Off goes my patience now. You guys have done this sixth time. And this is final now. Once agaain while browsing net, without even clicking on any idea service, they activated a service and deducted rs. 49. I recieved this message- Dear Customer,thank you for downloading Combo_Dhamaal_Pack from SYMBIOTIC.You have been charged Rs. 49. Now this time I am not going to let it go this easily. I have saved my browsing history and messages and I have contacted my lawer Mr. Manish Jain for thriving you people to court. You think we dont have brain to take step against your dirty tricks? 3 days, Just 3 days. If in 3 days I dont get to know who is responsible for this scam, I am going to court, with proof. Idea — unauthorised billing

i have not activated utv movie service of idea but then too it is being activated again again. regarding this i made a complaint and had a chat with a idea coustomer executive dated 30 oct 2009. My communication id was[protected]. He assured me that the activation of the service was wrong and told me to refund my balance till 3 nov 2009 and it was done on 30 oct 2009 as i got the message. But again on 31 oct 2009 the services is activated again without my approval and my balance is again deducted.

Hi sir,
i m using prepaid Idea connection last 3 years, but last Month i got offer from Idea was that i[censored] changed ur plan means convert prepaid to postpaid then u got new offer, so i changed my mind and convert perpaid to postpaid, Regarding this i payed 500 Rs to idea's executive, he gave me slip of 500 and new sim. he told me that ur No. would be activated with in 2 days. Regarding New sim i had summited my Identity card through mail as a Proof.But yet now it is not activated.
So i summited new request regarding refund my money means 500 rs. But i did not get any responce from their side.

i have a idea celluler no.[protected].on 23/04/2010. i am reacharge my cell with rs. 100. and they cut rs 42 withaut any information. i am call custmer care they told me its bymitake. they told me its refund withine 3 or 5 working days. but i am dos't recieve my amount. but now they cut daily rs.5. i am call to custmer care but they don't have my problem solution

Idea — DEDUCTING MONEY

My mobile no. is [protected]. My Name is Bhola Shankar and I am a customer of IDEA mobile. From sometimes ago my balance is regularly deducting wihout infomed me. Now by balance Rs. 40/- deducted today. I have Not subscribed any type of the offer. So, Kindly return my balance Rs.40/-. Within two months I facing this type of problems. In these months my balance regularly dedudting around Rs. 30/- , Rs. 40/- and Rs. 30/- amounting total Rs. 100/-. So, avoid these type of problems.

i have idea mobile connection form last 2 month on[protected] i had a call for number verfication and my 102 rs are been deducted form the amount after complaining also they continued the process on it.
i had complaint more than 3 times they used to disconnted my call and no steps were taken by them n given the same answer we had hear your complaint and but no able to solve it

I have also deducted 49 Rs.balance from my normal balance for the pack of combo_dhamaal_pack.
I have not click to activate this pack.
The message is automatically appear on my browser & then the message from company is came that this pack is activated.
I want refund this balance in my account.
Otherwise i will go for consumer court for this fraud done by Idea Cellular Limited.
