Unwanted service activated without my initialization.

Hi, I was charged Rs 30 for from my account balance for " Fashion_Zone from SYMBIOTIC" i have not initiated this request although i was charged for it on 10/09/2013 i faced this problem last time on 01/06/2013 and 30 rs was deducted from my account. Calling the customer care never helps so i am posting my complaint here. i want my money refund as these are spams from Idea and this needs to stop!...

Deduction of talktime (INR 150)

I was having 1 Rs balance, i started using internet after some time they deducted that one rupee, now balance is zero, time 20:50, 10/09/2013. then i recharged with Rs 150 talk time @21:12 and after 5 minutes recharged with Rs 126 internet plan having 1GB data @21:17. I started using internet, within half an hour they deducted from my main balance Rs 150 instantly....

Incorrect deductions made in IDEA Network after several complaints

Hi Idea Cellular, After repeated complaints, I have noticed that the incorrect deductions made to my number are still there. Also, now whenever I restart my phone, I receive a message from[protected] every time and a deduction of Rs.5 is made for the message I receive. Hi, I was using Idea post paid connection from July'13 in the Ahmedabad, Gujarat circle. My plan was 399.00 PM included (90000 free local/STD seconds, 100 SMS Local/ national and 1GB - 2G data free for every month). My last bill generated with the total amount of Rs 760.00 (with all a/c +/- settlement ) also my credit limit exceeded from 750 to 1400. I went to take a prepaid conection. The 1st responce was prepaid will take 4days to activate due to trai regualations and postpaid 1 single day.. But i said 4days is ok and opted for prepaid. She took the new sim from store and kept me waiting and waiting doing unnecesary things. Long enough to make any person leave the premises due to her disrespect. On August 4th, 2013 I got a bill from IDEA of Rs 3984. I was charged over Rs 3500 for GPRS usage (apart from rental). GPRS bill charged

Dear sir I have a idea post paid connection with the number [protected]. I have been getting a GPRS usage bill against this number. Last month i had paid Rs.156/- extra and this month it is almost double. I am hardly using the mobile for calls and the charges for those call are in limt of Rs.160-180 per month so i used to pay that much. But since last month i am getting a GPRS bill which really a nightmare. Because the use is few kbs hrly....

this company is cheating people through their messages. recently I checked my balance using *212# and with the account information I received an information stating that on recharge of 22 you will get 100 MB 3g data. I had recharged recently with 50 top up. within 12 hours the balance became 0 , when I did not make a single call. I complained to local Idea team here in Guwahati. As usual they came up with some explanation that suits them. After which they credited Rs20/- though I lost 41/- . Idea does not provide any means to check internet pack validity

Hi, Idea cellualr doesnt provide any means to check the internet pack validity. A customer has to remember by himself or he has to call customer care to get the details. The catch here is that if customer forgets to recharge on the day of expiry, Idea will charge 10Kb/10ps. This way they can squeeze out money from the customer. What I dont understand is if they can provide validity of other things why cant they provide validity of internet...

nokia 3g data not activated

I have purchased Lumia 720 before 2weeks. To get benefit of idea internet offer, I changed my docomo service to idea and then inserted that idea sim into it. But as obvious (as I heard that I won't get internet pack), I do not get internet offer. I tried to contact idea customer care, they told me that we never provide such kind of internet offer to anybody. But the persons from nokia priority keeps telling me that I will get that offer....

cut surfing charge without any surfing
