[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Prepaid — 15-20 unnecessary incoming call

Idea Cellular — Restricted Calls while travelling

I have been using Idea's prepaid services for many years without serious complaints. Suddenly I find that while traveling from my home town (Pune) in Delhi,UP and Utharanchal, I am unable to make calls even though I have connected to the local Idea network, though incoming calls and smss come through. The mobile display show Restricted service, even though there is more than Rs150 in the prepaid account. Outgoing call get cut as soon as the called party picks up the phone but Idea does not hesitate to charge Rs 1.50 for the denied call !!

Sent all details including token id to care.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com on 30 June 11. Got prompt acknowledgement and a promise to get back with a day or so, but no response after that - even after 20 days!

I am enjoying prepaid services of mobile no. [protected] since long. I was quite satisfied with the services. However, since last year, service provider has been deducting charges for mymusic49, despite my several request for stoping the services, there is no avail. Last month, i was lodged complaint through customer care service no. 12345. However, in the current, the charges has again deducted. This is highly objectionable. You are requested to take up the matter with the company and arrange for immediate stop of services and refund of my deducted amount urgently.

Receiving unwanted sms messages which is totally disturbing routine work, as well as got irritated to have idea sim card.


Pl. treat this as a serious complaint & remove all unnecessary you are sending this particular mobile number [protected] immediately after receipt of this complaint.

Otherwise this will taken into serious consideration which will cause damage to your idea cellular product.

take the action immediately. & return all the amount Rs.120/- immediately to this number. If this will not done immediately idea cellular management will face big problem. be careful

Sim card activation

Please activate my idea sim, no:[protected], I have inserted my new sim in my new htc desire 816g mobile, But dont know how to activate, its not showing the signal at all, please help me out.
