[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — SMS - MT charges

My Number [protected] Bill found SMS MT charges 100 rs what is is this charges??? without information if such charges are applied again i will closed the connection immediately.

Idea — SMS charge

Today(16/10/2009) is not any special day to charge sms 1Rs/message. actually when i pressed *121# in mobile in that My tariff option its given as 18th and 19th sms will charged to 1Rs/message. but without informing they charged 1Rs/message. so, we lost money to send advance wishes to our family member.
can this problem solve it in future?

i was sending many wishes to my relatives and friends by sms from my mobile no. [protected] of idea on date 17/10/09 at morning and the charges for all sms has deducted from my mobile balance. but none of those sms could not delivered to them. for it i complaint to customer care of idea but he did not lodge my complaint and said there is no fault of idea company. after more request of mine he gave me a reference no.[protected] and said we cant refund your sms charges.
so please take a strict action against this complaint and direct to idea to refund my balance.

Hi, I am the Idea Post Paid customer . I was happy about this service. But now i am really very disappointed. because of the discrepancies in the postpaid bill for the period[protected] to[protected]. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges. This month i got charge of Rs.50. I have no intension to send such messages which would costing me Rs.50 I called the customer care regarding the same. Even your executives dont have any idea regarding those charges. I havent sent any sms from my side and I Havent done any activations from my side. Hence i am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or adjusted in my next bill as this bill is already paid by me. My mobile number is [protected] I called up customer care many times with no joy. Customer service was not at all co-operative. Hence as i have never sent such messages for which i am getting charged. Please look after this issue. Quick reply or action is expected. Hoping for your best support.
