But just because of the access charge that they had charged me i terminate the services. and now they bill according to them is Rs 1400 approx I dont have any problem in submitting the bill that i have used. My idea unbiled amount is 3947rs.What the hell is that? Are they gone sick? GOT SMS ON 13 SEPT 13 AT 1906 HRS FROM IDEA 612345 MENTIONING THAT RC 198: 900 MB 3G DATA FOR 30 DAYS AT JUST RUPEES 198,BUT SAME DAY AT 1928 HRS WHEN I HAD RECHARGED RC198 , I GOT SMS REGARDING 600 MB 3G DATA,CUSTMER CARE REPLIED THAT THIS OFFER IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR MY NUMBER,THEN WHY THEY SEND ME SAME SMS ON 14 SEPT 13 AT 1745 HRS AND ON 15 SEPT 13 AT 1150 HRS...

2 months back one of the person from idea, Bangalore Head office (Ph No : [protected]) called me and told we have offer for you from prepaid to postpaid 175/- and took all documents like, voter ID, Photos, HR letter, Rental agreement, PAN card etc...and deposit amt of 350/-, given me a new sim card and told me it will be activated within 2 days... Still it is not activated and also there is no response from them. Need an immediate action...

I have been using a data card from Idea for nearly a year now but in the last six months I find the bills are not in line with the usage. Hallo I have so far got 2 messages one on 30-Aug-2013 and the other on 12-Sept-2013 from my mobile service provider Idea-MH saying that I have downloaded the IZ-idea CMS and they have deducted Rs. 30 on each occasion.
