My name is Manjeet Singh Rana and I am using IDEAP-PREPAID number [protected] for the past 6 years. I am very unhappy with the inferior quality customer service provided. There are countless number of words & phrases worth to mention their useless credibility, useless liability and senseless customer centric approach. Even the MTNL provides much better service in comparison.
I am fond of surfing internet and mobile is my best companion. I alternatively use IDEAP WAP-5 & WAP-89 as per my convenience. Hence, I am aware of the policies & terms+conditions. Currently, for the past 4 months I have WAP-89 plan activated. I am facing a lot of trouble because of IDEA poor service and fed up with their customer representatives.
I have last renewed my WAP-89 on Friday, the 22-January-2010, expires on Sunday the 21st-February-2009. However, for the past 8 days, I am not able to browse because of their inefficiency and stupid reasons given by their customer agents. I rang them atleast 50 times since then. They promised and assured the timely resolution only on papers, without any physical action. On 6 occasions, when I humbly requested to let me speak to speak their supervision, I was put on hold for 15-45 minutes. I had to hang up the phone and make fresh call. None of their Customer Representative was ready to accept the mistake. In addition to this, the customer care put my number [protected] on IGNORE MODE (where IVR attended the call and kept on announcing that “EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY” and I should call after some time. Interestingly, when I tried from 6 different IDEA PREPAID (friends/colleague) numbers, it was working normally.
Finally, I managed to get the NODAL OFFICER (MRS SAGAR) number [protected] from their customer care 12345. However, it didn’t worked; none of my 35-40 attempts any attention. This is what a LEADER doing, and then what else one could expect from others?
I need a stern action against the defaulters in next 3 working days. Otherwise, I am not left with other alternative but to take a legal action against IDEA CELLULAR.

This is Prashant Khemariya Idea pre-paid user ([protected]). Few services are activated automatically on my mobile therefore balance is automatically deducting from my mobile a/c. I am calling at customer care since 5 day to stop all services but there is no response. Yesterday I had call to customer care on 198 ,12345 and sere my problem and told that stop all services and refund my money otherwise I will consume forum, but till now I am unsatisfied . Respected sir about 100 Rs. Deduced from my account so I request you take correct action and try to refund my all money.
