above in 3.1 and 3.2. For all the details find the attachments with this email. I have more than 100 screen shots regarding the issues of Idea wifi internet services. Hoping that my Issues will resolved soon. Thanks

                          I have submitted my documents to For MNP to idea cellular, to port from vodafone to idea one sms arrived on my Vodafone number in which the 59059 number was mentioned for tele verification, when I called this number then it saying this no is not exist, when should I call this number please idea cellular tell me. and try to solve my problem as soon as possible my mobile no. is [protected].

                          I WANT TO CHANGE MY MOBILE OPERATOR FROM AIRTEL TO IDEA VIA MNP.I HAD SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS IN A IDEA STORE ON 21.01.2015.THEY TOLD ME THAT MY NUMBER WILL BE SAME AND IT IS TRANSFER INTO IDEA NETWORK WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.THEY TOOK 55 RUPEES FROM ME.AS PER THEIR VIEW I GOT A MESSAGE FROM IDEA THAT MY NUMBER IS REGISTER FOR MNP AND IT IS IN UNDER PROCESS, ON 22.01.2015 AT 11.37 AM.THEN I AM WAITING TILL TODAY.I CALLED CUSTOMAR CARE MORE THAN 100 TIMES.THEY CAN NOT SOLVE IT.

                              Honourable Consumer court, I had made a recharge of INR 15 to my idea cell no [protected] yesterday i.e on 19/8/2013 at around 5:30 PM through an agent.But I did not receive any message of receival of balance or recharge amount. When I enquired in the Idea customer care they repeatedly gave false answers and kept saying that the system is down.                                 Hello, I applied for portability from Vodaphone to Idea. My got a sim card and the exicutive from idea didn't registered with a proper sim number. So my sim didn't activated till 20 days. I lost connection to old service provider also. I left with no mobile for nearly 15 days. Spent Re.100 to call the exicutive, Idea Care etc. There is no use till now. WHat can I do? Thanks and regards Murali krishna

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am a subscriber of Idea prepaid mobile number [protected]. I am using 3G services since 3 years. Recently the speed of 3G internet has dropped drastically. Also sometimes in WCDMA network mode i am unable to register on the Idea network because its unavailable. Currently although i am getting 3G signal speed of internet has dropped to 112 kbps when it should be 2000 kbps at least for it to be called 3G. I had registered complaint which took 5 calls to convince the customer care who were unwilling to register. And after the complaint got registered got a call from Idea and the technician gave his rrgular set of instructions which didnt resolve my problem but he marked the complaint as resolved. Please register a complaint and get my issue resolved. Rs 951 per month is a big amount if i get 112 kbps for it.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I am writing this complaint to request cancellation of my number [protected]. I am having very difficult time with your customer care departments to cancel the service. I have moved from Andhra Pradesh to Karnataka and does not need Andhra number anymore. I have tried all communication channels to cancel my number in the following ways:

                                      1. I wrote email to prioritydesk.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com on July 26th for cancellation in reply to which I was told to visit any MyIdea store to pay any outstanding balance and request cancellation.
                                      2. I visited a MyIdea store in Bangalore at Orange Impex, HSR Layout on August 16th where I was told by the staff there that they cannot service any outstation number.
                                      3. I called Customer Care at 198 on August 16th at 5 pm where I was told to contact Andhra Pradesh Customer Care directly at [protected]
                                      4. I called up Andhra Pradesh Customer Care on August 16th at 5:20 pm and I was told that cancellation request can only be processed at MyIdea store

                                      I have paid all outstanding balance on my account. Please find the transaction details below:

                                        The Idea company was charged me internet charges in bill of July 2013. I have already informed to the his customer care officer for closing all internet services to the my connection even they have charged me internet charges. Customer Executive has inform me they have automatically activate internet pack. They have inform us that there system automatically activate internet pack after 15 days from the date of deactivation.
