I C.S.Nagabhushana my mob no [protected] made a easy recharge on[protected] for Rs 151/-, after that my tariffe has completely changed .To change my tariffe to previous one, i made a call to ur centre many times but all the times i recieved a recorded voice.
kindly change my tariife to previous one as early as possible

My cell no. is [protected] i live in Shakarpur, Delhi on ground floor. I have made complaint to IDEA many times that in my flat there is no network coverage but they couldn't solve my provlem.
Please do some think, beacause no body can contect me when im in my flat.

[protected]... yesterday on 10th August.. one sms comes to my mobile that you have succussfully copies dialor tone from one mobile no.. by pressing * button..but really I wasnt press star button...and when we call to cust. care regarding that he replies that you press the star button and you have to pay the charges... when I told him that I am not satisfied with your reply.. he says that He is not sitting there for satisfying cust.. he says that my work is to giving information to you.. whether you are satisfied or not this is not my concern... is this type of service idea people are giving to cust...my complaint id is 83287426... now tell me that whether I had done mistake by purchasing idea postpaid connection...
