my idea post paid number is -[protected] i am using this number since 2 years , recently i asked those people to convert this to prepaid they are playing games not converting , so i got irritated and i didnt pay the bill now they sent legal notice so i called them and i asked those people to release that number ofcourse i told them i will clear the total due amount but they are saying no again they will give as postpaid...

I m using idea postpaid connection since 4 years, I m a doctor by profession. Earlier I was using blackberry handset and using bb services but since Jan I 've got new Nokia lumia so I got deactivated bbm plan and want new 3g plan for which I 'd called hundreds of times at customer care. They said that new plan has been activated and gave me new settings both manual as well as online but my phone was showing no internet connection....

I have airtel connection and give my documents in idea office to port my no. on 9th march 2013. On 16th march they said your file is rejected because you are not with airtel postpaid for last 90 days but I am with airtel for last 180 days. When i said this, they said we are going to process this again and it will take more 7 days means total 14 days.

Our Mobile No.[protected] i have purchase this card last 6 to 8 month as post paid connection.But i am unable to continue with post paid therefore i want to convert to postpaid to prepaid for this no. but am fail from Idea customer care person and Outlets at Kalyan also. all are great lier.

All are entertaining and ignore our problem. we will not be pay any amount to Idea from our log complaint to customer...

I am Santosh , i am having idea 3g net setter modem. On 4th march 2013 i recharge that number with Rs. 599 but i didnt get any data to my Number.
I already call idea Customer Care more than 4times but they are not giving the proper response. When i attached my modem to my system it is saying registration failed. And they are saying, that sim # [protected] already selled to some other person....

i did recharge for my idea no [protected] through debit card from bill desk on 14/03/2013 amount of rupees 249 deducted from my account but the money was not refunded again. or not provide any facility of that recharge.
Please refund my amount ASAP....

As i have already paid bill for Rs 210.93 (Bill month-07/01/2013 to 06/02/2013) on 11th feb & 2nd march also.

I had purchased a Idea Sim on 9th,but it has still not activated after everyday the retailer is saying that sim would get activated in a day,but it not happening.

I am ashok mobile number [protected].i have changed my network to idea postpaid from last 6 months.i paid 300rs/- for transferable in idea office (habsiguda) and they said that it will be refundable after 4 r 5 months even they not deposited money in my account till now. And now they saying that u r amount is adjusted but they not adjusted i am paying full amount whatever the amount is.Even they are not lifting my call and not responding to...

I got call from IDEA on 11 th march & they told me new plan of diler tone of Rs.99. and ask me whather you want to change my caller tune. then i said them activate paln but don't change my caller tune.
but when i checked on 11th march evening, i found my caller tone is changed. imedieatly i called customer care but he told me that it is not changed. i called him several times but they are not responding properly.

On March 11, 2013, I made a 28 minute call, for which my balance was deducted by INR 8 (I have 30p/min call charges). I had approx. INR 50 at this time. Two minutes later, I made another phone call that got cut in 3 mins due to insufficient balance. Without any use of internet or any other services, Idea had slashed my balance to 21 paise.
Shockingly, the person I was speaking to experienced the same problem, as his balance was slashed...
