Below mail i have tried many time to nodal team/post paid team no one reveted to me due to failed. i think they all must be punished.

Dear Himanshu Ji,

I am user of Idea from 4 year. Before few days I have got call from
your Post paid team (Caller Ashi-[protected]) regarding post paid sim .she offer
me [protected]. I was happy with your service. I accepted her offer,
told her to send some to collect amount. I have given payment &
documents to Mr.virender ([protected])...after few minutes later I come to know my
applied number being already booked. When I tell her to refund money
or any else Number .She (Prerana- [protected]) cut my call. I have talked to
virendra he given two contacts no for more information. Mr. Ravi ([protected]) was
really much rude to tell me he also cut my call.

Next day I talked with Rani, she said its tarun sir no. [protected] tell me you problem. I explained but never call back later.

I am surprised to see such of Response? I need a call back from your
post paid team

My first mobile bill is Rs. 791/- against that I have paid Rs. 800/- on 10/1/13. Since that day my incoming & out going facilities are stopped without any reasonable cause.

I activated 3G plan worth Rs 349. Money got deducted. Plan Activated.
But, I cannot select 3G Network (Oasis/Airtel). Called customer care 10 to 12 times . But They were not able to help me.
This company is the worst mobile subscriber.
Deducts Money but Doesn't provide Services.
I want my money to be refunded.

I Am Swapnil Shivaji Kadam. I am use the idea cellular company postpaid mobile service. My Jan 2013 total bill Rs 831.01. In this amount the add GPRS Service charge Rs 536.01. I Not to request to start the GPRS service. They give reason it is in built in your plan you are press the any button of your phone and start this service and it is used 26.70 Mb data and they charge for this Rs 536.01. I am complain on this in customer care and also in idea office but they give me same reason on this problem and told the your are pay bill with the include GPRS service charge. any Solution on this problem.

“IDEA Netsetter or Up-Setter or perhaps Net-Sweater” (3G card giving only 2G Speed)

I have a IDEA Netsetter data card connection for 3G internet browsing ([protected]).
For the past 70 days I am not able to do browsing at my home in Chandanagar, Hyderabad
and at office at BHEL Rc Puram.
This is because I am getting a maximum speed of 0.12mbps at both places.
The map for Home and Office was already mailed to IDEA long back which is one again attached for reference.
I have given repeated complaints to IDEA. Complaint Nos[protected] dt 8/11,
[protected] dt 17/11,[protected] dt 24/11,[protected] dt 29/11,
[protected] dt 4/12 and[protected] dt 5/12

The following are the additional details (already given earlier).

Add On Number 2 : [protected]

Profile settings are properly configured
Signal Strength 95% to 98% (WCDMA)
Actual Speed of browsing at Home & Office : 0.12Mbps (File attached)

Actual Speed of friends’ NetSetter 3G data card (Number : ) checked in the same PC immediately : 5.28 Mbps (File attached)

I want to know two things :-
1) Have you put an max speed limit on my 3G card as 0.12 mpbs. (Only 2G speed) If so immediately remove it.
2) Is there any problem with my 3G Netsetter USB Modem. If so pl resolve it.

In spite of all these complaints, I get a standard reply
“Dear Customer, Your complaint on idea netsetter has been resolved. Thank You”
even though these is no resolution at all and nobody cared to call.

The concerned authorities in IDEA are requested to look into this ASAP.

Also since 70 days I am not able to browse internet at home, will IDEA give
any concession for this non-availability of service?

Since last two months the data usage text message is not being received in the netsetter software when I disconnect the internet.
I recharged for 197.00 on January 9th evening which showed a balance of 600 MB as the text message with the obvious validity of 1 month!

Since then I haven't used internet much than for checking emails and surprisingly, I couldn't browse the internet by January 14th. I am sure that I haven't had this much data consumption.

I called up the customer care today and the executive replied that this is because it was expired, and then he corrected that the data has been used up.

Can I get the data usage since my last recharge on January 9th 2013? It would be really helpful for me to continue with the service..

I recharged my idea phone with 3g recharge of 950. The money has been credited in my main account instead of 3g one. Please rectify as soon as possible. My mobile number is [protected]

I have subscribed for 149 Plan for Tech M also I have subscribed 1GB (98 additional rental) internet plan. More than this would be 10P / 10KB.

Now my outgoing service on my number is barred, when I discussed with customer care, it is barred because my credit limit is exceeded. And customer care executive asked me to pay some 1000 or 2000 to get the service continued.

Issue here is as follows 1GB = 1024 MB = 1048576 KB .. This translates to RS (1048576 * 0.1 (10Ps / 10KB) / 10) = 10485 /- Which is very high than my Credit Limit which is 2000/-

So You can Clearly See that IDEA is Fooling People here. Wherein they are Promising with 1GB GPRS Usage @ 98/- But in Regular Billing Cycle When the limit of 200MB is Reached they are Stopping the Services and Asking to make an INTERIM PAYMENT.

I have purchased IDIA data card since 5-6 months before they given me RS.6000 bill for 10days uses and my credit limit is only RS.2000 and they are harassing me over the phone please tell me what I can do?
