Dear sir, my cell no: [protected]. some MMS messages were been sent with my mobile number through ID 53012. The contents of the message is " MMS from [protected] wait for you at http// www.ideacellular.com/web mms user name is your mobile no. and password is 1q5x2. msg expiry is 5 days." these messages were sent without my notice. please arrest or stop such messages from receiving and sending from my mobile. please see that my mobile number is removed and should not be sent such messages through my mobile number which is causing lot of nuisence. an ugent action is required in this regard.

      Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected] As per attached screenshot from ideacellular site I have done 3G Data recharge of 127 Rs (1GB) on 27th Sep 2013 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs 127 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in ur accoung 1024.00 MB valid till Oct 26 2013”. When i have called Customer Care and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone and u will use this, I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me

      Sir, My number is [protected] I recharged with Rs. 127/- 3G 1GB plan and i also faced the same issue of balance deduction. There is no where mentioned on Idea website that ISF means Idea Smart Phone. Pl. help me to get the benefits or reverse my recharged amount. Thanks Kamlesh
      Same happened to me I had done ISF recharge of 296 but I received nothing from there side. They have not mentioned that ISF recharge is only for Idea Smart Phone.

      This is their way of begging money from consumers. The meaning of ISF is still not mentioned, even though its been more than 6 months. There is no viable 3G Internet schemes with idea.

      The same thing is happened with me and I am unable to use my 3G pack.

      It is not acceptable at all. While talking to customer care executives we didn't get proper response to get my balance back.
      That same thing happen to me i have recharge on 24/03/2014.my number is [protected].
      I am also facing the same problem. also Register complain in Cosumercomplaints.. but no Response..

Person knows us very well as all my family member were getting missed call from number. i have already made 2-3 police complaint against same number.           It needs to be informed in media that will gain some attention from idea then. I was charged rs 15 for some bull and as I read more about it it looks like idea has a created a illigal income source for them. I am going to call a news channel to inform them and so shall all of you...pick a news network and keep calling them till we get some attention and put this fraud out in public so that others will think twice before getting idea as their carrier...

            Hi, I took the SIM(2G internet ) on 30/09/2013 and it is not activated till now. I applied for this connection from Jeevan bima nagar(Indiranagar) idea showroom. I want to know why it is not activated till now. first they told within 2 days it will be activated but till now it is not activated.Each time I called them and they will say 'by today evening it will be activated'.               Hi, I am the Idea Post Paid customer . I was happy about this service. But now i am really very disappointed. because of the discrepancies in the postpaid bill for the period[protected] to[protected]. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges. This month i got charge of Rs.25. I have no intension to send such messages which would costing me Rs.25 I called the customer care regarding the same. Even your executives dont have any idea regarding those charges one informed me that it is for internet facility used and other says for some activation(you may kindly cross check with the voice calls recorded). I havent sent any sms from my side and I Havent done any activations from my side. Hence i am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or adjusted in my next bill as this bill is already paid by me. My mobile number is [protected] I called up customer care so many times with no joy. Customer service was not at all co-operative. Hence as i have never sent such messages for which i am getting charged. Please look after this issue. Quick reply or action is expected. Hoping for your best support.               Dear Friends,
              I suggest below quick fix to get rid off SMS-MT charges:
              Open SMS APP
              Go to Settings in the SMS App.
              Select General Settings
              Remove The Tick Mark from "Enable WAP Push Messages"

              Or if you intend to use only calling, kindly use simple handsets instead of android. Simple handsets are never charged for SMS MT.

              Hi, I switch over my wife Sim card ([protected]) to Idea post paid customer since last few months through MNP option.
              After I have been satisfied with Idea network. But its not sustain... In may month I received the Bill for Rs589.00 which I never imagine. When I checked the Bill details Rs250.00 charged for SMS-MT. I don't know what is SMS-MT. Addition Rs250.00 in the Mobile expenses struck my other expenses. Need Idea cellular customer support to resolve and re-correction of the bills. Until that I am not going to pay the bill payment. And idea will lose the valuable customer.

                I am idea post paid user from 3-4 years but from last two years I am not receiving bills at my address not even on mobile my number has been barred again two days back without any prior intimation I am surprised to see idea services like this ... idea authorized dealers are not giving local services and always asking for new connection I need immediate sollution or I surrender this number not only this iam using 4 idea connection and I will close all in next one week

                  as I am postpaid mobile consumer of the above mentioned company since 16 august. This company is doing so much fraud in my bill, previous month bill is 615. as I am using monthly rental 249(excluding tax).they has provided me 400 hundred minutes and 1 GB net plan, and my usage is 342 min as it is correct but they have done fraud in net pack they had added 295 rupees for about extra120 Mb. but main problem is that my net pack was exhausted at 1 October according to the company message that I have received. According to itemized bill my net pack was exhausted at 20th September but, on 23 rd September they have send msg about the usage of 93 percent only and further more message was sent by them as I am uploading the screenshots of the messages and Bill. and also the month before previous they billed me 345 rupees on applying 148 rupees extra for usage of net pack in 15 days. as they are telling that they gave 400 Mb but they have not sent any message about this as i have thought that I have 1 GB. and haven't sent me any message about the exhaustive of my 400 Mb. on an average every month they makes 300- 400 rupees extra to me and they have lakhs of customers you can imagine how much rupees they are doing fraud with us.

                    Dear sir, after calling and sending lot of mails to customer care am tired now and before moving to consumer court am sending this mail to you, I had purchased nokia lumia 720 handset on 30th august 2013, i got the offer from the nokia on website and its box itself saying after inserting respective sim card you will get 2GB 3g/2G data usage wherever applicable for 2 months.it is clearly said that offer will be activated within 48 to 72 hours after inserting respective sim card, and it was said that where 3G is not available 2G will be offered and its auto-activation.so to confirm I called up 198 (bad luck I do not remember the name) on 3/4th sept, so concerned person said yes offer is activated from 1st of September for 2 months, so I was happy and started using the data plan as a part of offer.but when when bill was generated on 21st September 2013, i was shocked with the bill amount Rs.6450/-with data usage around 300MB, so I called up and mailed many times customer care following are the funny replies from them. 1)THERE IS NO SUCH OFFER AVAILABLE, ZERO RENTAL PLAN IS AVAILABLE ON YOUR CARD, SO U HAVE TO PAY ACCORDING TO THAT 2)YOU HAVE COMPANY ACCOUNT WE CAN NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THAT. 3) OFFER PLAN WAS THERE BUT BAD LUCK IT WAS EXPIRED ON 31ST JULY, 2013(I HAVE PROOF FOR THE SAME IN EMAIL) 4)YES, PLAN WAS ACTIVATED ON 1ST SEPTEMBER 2013, I WILL WRITE DOWN YOUR COMPLAINT. 5)YES PLAN WAS ACTIVATED ON 1ST SEPTEMBER, 2013 BUT ONLY 3G IS AVAILABLE 6)GO TO MY IDEA IN YOUR CITY THEY WILL ASSIST YOU(MOST INEFFICIENT PERSONS IN MY CITY) 7)GO TO DEALER HE WILL ASSIST YOU, AND LIST... SO FINALLY I CALLED UP NOKIA CARE FOR THE SAME, AND WITH THE HELP OF THEM OFFER PLAN WAS ACTIVATED ON 27TH SEPTEMBER 2013, So I called up idea customer care to reverse my charges from 1st sept, 2013 to 26th sept 2013, and should be treated as data offer and not zero rental plan, but after many efforts I got the same answer you have used it you have to pay it, and offer data is applicable from 27th September 2013 only, one thing I want to tell you am not that much of sense less to use such huge data knowing there is no offer, so I requested you to check my last five year monthly bill, there will not be such a huge amount. So I request you to reverse data charges at ealiest before proceeding any further action from me. Attaching some files for your reference, which clearly shows about data offer.

                        dear sir for your kind information please note that unfortunately I have shifted my above mobile no from other service to your idea no, but from shifting to till date I am facing problem with its working in last three month all the time my outgoing closed and open in between 3--8th of every month 1st instance--out going closed due to non -verification and after lot many hassle I am able to resume my service 2nd instance--outgoing closed due to non payment whereas it has been submitted by cash much before the due date but it was not reflected in your system 3rd instance--outgoing closed that someone made request to barring the services I unable to understand why you are treating customer like this every month why outgoing closed due to different reason because of this I have lost my interview call apart of this my deal of property lost, let me know who is going to bear this loss is this our fault that we changed our no in your service requested to look into it and take immediate action thanks parul agarwal [protected]

I blong to Rural area and city is so far from there They are unnessary charged to customers as there are no way to do.                                   I have activated pack 15 rs internet for 100MB. But though during surfing on internet my 18 rupees was deducted.                                     Hi, this is regarding VAS activation from July 2013. They have charged me Rs. 150/- for Mobile TV, Rs. 30/- for style adict and Rs. 30/- for Filmy romance. Since these services activated in July 2013, I called to corporate customer care (4999) to stop the services. Customer care agent told me that services will get deactivated within 24 to 48 hrs, and I received message also. However I got charged for these services on Aug 2013 & Sep 2013. I have raised many complaints and all are got closed but still services are active and I am getting charged Rs. 210/- PM. I can not close this sim card also as I will have to update everyone about new number. So Please resolve my complaint and pass the waiver for Rs. 420/- (i.e. Rs 210/- for Aug 2013 + Rs 210/- for Sep 2013).                                     Hello,

                                    I agree that for July month charges are valid, but in July I called to Idea CC and asked to deactivate all services and I received SMS also for successfully deactivation of services.

                                    I am not asking for waiver of July month, but for Aug and Sep I should get waiver, and if you are not able to resolve this please let me know next level escalation.

                                        I got following message from Idea "Dear Customer, thank you for downloading Fun_Zone from SYMBIOTIC. You have charged Rs 30." When I called to their customer care they agreed that this is not a Idea service and SYMBIOTIC is some third party website. but they are not refunding my balance. Over this customer care executive said that I have downloaded fun_zone from paid website. I dont understand what is this paid website means? and how can Idea pay on my behalf to anyone. It seems like they are trying to make me fool by saying all this crape.
