Idea — not providing service

i receive call frm idea
i recarge my no .but services is not providing by idea.
idea care no is not take aby call also.

Prepaid Sim — sim not working

my sim by no [protected] with a validity of about 6 months is suddenly not working... it is not being recognised in any mobile

Idea Prepaid — Service not received

Two things.
a. I registered my number on Do Not Call list on 12th March,2010 with the Idea prepaid customer service. I was given a time of 45 days for it to be activated and my number taken off the list. However it has not been done yet and I called up the complaints help desk for the same but they wanted me to call back with all the details of the calls and sms received. Which is very annoying. Who un this world would have time to take the details when the reason of putting the number on do not call list is the disturbance at work and busy hours. Spoke to Sunny Sachdeva, the floor supervisor. This problem hasn't been resolved yet. Lets see how quick is this.

b. How to get a list of incoming and outgoing calls in the email?

I am trying to put on my sim card on my mobile NOKIA N72, but it did not wirk properly. I am call on idea customer care, but get no reason, then I am calling idea nodal officer and say my problem, but no solution occur.
Please help me.
I went NOKIA CARE for checking my handset, but same problem occur.
