Idea Cellular — Pathetic Service

True statement, "An Idea can change you life". It is Idea only who had taken down my complain and given[protected] as my complain number.But No response , after escalating to senior people in Idea, got revert from their staff after a 2 weeks that my problem can't be solved for next 3 months. If Idea is sending bills for netsetter, then why these guys can't sort my problem. My netsetter is not working due to signal problem or some other issues don't know. I was told that I will get call from them, not received Yet. Do these people think the customers are fool or what....

IDEA MOBILE — Pin blocked

The pin of my mobile no-[protected] has blocked so please provide me the PUK CODE as soon as possible!
my idea puk pin is blocked, how to i get the puk new code and reactivate my idea mobile with same number my mobile number is [protected], and my sim number is[protected]

Dear sir/Madam

Thank you for your late response.
For your information my incoming services is only activated not the outgoing. Still i am not able to make a outgoing calls and it says that your services is kept on hold.
I talked again to the CC (customare care executives and their so called superiors) yesterday again but everbody only promises of reactivating services in 2 hrs 4 hrs and 24 hrs like that. Today also i talked to CC Kausar and she said you activation is completed and outgoing called will be activated by 12 noon of 20.02.10 or maximum by 18 hrs of 20.02.10.

Whenever i asked CC to transfer to superior they kept the call for hold for ~30min (it happens so many times and then disconnect it). I really felt shameful for such a behaviour from CC so called proffessional. The Next moment you try calling and then you will hear the recorded message that all CC are busy. But is it a coincidence that when we call from other no. all the CC are free and you can connect in a min. I dont think it is a coincidence, it is a adjustment made by CC who keep your no. in particular list so whenever you try CC you will get the same message.
I also dont understand why all the CC were busy for 30min. And each time i try to talk to CC every time they insist for a fresh request, aren't IDEA increasing the burocracy and not trying to solve the problem instead. When i said i submitted the document to IDEA gallary and have the acknowledgement then it is their duty to submit or make sure that it should reach to HO or whereever then why i was asked each time the same. I think it would have a better option if IDEA should start asking people to visit their HO for the verification and submission of documents/proofs etc which will be less troublesome and harrasing.
Since I took the IDEA card most of the time I am using my mobile batteries just requesting to the CC , isn’t it serious problem with the IDEA services. Only advertising doesn’t help you have to provide services also.
Who should be responsible IDEA gallary people who are anyway employee of IDEA or a customer who made a mistake by choosing IDEA as a service provider.
Are we really heading towards progress or heading towards a older system of paperwork and timecosuming processes which used to take days and months together to activate the phone lines.( like BSNL used to have earlier I think their services are far better after experiencing IDEA’s service).

One thing i would like to convey to is that I am sure that i will by mistake advice any of my friends or realtives now onwards to choose IDEA as a option for the mobile service provider. I know t will not make difference to your balance sheet but at least i will be able to show a true picture of IDEA infront of the society.

SO again i am requesting( because that is what a customer can do)you to please return my money as per my earlier mail.
Kindly give me the fax no and email ids of the higher authorities to whom also i should show the true picture of their organization.

Idea Cellular — Pathetic Customer Service

Here is the indication of the horrible customer by Idea cellular.

I received a call from idea in the last week of January where the caller asked me for the name and address. She did not confirm the purpose of the call or even say which address needs to be confirmed (permanent or correspondence). The next thing I know is when I tried to call from that no after 3 to 4 days I got an error message stating “this is not a valid no”
Here is how well the IDEA guys are equipped to handle your calls in case you need to call them:

1>Not even a single time has any representative been able to answer the call in English in spite of chosing the language option for English.
2>I spoke to a Rupesh Haida who promised a call back and never bothered to arrange for one. Rupesh also gave me the address for Idea store without mentioning that the stores are not open on Sundays.
3> I was been promised a call back by Rahul Sharma and never got one. I spoke to him again after a week and was promised a call back and did not get one. Rahul also admitted that he had not followed up on the previous promise of a call back.
4> A no of people have hung up on me. Two names that I could capture were Reena(supervisor) and Tabrez.
5> It’s been five days of constantly following up and writing to IDEA customer care and they have not even acknowledged my complaint.

MY ONLY HOPE IS THAT IDEA CELLULAR STARTS SPENDING SOME MONEY ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE RATHER THAN SPENDING IT ALL ON LOUSY ADVERTISEMENT.
Idea cellular is having pathetic services and their customer service is totally careless who dosent know how to work, how talk to guest .i wanna throw ma idea no u all also throw

Idea Cellular — Pathetic service

I have been using Idea post-paid connection ([protected]) since last 4 years.

About 2 years back I shifted my house and there is no Idea coverage in my house. I had put a request to check this at least 4 times in last 2 years. But they never did anything for this.

I then tried to go for Mobile Number portability. Idea rejected my request saying some subsisting contractual obligation. I tried calling the Idea customer care and get to know the reason for this but everytime i called them they said they don't have any information regarding this and i would be getting SMS or call from them in next 24 hours. But no call or SMS came from their side in last 2 months.

I then tried to close my Idea account and keep the SIM as a pre-paid service because letting this number go off immediately is not easy for me. I had requested this conversion on Saturday (26th Mar, 2011) and they said your pre-paid service will be activated in 6 hours. Now its been 40 hours and still the pre-paid SIM is not activated. I have tried calling them 3 times in these 40 hours and every time they say they don't have any information about why the SIM is not activated and i should wait for another 6 hours, 8 hours, till evening etc.

I would like to register this complaint against them for providing such pathetic service and on top of it no information to the consumer

i am having a problem that i have taken a new number and its been 8 days that i has been not activated till now, every time it is said that CPV has been conducted for[protected] but i think this much time is required for it, your service is not good as other mobile providers.

really idea changes life it has been frustuating. customers are made fool every time i call customer care to check status they say server is down everybody is just to make fool of customers


if you can do something to solve it pls do it
