[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Postpaid Connection — no action on repetitive complains about bills

MY name is Rohit and am from Trivandrum . I am absolutely angry and upset with the way an idea executive in the Trivandrum branck in kerala has behaved . I Went to the idea office to pay my bill where were over due . I had to pay 2000(and something) to activate my connection as both incoming and outgoing werte barred . On reaching there, I decided that since nobody is using that connectiuon frequently, I might as well Cancel it . So I asked the excuitive as to what is the procedure to cancel . This executive, she is a girl, tells me that you cannot cancel it here but you have to go to teh sreekaryam office to cancel .i dint argue, and just went back .On the way back, I call up this idea manager (who has been calling me to pay the bill) telling him that I wanted to pay and then cancel and I was told by this executive that I cannot cancel in teh vellayambalam branch and that I had to go to the sreekaryam branch .The manager was surprised and he immediately told me that You can cancel it in teh vellayambalam branch and that I need to go back .

The fun starts when I reach teh vellayambalam office, this girl(idea executive) has the audacity and the nerve to create a scene saying that she never told that I couldn't cancel in this office!!! oh my god!..how can people lie so easily and that too on the face ???..She created a scene there saying that she never told this ...then was i imagining things ? .. I really dont know how Idea hires people? ..the executive that I met at the idea(vellayamabalam branch, trivandrum) was immature and did not know how to handle customers . I felt ridiculous even talking to her! she was acting like some 2nd std kid out there and was nowhere near responsibile. I do not have any personal grudges towrds her as I think It could posiibily be the frustration at her work that she vented out ..but If any quality team from idea is looking in to this, I would suggest to investigate this matter .Any how after all that hussle i got my connection cancelled..and definetly ..I dont think I will look at any idea conecations in the future ..Simple because of all the hassle I had to undergo today .

i wann postpaid connection on my old prepaid number?

Sir/maam please give be a brief information on the best post plan connection as i want to change my prepaid connection to post paid connection. give me a breif on post paid plan with minimum monthly rent.

Hello Sir, I am Satheesh I taken An idea Post paid connection ([protected]). My Plan is Idea to idea 1000 minutes free per month and 200 minutes free for other mobiles per month. and mainly My CUG group is fully free at any time. But the bill amount is added to the all local idea free call s and free other mobile calls and specially CUG calls. So., We are dislike the Plan. Because we decided to disconnect the idea post paid connection immedieately. The Bill amount is Exceeding my Mobile allowance.so kindly tken my complaint to your knowledge and disconnect connection immedieatly

Idea — 1000/- Rs. for postpaid & no action

Hi,

I have got several calls from Idea head office for verious new offers & schemes. when i accepcted one of them, person from Idea says "our exe. will come and collect fee (Rs. 1000/-) from your office". i have called him and pay Rs. 1000/-, Idea exec. says to me that it will take hardly 48 hours to activeate your service, it's being 3 months and no action taken from Idea, i have contacted several time to customer care, head offce but no responce.
Please help me to remburse my Rs. 1000/-, i don't want to use Idea services.

ajo ki aaj 13/4/2012 ho gayi hai par abhi tak ye n0 [protected] . post paid nahi huwa hai
