my self jitendra .i have idea network mobile .i recharge with rs 15 which gives full talktime for 2 day on 15 feb .i used 6.60 rs for calling on 15 feb .on feb 16 when i call i see that the left amount of rs 9.40 on feb 15 but not in my account on feb 16.the extra charge from my account deduct .when i talk to customer care they cut rs 1 without any talk.it is a serious frod with me .pls help me

Vodafone — Harrison And Ford

Hi This is Regarding an Executive From Vodafone By the Name Deepak his No. [protected] I met him 2 to 3 Years Back in a Vodafone Store in Cox Town When i was insisting i wanted to b put onto a Corporate Plan An Executive By the Name Harsha Working in that Vodafone branch that time introduced me to him he used to charge me a premimum upto 2000 to change my plan to ny corporate plan of my choice i paid him he got it done i contacted him again about 6 months back to get my schemes of another couple of numbers changed i paid him and that guy has just Vanished hes not answering my calls he has taken 6000 bucks and not changed my schemes as yet Please i need some help in getting this Frod.

Ideacellular — Paid for the Charge but not receive I am wait for a long time

I have recharge my prepaid mobile through internet. and I have paid them by e-transfer from my account.
My account got deducted but I have not receive any recharge till.
and the most important thing is that there customer care peoples are not listening to my complain.
According to 888 (the vodafone delight), if I recharge with the amount of Rs 245, then I should get talktime of Rs 245.I also took from your customer care executive, and they also said that I will get full talktime on recharging with Rs 245 on 13th feb 2009.So after recharging with Rs 245, I got only Rs 108.05 instead of Rs 245 promised by your vodafone customer care and vodafone delight.Still now I havenot got the remaining BALANCE.I talked to the customer care but they said that they can not do any thing for it and they were not able to satisfy me.
So do take action against it as soon as possible.

Idea Cellular — Recharged Idea card but balance not yet transferred

Dear Sir,

On 18 Jun 2009 I got a message as below
"Validity on your prepaid card will expire on 03/07/2009. For 1 year validity recharge with Rs.110 and get talktime of Rs98. For more information dial 12131"

On 01 Jul 2009, I recharged the card by Rs.110 from a retailor in Ambernath but unfortunately i didn't receive any balance.

Next day, I visited retailor from whom i recharged the same. He told me that recharge process was successful and moreover, I received a message of recharge processing. He asked me to call up the customer service 4444 number. Customer Service checked my transaction log and told me to wait for 48 hours as sometimes it will take time to show the balance.

When I visited the idea office in Golmaidan, Ulhasnagar on 25/july/09 I am being told that the scheme was only for a day and I have to recharge on that day itself. The recharge done by us activated a std flat rate Rs1 facility on 01/07/09.

I need to know some anwser to my questions
Why the message didn't specify validity period of the scheme?
How come the retailor don't know about this things? He should be aware of such schemes?
The hard earned money of the consumer will be nullified by just anwsering that "you should have enquired with the customer care about the scheme before recharging "?

Idea Cellular Ltd — registering police complain for wrong reasons

Dear Sir,
I had a mobile no [protected] with idea cellular company i had lost this sim in february since then i had discontinued using this no since i lost my i had pending two querries regarding bills they had wrongly charges rediff health tips charges which i had not activated nor i had any confirmation from company side that u have activated this service you will be charged 25 per month another despite of making timely payment for the month december they had charged me late payment charges when i said this charges be removed they took 14 day to resolve this complain after resolving this complain i had made payment of my dues but very next month they again charged wt late payment charges and rediff health tip charges payment being made late becoz of their late response to my querry again i said to them untill and unless they resolve my complain stop my service i m ready to make payment but they didnt responded very next day i lost my sim in february I went to their franchisee at udhana road where the lady told me that since you have lost your sim you have to pay five hundred additionally i said mem this is wrong

i tried to be there three times they responded same thing

now after in august they gave me notice that you have to pay due amount plus 1500 rupees since you have not responded to our contacts efforts made by them if i dont pay this amount within 7 days if i dont they will register a complain against me in police

I think they are doing tooo much they are not ready to listen me not ready to solve my querry they say my intention are wrong if i had to default i would have utilise my full limit not just odd 240 rupees

they had not done any contact not any lettter to me abt this so how can i

kindly stop them for registering complain i was ready to make payment and still i m ready to do so and i have just one querry i m not ready to pay wrong charges

Idea Cellular — Balance Deducted Incorrectly.

On 15.09.2009 I Received An Sms from Idea Cellular that i have free internet browsing on my Idea number [protected] till 26.09.2009. I was enjoying the service free of cost untill on 25.09.2009 at 10.30 am 70 Rs were deducted from my account, for which I have been complaining everyday. Yet my complaint has not been resolved. The only answer I get from Their customer care executives is it will be resolved within 24 hours, which has'nt happened till date.

It is for your information that I am using Idea mobile service for last two months as a prepaid user. The operator has been activated GPRS without my permission and money deducted from my prepaid account and a compliant has been registered to the operator (complaint no.[protected], but no action has yet not been taken. I have to customer service many times but no one is listening to me regarding this issue.
After few days I have got the message that your concern for incorrect deduction has been resolved with the charge being reversed, but i have not got my money back. Please take strict action to resolve this issue.

sir, my no is[protected], i have subscribed to idea mobiles offer of 1 paisa per second in the month of january 2010. i was recd meesg that validity is for 1 year. and now from 6/2/10 idea is deductiong from my balence Rs. 1 per minute. I complaint to 198 of idea but he said first enquire at 12345 customer care, i enquired there and he said that my validity is for one year. again i complaint , the excutive said that validity is for one month !!!! this way they are cheating very educated peoples also what about others !!!!!

i purchase an idea sim on 7-2-2010 at sri maa agencies, ganesh bazar, kabisurya nagar, on sunday, on feb 9th the balance was decrease by 15 ruppes.that my previous balance was 61 ruppes and next when check my balance was 51 ruppes .

on 10 th feburary the balance was aslo decrase by 30 ruppes .
which was now 21 ruppes . once i try to complain to ur coustmer care person that he ask me 3 option which was not possible to me that third one, he ask me to say your last dailed number. is it possible to say the last dailed number. i aslo told to him that my name and sim serial number, he told me that he does not help to me. what sir, is it the right way to talk to customer. another thing that your data collector was came to our village i ask to him that why my balance was reduce he told me to that u activate caller tune . i say to you that i does not waste my time to talk a customer care which was complicate in your net work.

Idea Cellular Limited — wrong deduction and fraudulence

i am using idea service provider. on 8th i got a call from idea in that they told me for gprs service for whioch daily 20 rs duduction is made but i did not give any response after that they started the service of this mobile without my acceptance and after that i asked to deactivate this service but they did not do this and still they are deducting money from my account. i want that there should be an action take against from you.

Idea Cellular — Wrongly deduction of idea mobile balance

I use idea mobile prepaid service in Dudhichua, Singrauli region, MP. My Mobile No is.[protected].
On 5th or 6th march 2010, Idea wrongly deducted Rs.80 from my mobile prepaid balance. I call many time to idea customer care excutive but no one provides me satisfactory answer regarding unreasonable & unjustified deduction of my money. The idea excutives provides me different - different unreasonable answer.

I am akhilesh kumar from delhi i using idea prepaid connection from very long time my mobile no is [protected]. i would like to draw your kind attention towards my deduction which is incorrect i recharged my no. on 19/03/2010. with Rs 50/- but aftersome time they deducted my account from Rs 30/- i didnt activated any service. i called customer care no. so many time but customer care executive told me that '' your concern is under process and would be actioned within 24 hrs and they gave me complaint no. i.e 1-[protected].'' but till now no action will be taken place against this. already 5 days past no body will reply on behalf of idea.
please do the need for the same i am really frustrated

Idea Cellular Limited — Deduction of Amount

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that mobile number [protected] is taken purely for emergency calls and is registered on my mothers name. Yesterday suddenly I receive a message mentioning that an amount of Rs.23/- has been deducted towards Women Service. I have already made a complaint to idea cellular customer care on 28 June at around 11.30pm and today 29 June also I did call upon idea cellular customer care office and informed on the same issue and I was told that this service was activated by us in the Month of March. OK, I agree. First of all my mother was using the phone till March and after that this phone was used very rarely as my mother is now out of town. Even If we had activated we have not used this service since the day it was activated and off late the service was inactivate from idea cellular side due to some technical problems. Yesterday I receive a service message mentioning that this service has been successfully reactivated and after this again a message follows immediately mentioning about the deduction of Rs.23/-. When we have not been using the service and since the service was not active for quite sometime, then why was the deduction done? Once this money was deducted my balance on the phone was zero and I was not able to make calls to idea cellular customer care. I do not know where on earth customer care calls are charged? This is the first company I am coming into contact. I am aware of the services rendered by the telecom companies outside India as I am using them regularly. Keeping in the instances we are requesting idea cellular limited to kindly credit back the amount of Rs.23/- deducted towards this women service and I have already asked their customer care personnel to deactivate the same for which I have received the service message already.

As per your customer care executive spoken to last night says within 24 hrs you will be credited and today when I speak your executive says once deducted we cannot do anything. Sir, kindly look into the matter and do the needful justice at the earliest.

sir, my name is adarsh nagar i am from from a small village named khatauli,these idea guys many times deducted my account balance without my consent and whenever i tried to complain on their no they talked in a very rude manner and never returned my money back, sir this forum is the last hope for me they till now deducted 145 rs without any of my consent.

Idea Cellular — incorrect deduction

my mobile no is :[protected], i haven`t activated any value added services so far,since july 17th background music has been activated but,how ,i dont know,even there is`t any background music heard.since then,28th july,27th aug, rs.20/ has been deducted, though,this service was never subscribed.So, please deactivate this service from my mobile, and return my rs.60/.

i would like to tell you that a rental amount of Rs. 30 is being deducted for activating Idea Mobile Station which i did after receiving a call from the customer care last month. But proper information regarding the monthly rental was not provided to me. So i would like that my balance is refunded. Also the service is said to have been activated on 2nd of Aug.
