[Resolved] Idea Cellular Ltd. — balance deducted for no reason

I have an Idea prepaid connection no. [protected]. On 27-April-2013, 4:53 pm, 50/- were deducted from my balance. I received a message regarding the balance deduction, which stated that the balance has been deducted because of a game download, 'Handygo games' to be precise. I had only downloaded one game that day from nokia store that was marked as free and does not belong to this 'handygo games'. I complained several times to the customer care, but they say that it was due to Internet usage. I use an Internet pack and the data balance was still over 700 Mb.
Please confirm what is going on here.

Also, on the same day, two VAS services were activated on my nuMber without my consent. And the money has still not been refunded despite my repeated complaints.

Idea — AMOUNT DEDUCTION FROM MAIN BALANCE WITHOUT REASON

dear sir,
i am an idea subscriber n my mobile no. is [protected].
since last 10 days from now my account balance had been deducted twice.1st time on 24th july of about 21 rupees n today of about 25 rupees.when i ask reason from the customer care executive he says 'u are being charged for web access'.
yes i'v accessed the web n downloaded about 120kb both the times and according to their plans it should cost rs.2.40 or atmost 3-4 rupees but deducting that much amount is really illegal.i want my money back sir plz help me...

Subject :- Deactivation on GPRS Mobile No. [protected]

With reference to above subject. We would like to inform that deactivate GPRS facility. Because we are not uploading any site nor having any home page even though charges are deducted from my prepaid account. It is humbly request to you deactivate this facility as early as possible with reverse this charges to my account. Suppose it is not done as early as possible than we will cancelled this IDEA plan with my hole family member.

Idea — BALANCE DEDUCTION WITHOUT ANY REASON & INFORMATION

I am using the service of IDEA mobile service provider my cell no is [protected].
Company has deduct the amount without any reason & confirmation.
They had fixed the dialer tone themselves on my number [protected]
and deduct the money from my mobile balance they cant left 1 rs in my mobile phone balance so i call any person. one of my family member is hospitalised and i am unable to contact any body.
so please register my complaint for the above reason and punish the IDEA company as hard as posible .

Idea Prepaid — balance deducted without reason

I had recharged for Rs. 100 /- of my mothers mobile having age about 65 yrs. The talk time balance become zero in 10 days without any usage of service.

my name is satbir singh my mobil numner is [protected].iam using idea number from last 2 year . yeserday i put the recharge of 330 rupees then today when i check the balance then my balance 52 rupees .after checking rhe balance ia call at customer care to, talk with mr.sunil (T.L) then he says me im don't know how your is detuct .......so plz understand my problem and actin on it as soon as possible...........

Idea — Balance deduction without any information

I had a balance deduction of Rs.58 on dated 04 feb 2011, without any information.
This is not the first time i'm going through this problem, so i called many times to
idea customer care for complain and i had talked to SENIOR SUPERVISOR Mr.YOGESH
and my complain was registered but no further steps had been taken since one month.
The customer care executive have no manner to talk with customer too.
So i'm providing complain no. [protected]

Due to such problem i was unable to use my tariff plan and i had paid standard call rate.
So i want to lodge Rs. 500 as fine.
Please take strict action against them.
I'll be thankfull to u.

Idea — balance deduction for no reason

I had a balance of about rs 100 in my idea prepaid account, but it suddenly dissappeared for no apparent reason. I didnt make any calls or messages. Also I had a data plan activated so theres no reason for my balance to go nil. After three days of calling the customer service (and their answer for the last three days was their system hasnt been updated and the balance has been deducted but they dont know why) todat even my data plan doesnt seem to be working and the customer service isnt very helpful.
