Dear Sir, Today I have received a call from unknown lady from the no. [protected], that a case has been registered in Patiala House Court vide file no 216/10 and the hearing is on 27.01.10, When I inquired in this regard she gave me a mobile no of Some Mr. Shekher, the no. is she given to me is [protected]. I was very anxious to know that why someone have filed the unknown case against me. I have contacted to that Mr. Shekher on the no. already given by that lady. Mr Shekher was unknown to my name, when I have given my Identity, but when I have explained him all the matter regarding case and case file no. he whispered with someone and replied that you have not submitted your outstanding bill of your Idea no. [protected], when I have told him that I am not the user of this no., he threaten me I will see you and have to submit the outstanding amount because during analyzing of phone call data calls are also dialed on your mobile no [protected]. I am an engineer in Railways and unknown to this no i.e [protected].Apart from this the user of Idea nos. in Railways given the office Address instead of their residential Address to get rid bill receiving tension and the office Address starts from Sr.Section Engineer. It does not mean that I am the user of all the nos. that are being used in this office. It is requested that please arrange to check the mistake at appropriate level to avoid harassments to public. I came to India on 1st July and got the Idea sim on 4th July from Idea autherised center in Pimple Saudagar, Pune (landmark - near old Mahadeo mandir). I told them it was very urgent for me and they said it will take a few hours to activate. The sim got deactivated because they didn't submit the documents. I immediately was on a tour and even after following up several times they didn't forward my documents. Today is 15th and still my cell number is not activated. To make the complaint short I am not detailing the kind of harrassment that I went through during these days.

I bought a Prepaid SIM from IDEA cellular Ltd two years back and it worked fine except for some minor glitches. My complaint is that from last one month I have been receiving calls and messages from the service provider saying that the services on my mobile number ([protected]) would be suspended soon as the documents submitted by me at the time of purchase of the connection were not valid/right.
They have also tried to entice me to submit the documents by messaging that I would get a free recharge of INR25 or so if I do it within 24hours.
Why can they say that the submitted documents are not valid after providing services for two years and to top it if the documents are invalid, why was their authenticity not checked before rendering the services.
Please look in the matter as it seems a breach of conduct to me and is very unethical. I can be reached on:

Dear sir,
Since the last two days, my best friend has been receiving vulgar, obscene and dirty messages from one idea number..[protected].. I believe this number is from Bhopal... But im not sure. Please sir, i request u to immediately block this number and render the services useless.. It is case of cyber crime, and my friend is getting very disturbed. I tried talking some sense into him, but of no avail.. This may lead to harassment, wich would ultimately cause a major problem.
