I have purchased an Idea high speed internet connection i.e. net setter high speed EDGE/GPRS Mobile internet wireless data speedup to 236.8kbps
I am getting 53.6kbps, no response from the company after complain to IDEA (WHAT A BAD IDEA sirji) please suggest what to do?????????

I want to lodge a serious complaint and I also want to came in your kind knowledge that, I am using an idea postpaid connection having no. [protected] which was running under 36 months arp plan. But on 13th July 2009 when I received its monthly bill, in which you did migrate its plan in any other plan without my acknowledgement or permission. When I talked with your representative at helpline he told me that it was done with my permission in the month of April 2009, I was so surprised what he was saying which was totally incorrect. I don’t have any idea about this fraud.
I request you to take a serious step in this matter for remigrate my connection in previous 36 months arp plan as it was without any delay, otherwise I will take my this complaint into the knowledge of TRAI and we will also discussed this matter into Consumer Court very soon. I Dr.PrakaashKarrun owing a postpaid connection no;[protected], recently i got tranfered to chennai for
a month, due to which i was unable to pay my bill on time, i got a call from ur executive for the payment
the language used by him was so down market & cheap.His talk was so rude and untollerable.even after
telling them the payment will be done very soon, he started abusing me and my family .This kind of act is
disguisting &shameful. i request you to take a stringent action against him at the earliest. (THE CULPRIT
