Idea Cellular — Recharge Not Done

1, Recharge Amount : Rs. 299.

3, Connection on name of : Reena Singh

This recharge is done on 10tn Nov. 2008 via ICICI net banking and amount is debited from my account and my number is not recharged.

i have suscribed for idea cellular com from july 1st week(sorry i don't remember the date).in shimoga (karnataka state) i was satisified with its service for 1st 2 months....in september i moved to banglore as soon as i moved to banglore problems starts persisting.... 1.every evening i am getting network busy problem
2.since from last month they are deducting 5 rs without any information
3.and now they have migrated my primary plan to some other without my notification or my assistance
and deducted 40 rs from my account....
and i asked about this situation in customer care they are not responding properly...........

I am Gourave Daipuria from bharuch Gujrat. I am using prepaid mobile number [protected]. I made a online recharge of Rs-500 from HDFC Bank site on 12.01.2010 at 22:22 hrs.The amount is debited from my account and the transaction id is[protected], But my mobile number is not credited. I sent a mail to HDFC customer care for refunding the amount and they replied that we are only the facilitator for the payment and for the above recharge, we already made the payment and they also send me a link to check the status of the payment

Idea Cellular — Recharge not done for deducted amount

Hi,

I recharged my Idea Cellular pre-paid number [protected] twice for Rs500/ each time on 5th Oct thru internet, amount has been claimed both the times by Idea but the recharge has been done only once to my number. Have complained in Ideacellular several times but they have not got proper response from their side, neither have got the refund. The details of the recharge are as below -
1. Payment done thru ICICI website from ICICI credit card worth Rs500/-. Confirmed from the bank that the amount has been claimed by Idea and the transaction number for it is 113545.
2. Payment done thru Idea website from HSBC credit card worth Rs500/-. The transaction ID for this is 001901 and merchant has been given the amount on 6th Oct 2010.

Please help me in getting Rs500/- back from Idea Cellular Ltd at earliest.

I had paid for 111.00 RS for my mobile recharge (IDEA). Money got deducted from account but recharge not done. Please Provide me the details of which entity got credited with this money.

Idea Cellular — currency deduction

Without any service activation they deduct the some amount of currency, if I called to customer care they ignoring to refund the amount so I complying about the company

Thanks for responding to this website complaint, it has to be solved prior and without knowing to others. I sent you reply with screen shot. Birla groups have great name in India. They never tolerate in solving their customers complaints. They are the most respected firms in India and abroad. This time please recharge my cell phone with Rs.222/-. Idea Cellular — money deduction from mobile

we have not activated the dialer tone then also they have done that & charges are also the have take from mobile. and after when we have complained they giving no answer and not also taking complain o[censored]s. and also dia-activated the dialer tone by them only after they are telling that dialer has been dia-activated so they can do any thing & not also refuning the money back.
they also not give us information about the dialer tone how it has been activated.

My IDEA Mobile #:[protected].i made a online recharge 201.money deducted from my account but recharge balance not credited into my mobile .when i asked customer care executive he told that 201 is invalid amount to recharge. If 201 is in valid amount to recharge then how can they deduct money from bank for in valid transaction.
