Idea Cellular Prepaid — modification of charges of internet services

Hello,

I am a customer of idea cellular prepaid of delhi.there is a scheme if internet service of Rs.5 for 24 hours.For its activation I sended many times sms to no.546666 but it is not activated.and this no is not accepting sms.when i talked to coustmercare no.[protected], they tell us that now 5 rupee scheme has replaced by Rs.20
Though the anouncement in their aidvertisement at cusomer care no. is continue for Rs.5/24 hours.How both are possible?Idea is cheating me.the scheme of Rs.5 should be activated at any cost for their old customer.
Take an appropriate action against idea cellular prepaid of delhi.

Idea Prepaid Mobile Services — Deactivation of Services without information

My Idea No. [protected] & [protected] has been deactivated from Idea.
When I complaint them they told that due to no uses we have disconnected [protected] numbers. and due to documents problem they have disconnected [protected].
But I would like to inform you that my [protected] number was working from[protected] to June 2009.
Idea have told me this reason to hide their mistake. Normally these people misplace documents and demand another documents.
I would like to ask Idea that how they activated numbers for more that 6 months if there was documents problem.
Can anybody please help me to activate my both numbers. Please Email me.

Few months back I activated a message service which will sent messages on chiranjeevi. Now I would like to deactivate this service. I didnt a get a option to deactivate this service. This service charges me 30/- per month. I am getting messages named IA-55456. Please deactivate this service or let me know how can I deactivate this service.

sir my self mahinder kumar and i am regular costumer of mobile no [protected] in december i reacharge a massage voucher for one month but after that idea has started a vas massage without my permission and every week 10 rupee is deduct from my prepaid account without my permission then i launche a complain at costomer care 8/02/2010 and they give me a massage for deacctivation of this service and give me a complain no sr no.[protected] and told me that it would be deactivate with in 11 hrs 0 min. but next week again 10 ruppe is dedcut from my accont and i again complain the costomer care date 19/02/2010 and they give me again complain no sr no 1-[protected] and told me it deactivae with in 11 hrs
