I'm SANTU BISWAS an a customer of idea GSM service. My number is-[protected] (Ported from RIM SMART). I face the problem from when I ported my number to idea that is " I've getting few message everyday from Smart & Airtel service provider " The example o[censored]nsolicited number is- RM[protected]/03/13 09:36am, 09:47am, 09:58am) & AV-650003. But how can it possible? Can u please explain it?

Dear Sir,

My account No.[protected] for mobile no. [protected] have Invoice Period from 15-Feb-2013 14-Mar-2013. I have got discrepancy in my invoice no: [protected] regarding Roaming Charges.

As per my Invoice period and billing cycle period from 15th to 14th of every month, in my latest bill Roaming Charges included with date of 11th Feb 2013 & 12th feb 2013 which not including in this invoice no. [protected].

Please find an attachment for latest bill copy and see page no 5 for roaming charges and date.

Please clarify on this detail because all taxes you applying on as per date wise call usages. And rectify my total billing amount as per only between 15th feb to 14th march 2013 only.

I am bringing to your notice that my prepaid to postpaid activation is not happen.
On too much convince by your customer care on prepaid to postpaid I shifted on.
Now I lost both prepaid and postpaid connections and I don't know what to do now.
I am NARENDRA VEMURI and my NUMBER is[protected].
If you cant do things property dont do it.
I want my working prepaid activation network back and I want my money 300 back.

If you fail to do so I will consider that it is your negligence and failure on promised services.

I have ported by number from TATA Docomo to idea. In the scheme i got 50 Mb data. I was using that data till 3 days. After three days i recharged with 51 rs top up and then i used the net they made a deduction from mail balance for data using. I still having the 11 Mb data in account. I called them on their call center. They told that this deduction is made for data uses. You have hadn't any free data uses. Still i can see the balance of 11 Mb in my account. So please help me out to solve this problem. I want back my deducted balance.

my idea post paid number is -[protected] i am using this number since 2 years , recently i asked those people to convert this to prepaid they are playing games not converting , so i got irritated and i didnt pay the bill now they sent legal notice so i called them and i asked those people to release that number ofcourse i told them i will clear the total due amount but they are saying no again they will give as postpaid only ,
that too whenever there is delay in the payment they use to call to our out going caller i dont thing this is not a law ,
if any thing else they should communicate with us and email or alternative number ,they are calling to managers and all my friends to whom we made calls asking them about the payment regarding this i gave so many complain tom idea but no is responded .

now i intimated them i will clear the settlement and i am asking that number as prepaid they are not responding , why

i will give u some people names contact number who are not responding well and did all these things

I have a complaint against Idea.

I am IDEA prepaid mobile user my number is [protected] ( this no was registered on my fathers name).Because of my husbands assignment we came at Netherland on October 2012 for 9 months & still I am using my Idea SIM card for some time because my all bank account & other information SMS come on same no.But when I was checked today,my SIM card is blocked & the same no has been given to other person.I was received last SMS on my SIM card on 25th Jan 2013.
I request you to please unblock my SIM card & provide me the same no.

I m using idea postpaid connection since 4 years, I m a doctor by profession. Earlier I was using blackberry handset and using bb services but since Jan I 've got new Nokia lumia so I got deactivated bbm plan and want new 3g plan for which I 'd called hundreds of times at customer care. They said that new plan has been activated and gave me new settings both manual as well as online but my phone was showing no internet connection. I even visited idea office out of my busy schedule but no step was taken. They said to try sum in other handset, I tried but still same problem. I called again in customer care but no response. Being frustrated I want to get portability but these idea people have stopped my and services both outgoing and incoming. I tried to complain for it but now since one month has passed they R not receiving my phone. Now I've no internet facility and and services.since 2 months have passed.

Called Customer care, saying that they cannot refund the amount deducted for Internet.

I have not Downloaded/activated/subscribed for any packs/games/any other services, i have no browsed for checking mail, face book.

So-many times amounts deducted just like above. But no refunds.

Nowadays very poor services from Idea. Thinking of porting to other networks.

If amount is not refunded, will proceed legally

Dear Sir/Mam,

There was an issue with my Postpaid bill for Februrary Month(15th Jan to 14th Feb 2013). I raised the concern with customer care 3 times and the issue is still not resolved.
They told me to either go to MyIdea Shop or drop a mail. I went to the store and they told me to drop a mail.
The issue is as follows:-
1) In my bill plan, I have been provided 512 MB data usage. I got a mail on 15th Feb(16:09 p.m) saying that I have used 521.33 MB Data Usage till 14th Feb 2013.
2) The bill which I got, in that the charges are applied for 541 MB approx.
So, there are discrepanices in your system only and I have to pay extra for it.

Please revert the extra charges along with the tax.

Please look into the matter ASAP. I have the proof of that message

This is to inform you that I have purchased a new IDEA 3G connection no [protected] around a month ago. It took a fortnight to you guys to activate the number but finally it worked and I was happily using it for around 10 days. Yesterday, when my 1GB data got consumed, I recharged it with 745 again to get 4GB data. Ever since, I recharged it. I am getting fluctuating numbers for download and upload but it finally comes to 0kbps both and stays there forever.

I have contacted your customer care today talked to Abhishek Sharma, which was an unbelievable experience. This guy did not even listen to me moment I said internet is not working he just transferred the call to another girl, she transferred it to another girl. And finally, I was transferred to their supervisor at Idea internet technical department his name was Amandeep Aggrawal. I have never talked to such an arrogant person before. I repeated the whole sage the fourth time and after listening to all he said, " sir mobile ki sim ko mobile me hi use karenge to hi hum aapki help kar sakte hain" or your data card is not functioning properly. I explained him, the same sim was working with the same data card before but now you guys saying my data card is not supported. He again repeated his favorite lines "sir mobile ki sim ko mobile me hi use karenge to hi hum aapki help kar sakte hain". I requested for refunding my 745 rupees since this sim is not going to work on my data card so this is a complete waste for me so they should refund my money. But, I was surprised to hear that from that again, he again said " sir mobile ki sim ko mobile me hi use karenge to hi hum aapki help kar sakte hain". He repeatedly tried to humiliate me and said, “since I am asking the same question again and again so he is going to disconnect the line and finally hung up on me.

I want to know, does customer matter to you? Do you guys really know what customer service is ? I think, I have been cheated because if there is a different dedicated sim that should be used on data card then I think, I should be informed before purchasing it. I have been using these 3G Sims from different vendors and been using them happily. Hence, I think only Idea has this unique IDEA o[censored]sing a dedicated 3G sim for data card or its a selling tack-tick, where they can sell their data cards as well. I am very much dissatisfied with my experience with IDEA and I will try my best to raise it to the higher level as well.

HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED OR REFUND.
