I Request for My Duplacate SIM for Mobile No.[protected], on 8-Sep'13. But It is not swaped till yet I also marked a mail on ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com on 11-Sep'13, but they did not also give any responce. then I again went to Idea Distributer He Charged me Rs.150 instead of 25 and gave another sim Card Which was also not activated till yet. I am calling to distributer but he is not take it seriosly & saying Call to Customercare Request to you Please ask idea to swap my SIM as earlier & ask to Distributer for extra Charges of Rs.125 for named quick Service.     I raised a request for port out on my mobile number [protected], and this request got rejected 3 times. I spoke to customer care executive he said I should get a call from idea to pay my outstanding bill and to know the reason to port out. I never got any call from idea and they just rejected my request. I want a strong action against it.

      To who鈥檚 ever it may concern, I want you to clarify on following things at your earliest. Yesterday I have drop a mail but I guess you may not understand what exactly I will be looking forward from you. I am Idea customer since 1998 using mobile service since that time.. Never failed a single due date of payment. 路 I want to know how much security deposit of mine is with you as during that time I remember 1000 rupees was normal deposit and addition to that I have paid deposit for STD and Roaming.. If you claim you have adjusted that in some or other bill need details of that.. 路 I don鈥檛 have receipts to produce as you claim that one should have receipt of payments.. 路 Secondly and important point.. Regarding bill This month Bill 路 I have paid 25 Rupees for sim replacement and Idea counter still you have chrge that in my current bill why?? 路 I replace card on 23rd Aug 2013 as I bought smartphone, Before that I had old handset in which internet was not available.. I have requested idea CSE from phone on 29th aug to activate GPRS package which he did in zero time. I appreciate that, well, for which I have agree to pay pay 125 per month for 1 GB plan.. the details of said plan are as mention >> GPRS Core Service_SB_0_Acc_125_392 29-Aug[protected]Sep-2013 48.390.. 9Th Sep I requested to deactivate GPRS services as understood I stay maximum hours in wifi network and I always use to switch off mobile data when I use to use wifi network.. Now form you I need detail clarification how and when I used your network?? More importantly tell me how many MB or GB I used.. because I use to got last message when I was in network saying total usage of mine was 70 MB.. So need clarification on which basis you have charge me GPRS(Volume) Usage 82239.59 >>1107.200 路 What is 82239.59 please explain me.. Tell me one simple thing when internet pack was not activate how can you expect me to use it once I replace the sim isn鈥檛 that a joke made by you guys on me.. 路 Am I a fool to use internet when I haven鈥檛 taken any plan?? Need clarification on this.. also confirm me deposit amount and I want you to adjust that in this.. bill. 路 One more point last month that is Aug bill was due for amounting to 404/- I want you to take note of this that I have paid Rs 500/- on 4th Sep /2013 at Sameed Cellular your authorize dealar on Paud road by cash.. Receipt number 36149.. I couldn鈥檛 see the difference of 96 rupees is adjusted in the current bill Why??? 路 Looking forward for details reply from you..

      What an Idea fair bill practice.. I am surprise to see their email id are not even valid.. See what replay I received when i sent a mail to them

      To who's ever it may concern,

      This is with reference to my query and mail and subsequently your call followed by SMS. Saying you can't give me any waiver which you promise and confirm via SMS dated 25/09/1013 saying my request for waiver is registered. for which I was quite hopeful and got disappointed today call received on 30th Sep 2013.. I want to say on that call that I am not at all satisfied with the answer given by person.. I mention him that most of the hours of the day I am in WiFi network and I am not fool to use idea GPRS at the rate of 2ps /10 kb that too value of 1107 /- Internet in three days that is ridiculous.. anyway Idea management is Great I must say that, first send SMS that waiver request is accepted and then say no we can't offer that now.. and it hardly matter whether we loose customer and how old he is..

      I request you to adjust my extra deposit which is pending with you ( I have confirmation from you that 2000/- security deposit of mine is with you.).. I visited your web site and found that now only 850/- Security deposit is required by you for connection except international calling and international roaming which I don't require.

      I here by request you to adjust my deposit which is lying ideal with you in bills. Also let me know current status of my deposit which is require to keep number alive.

      Also discontinue call conferencing from my number.

      Please let me know once you adjust how much deposit you can adjust on my number and how much deposit will remain on my number once you do it.


      Look forward for satisfactory solution on this.. Also let me how much bill I have to pay after you doing this adjustment.

        iam rajesh that iam recharged with 200rs on 8th sep so i have activated 2g internet in mobile now my balance 175 so iam unsing internet in my mobile like gmails and facebook. suddenly i got a message that u have been charged for 50 rs for all channels but i didnt activated any of them like that i have been charged 160 rs till now i have called to them 4 times but they not responding clearly. I think like this they are giving salarys to their employees by taking coustemers money. This is my mobile no [protected],so give me my money back others wise it is difficult to trust u any more thanks and regards rajesh

            Hello Sir,

            My name is vikas kolhe and i was using a idea postpaid sim ([protected]). But just because of the access charge that they had charged me i terminate the services. and now they bill according to them is Rs 1400 approx I dont have any problem in submitting the bill that i have used. But the during using this number i got a call from idea department they had told me you will get 3g net as a reward so i took they told me it is free for you and after some day they told me you have to pay the charge of net . than i told him you gave me false commitment i will not pay . than now they are calling me my friends and my family they harrasing them for payment which is now 3807 which is i am not going to pay.i am ready to pay how much i used .

                My idea unbiled amount is 3947rs.What the hell is that? Are they gone sick? We are using postpaid tht doesn't mean they ll take d advntages of our connection.Here nothing is transparent.I have bn using ths frm the last 2 mnths n my unbilled amount is 4000 approx!!!I am gonna chnge d scheme.its true tht an idea cn chnge ur life,bt in ths way.

                  My idea number is [protected] I would like to bring to your notice the unfair practices by idea. Idea just me refunded around 10Rs . SR 1-[protected] Today I activated 8 Rs 3G pack. I started my session around 3.29 pm today. I'm all out when I disconnected my session around 3.40pm Idea just gave me time for only 10 minutes instead of 20 minutes. How could idea cheat their customers like this.I have been telling there something wrong with your system. This is standing proof. You refuse to fix this. I have experienced this issue several time. I call up customer care and nothing.. They are not fixing this and Cheating customers

                  It could not be resolved. They called me with explanation that i was connected to 3 servers during my session from 3.29 to 3.40pm

                  As a user, im not concerned about this. It is your duty.

                  The 20 minutes was not covered in the physical clock.

                      Hello sir, I am getting abusing calls from a number-[protected] Dated on 10.09:13 Time 02:55 PM I traced the number and it is IDEA DOUBT CUSTOMMER care number. And he say me i am rahul than he start abusing. I am actually all irritated from the person calling from this number. I am requesting you to take proper action against this people . Otherwise i complain about your compnay TRAI , Police or court . You find rahul and punished him . if you think i am wrong than you call this number and ask about that . I am 100 percent sure this number was Idea custumer care.

                            2 months back one of the person from idea, Bangalore Head office (Ph No : [protected]) called me and told we have offer for you from prepaid to postpaid 175/- and took all documents like, voter ID, Photos, HR letter, Rental agreement, PAN card etc...and deposit amt of 350/-, given me a new sim card and told me it will be activated within 2 days... Still it is not activated and also there is no response from them. Need an immediate action on this....

                              I have been using a data card from Idea for nearly a year now but in the last six months I find the bills are not in line with the usage. I have gone for a scheme with 1GB data usage per month and [protected]@Rs250/- month. I had paid my last rental on 14t August for Rs.250/-. The next due date was 14/9/2013 but the connection was deactivated on 31/8/2013 and even during the same period the internet was working intermitently. The idea counters in the city are also not clear and do not answer the queries properly. I would like to deactivate the connection but am not clear how it can be done. I have not been able to us my data card from Sept. 2013 kinly help me in this matter

I had recharged with 25 rupees through online by selecting the gprs plan(Rs.25 - 500mb gprs). but company gave me 90 minutes idea to idea local and sms for 4 days. Customer Care people are not giving clearance for this.Please change my pacakage with gprs pack. Otherwise no body will believe Idea in future. Thanking You sir

                                    I purchased a new Lumia 520 on[protected] which had offer of 2gb 3G data per month for two month on idea sim.. I purchased a new idea sim which was activated still after one week the 2gb 3G plan has not been activated. I have called customer care and also been to idea care but still no solution. My idea no is [protected] If the companies cant provide what they advertise then they should not advertise in the first place. Anyway its a great idea of idea to fool customers to purchase their SIM to avail lucrative offers which arent there.

                                      Dear Sir This is to inform you that, in the telecom field IDEA cellular is the worst service provider, its aim is not to provide service its costumer, I am using the number [protected] since last 10+ years, how ever they have deactivated my mobile.since last two months, Inspite of several follow ups with customer care & in web site, I am not getting my number activated, for which I lost 10 lacs in my business, Now I am requesting to look into this matter and I need my business loss from IDEA Cellular.                                         My idea number is [protected]. I had applied for Postpaid to Prepaid migration at My Idea store (Capricon communication) on bajirao road Pune. It has been 10 days already but my postpaid is stopped and prepaid is not activated yet! How can an operator keep customers number deactivated for so many days. I have provided all the documents and even paid past dues. When contacted customer care they say we have not received the documents from the my idea store so coordinate with them. The my idea store guy says idea is not accepting documents from him. Why am I getting sandwiched between both of them. This is first time I am experiencing such pathetic customer service from any operator. 1. The operator has kept my number inactive for more than a week which has already caused huge business loss. 2. Without receiving the documents how did idea deactivate my postpaid number. 3. How can you appoint such irresponsible franchise for handling customer service. I want my number postpaid or prepaid to be activated immediately and idea should compensate for my business losses.
