Hi Team,

We have recently purchased a dishwasher from IFB. It was delivered in 2 days, on third day IFB service person came to demo it. He sold Rs9000/- worth products of IFB (like detergents, salts etc...), switched on the machine and left. The machine never stopped, though the timer shows 64 mins left it continued to run for more than 2 hours. We called the service center again, after a chain of calls the person appeared after 2 days and confirmed there is an issue with the machine and left. Next day he confirmed we will get a replacement. Its been 5 days after that we didn't get the replacement and the service center folks stopped picking the calls.

I would request the top management to settle the issue as soon as possible and earnestly request to get rid of these lazy .

Please...stop making fool of people. Being in service industry in such a stiff competition in market..how you guys can avoid listening to your customer.
Havn't you people have heard of word of mouth communication??
This is the worst brand/service i have ever used...Its been 2 months since i am requesting your regional customer support people, engineers, supervisors to please send som1 to correct the problem with the piece of SCRAP lying at my home...but to my surprise no1 have visited till now...and have closed my complaint saying that no1 was at home...on asking they give us a reply that part is not available...
Want to ask you guys 1 thing...that if you guys r not having enough confidence in your products...service support is too poor...parts are not available then why the hell are you selling the scrap here????/
I have already started recommending all my friends and colleagues and also have mentioned on twitter and facebook about the suffering...
Its the WORST BRAND with POOREST customer Support i have ever experience...and will not let others to face the same.
Please don't waste your hard earned money in purchasing this scrap/Junk.

I Won't recommend any1 to go with this brand.
These guys r selling piece of scrap/junk and charging us so much.

Pathetic service support...Its been more than 2 months now since we are requesting them to send some engineer to check the problem with the Washing M/C(Scrap)...and since then no1 have visited.
Have purchased the scrap only 8 months back and been out of order 2wice since then.
These guys r not having even simple parts with them to replace.
Please Please Please guys...Please don't purchase anything from IFB.
The quality of each product is very very bad...and the worst thing is their engineer will not take pain to even visit your house...they hardly care. Moreover they don't even have the components/parts to replace.
Please please don't waste your hard earned money on these scrap/junk products.
Very true folks,

In continuation to my complaint after a week, which the service center folks proudly claimed to be very fast service, I got replacement for my new IFB dishwasher. Then after 4 days of hassle the service agent came for demo. The machine worked for exactly 3 days and again the same problem. Till now more than a week we are waiting for the service agent to have a look at the machine to figure out the problem - no clue how long would it take for further processing.

I am really surprised if IFB is really a brand in dishwashers. Such PATHETIC QUALITY IN PRODUCT AND SERVICE.

    washing machine door is not close properly and water not drained after wash and after spin cloths are with soap water to be attended ( My AMC recept No: 20831
    My ID us 3561964 I have given a complained regarding washing machine heater and drain line leaking on24/9/2012 C.No 958006and they send one technician he attended but heater is always on line. I did descaling as per technician advice . I informed the concern person and I give one more complied on 10/10/2012 C.No 9681302 he came and he changed the thermostat and door lock but door lock is not properly locking.At the same time after washing soap water is not darning and after spinning water is inside the machine and cloth is not dried

    I bought IFB washing machine some 7years back. registered mbl.no. is [protected] in the name of G. Umachandran

    but last month I faced some problems, since the machine is out of warranty I contacted your authorized service centre, they sent service people from Sai Meera services. instead of worst service attended by them, I paid Rs. 400/- . Next day service person Name Mr. Kalai Mbl no.[protected] has come from Sri Kailash Enterprises, Valasaravakkam Chennai

    He received cheque of Rs. 6000 in the name of IFB industries for AMC on 24th Nov'16.. still now no response..

    Please intervene and solve the issue immediately.

      I have purchased Top loaded Automatic washing machine model AW7201RB at Rohini /Delhi on 13.07.2012 .After one month the steel drum is scratching the sides and stopped suddenly After my complaint One representative (phone No [protected]) visited and decides to change the four RODs connecting the drum.he has replaced the rods and the Noise was reduced to some extent He has not made any invoice,Job cards or any statement..

      Now at Oct Excessive Noice is cumming and taking less water during the Rinse My complaint No. is 10146447 .there is No response from IFB since 20 days I am not satisfied with the machine and service.

        I purchased a W/M ERGO 6.5 KG from IBF company at 29/11/2011.
        W/M is not working well till the time we purchased.
        We complaint about it many times in the company( complaint no.[protected], other complaints no.- 4465135,7796837,7858411) even i regestred online complaint at companies site. They send their engineers one or two times and they console us your complaint is take into consideration and all. But no one has concerned from companies side. We purchased a machine for our benefit purpose after spending lot of amount from my savings.
        But still it has no use.
        I came here because i expect justice from your side.
        Please help us to get true jusice from “IFB” company product which we purchased.

          I am very sorry to bring the fact of IFB authorised dealer TRINITY ENTERPRIUSES, KACHARKANAHALLI BANGALORE whom i have an amc from 15.9.2012 for 12 months. My complaint no. 9537136 dt 13.9.12 Mr Petere who visited my house requested me to go in for AMC hence obeying him i had given a cheque bearing no.296519 dt 15.9.12 issued on amanath co-operative bank, bangalore. Right from 15th day i.e. 30.9.12 of AMC i am going on requesting for deputing IFB personnel for repairs, it is surprised to see that the authorised service agent M/S TRINITY ENTERPRISES are least bothered even to take a call. I am made to run from morning till evening for the past 18 daysto talk to mr peter. Hardly he spoke 2-3 times and requested that by evening of that day 6 p.m their service personnel will surely attend and will the machine in working condition. I am fed up with their indecent behaviour. I request for refund of my AMC amoutn of Rs.2335/- plus one mr shankar service personnel just visited to know the fault and collected Rs.250/- and said in 1-2 days he will replace the part and to pay again Rs.250/- after attending the fault. Till today i.e. 18.10.[protected] hrs) no one has attended my call to nos.[protected] Trinity enterprises, Mr peter - [protected], [protected], Mr shankar- [protected], Mr Shashi [protected]. Please help me to get back my money, which i have waqsted and also taken pain in calling the whole day leaving my work and my wasting my precious time in justing calling but no response. Such irresponsible dealers of great IFB to be punished and their agfency contract is to be blacklisted immediately, so that the customers need not be put into trouble.

          IFB Elena Washing Machine — Relace the machine.

          I've purchased the above machine from Next Retail Ltd Sharanpur rd Nashik yesterday. The serial no on bill was 153473. but machine delivered to me of sr. no.155477. It was observed when person came for giving demo. It was not working. So he examine it. Then he found that card was not present in machine. Also the sr. no. was different.

          1. i am a north indian based at coimbatore. i have a IFB ELENA 5kg washine machine.
          2. My machine is not working for the last 10 days and is giving loud BANGING noise during operation..
          3. After about more than 20 phone calls to the service centre and at the toll free number, finally a techinician came to see the machine.
          4. The biggest problem is the language problem. the technician can not understand English or Hindi But understands and speaks only tamil because of which explaining things to him becomes impossible.
          5. The techician had replaced one major component of the machine which in my wisdom was perfectly fine and working normally. inspite of my telling hime repeatedly that the problem is something else, he insisted replacing the part and theresfter went back.
          6 As a result the machine is still giving the same problem and there is no improvement at all.
          7. i was charged Rs1862/- for the new component.
          8.My ticket number is 238245.
          9. It is really very dissapointing and shameful to see such pathetic standards of servicing from a company that claims to be the pioneer of washing machines in India.
          10. Henceforth, am going to advise all my near and dear ones not to go for any IFB product in future even if they are giving it free.

          We already contacted your service center in Kohi and the service person has visited our house and recommened for a spare replacement. We agreed to replace the part and untile now no news from your end.

          IFB/Elena washing Machine — No proper responce to complaints

          Sir,
          I have purchased a washing machine of IFB on date 20/09/08 from Dignity dealer (chandanagar). It is used alternate days till date 03/08/09. it stoped working in between when it was washing on 05/08/09. complaint was registered at IFB coustmercare center no.[protected]. complaint register no 3342450. I was informed that problem would be solved with in 24 hours. on 07/08/09 evening attended the complaint was observed next day defect was repaired but that was not exact solution, so it is not still working, there was no proper service till today, that is nearly 5 days. Not even responding to the calls at nearest service branch numbers are [protected], [protected].
          Due to careless responce of local service branch, we coustmers are suffering. so I think this foroum would help me.

          IFB WASHING MACHINE — No one attend my machine

          Me, Mrs. Subhamita Biswas (address : Dakshin para, GIP colony, Jagacha, Santragachi, Howrah -711112, W.B., Ph. no. [protected] ) have a IFB fully automatic washing machine. I purchased this machine on 8th December, 2007 and its now under extended warranty period.

          For last one and a half month, my machine is not working. I repeatedly talked to your customer care executives. And they sent the mechanic on second week of August. The mechanic said that he needed to change one of the part of my machine. He took that old part and told me he would come again on third week of August and fixed the new one. Since then nobody came, no phone calls from IFB, nothing........ I again put a docket (for the second time, on 22nd August, 2009, docket no. 3403185). I called IFB Concern Department, IFB Branch office for atleast fifty times. But none of them gave me any feedback. I am so frustated. Even I emailed to the customer care dept. But they only send me a formal apology. And then again a big silence............ Now I just want to sell this machine which occupy a large space in my room.

          For last six years, my family is using IFB washing machine and we have three machines in total. I always get very prompt service from your division. And I am also satisfied with your service all the time. But this time, my impression is totally changed. Its really very frustating for me. You know without washing machine for one and a half month, life is became very very tough. I am a working person, have a patient in my house. I am still waiting for the feedback.

          i m mrs meenu berry from west patel nagar have bought elena5.5kg ifb which is a defected model daily
          there is problem with it i.e drainage there is gap between drum & rubber so small clothes like socks etc
          pass through that gap & stop the drainage .Technician had come & just clear that once & informed in his office that he had change the pump .after that i m again &again facing the same problem but he don't visit
          when i call in customer care they give me some another no's but no body has till now visit i dont know what
          should i do I think i have done a blunder mistake that i bought this bakwaas ifb ka mehnga daba jise main ab kahan fenku.

          We regulary followup to servicie center for washing machine not working properly,Servicman was attend complaint but still not solve problem,because they did not understand what actual problem in machine.Serviceman attend five to six time but problem still pending and our washing machine is under warrenty and we paid approx Rs.2200/-to 2500/- for repairing.

          Opinion : I am not satisfied your services(very poor)

            I have purchased ifb washing machine diva machine serial number002476 paid amount rs1606 on service contact number 6116 anual maintainance contract customer number 2926016

            I have complained on 6th july 2012 that machine not working under complaint number10031771
            Till september they didnot solve my problum and they said they closed the complaint with out solving my problum

            Again i complained on 29th september as a fresh and paid anual maintainance amount rs1849
            To day 16th october 2012 they are not responding properly and when ever we contact to help line numbers
            They are saying problum will be solved in just 48 hours in just words.
            They are not solving consumer problums.
            I was desperated about ifb service and their neglegent bahhaviour.
            After spending lot of money to purchage washing machine and anual maintainance contract if we are

            our washing machine is uder warranty and it is not working.. we had called to the customer care number and the the worst part is, even if we try 100 times to this number it will not reach them.. the company has given a false customer care number.. Then we registered the complain via online 1 month ago. they not even responded to our complaint..

            during the washing machine stop at 45minutes, 19minutes and some times at an other interval every time we have to start it.

              I have raised a complaint for some issue with my IFB Mircowave oven on 5th Sept 2012. Executive came and taken 1 part from my oven on 8th Sept, since then I am waiting for someone to come and fix the issue. I have called 10-15 times to IFB customer care and 20+ times to the franchise to fix the issue. Everytime they commit to fix it by 24 hours and never turned up. Infact I have updated my complaint to their website and no update even after that. I am providing all the details of my complaint.

              IFB Micro Oven — Worst customer service

              I have purchased IFB microoven model no 30sc2 .But it never worked properly. I have even entered AMC after expiry of waranty pariod.This is one of the worst product of this IFB co. which has worst customer service back up.They never attend problems in time and if at all they do will never resolve the problem never rectify it.leavve it half done and will never turn back.So appeal to their country manager look into service dept to the customer satifaction or else dont cheat the people by selling ur worst product to the customer. If sombody from this co. follows website direct ur cust dept to rectify the problem satisfactrily.

                No after sales service in last 4 years. 2 years of warranty period and 2 years of AMC. In AMC period no mandatory service is done. Major confusion between service centre and call center. My complaint is pending since 14th Sept'12. Most unhappy. Total disaster management. company has taken consumers for guaranteed. Not good for the company.

                  I brought a IFB washing machine and I m still in warranty period. Now my machine s not working. I have registered complaints several times. Poor response from customer service side. I spoke ti all higher authorities, and no one is responding properly. I gone to franchise several times. They are telling that they don't have spare parts to replace. It's really disappointing. After couple of months of struggle I repaired in private at my own cost. People please aware. Poor services in IFB. Don't buy.

                    IFB — NOT ATTENDIND THE COMPLAIN

                    i have registered my complain vide complain no-3113333 . after 45 days the complain is not attended by any service engr. they are not reponding my complain. ae they are not able to solve it with repeated attemt.

                    IFB — Not attending to the Complaint.

                    I am a resident of chennai and I bought a new IFB washing machine.The demo for the washing machine was not done even after a week of purchase.After a week when the demo was done it was reported that some parts of the machine was damaged and will be replaced soon.It had been a month since demo still my machine is not serviced.This is the worst service i had ever seen.

                    IFB — not attending

                    I have bought washing machine last month & there is a problem of noise..

                    So i complaint at service center & they promise that they will send engineer with in 24 hour but after 24 hour we got a call the we have staff problem so it will take 2 to 3days more.on hearing this i am shock that they dont have enough staff to tackle .This i have never expect from IFB..

                    They are giving promise but not fulfilling , one thing is for sure i will never ever recommended IFB in future.

                    IFB has to do something regarding service center..

                      Sir,

                      I bought IFB Senorita DX Washing Machine in May 2010. Ever since commissioning of this machine i have had a series of defects in my washing machine. At times i have felt like throwing this machine, as i had to do the washing myself.

                      The machine had problem in its drain system followed by NTC Thermal Unit in 2010.
                      The problem persisted and no customer care engineer could identify the exact problem.

                      My heating functions never worked at all. The heating element was changed twice and still the problem continued.

                      This year i had problems from March 2012, the machine stops half way and i have to restart entire cycle again. I have wasted some (kilograms) of washing powder because of this.

                      The machine started making noise, waking up the entire colony as if an helicopter had landed on my house.

                      I am completely upset and disappointed by the service of IFB and they are yet to resolve my complaint.

                      I have made some hundred calls to Customer Care and i get an answer that the issue has been accorded high priority.

                      A service engineer turned up in my home after 100 calls and three months (i hope this is what IFB meant as high priority)...

                      IFB is yet to resolve my problems and now my machine does not wash only. Every function stops in the beginning flushing all my detergent in drain...

                      Please help me. I have no option to throw this machine now. Machine is still in warranty and two years of warranty left now..

                        having problem in my washing machine motor not running due tor carbon brush faulty, i have registered complaint in IFB, Complaint # 9457594, after many days calling service technician had visited my home and committed to change out full motor instead of replacing carbon brush which is cost hardly 100 irs, i requested to service technician provide carbon brush, he has tolled me IFB company not providing carbon brush, if any problem found in carbon brush they use to change out enter motor which will cost me 4000 IRS. this is really big cheating by IFB for their customers now i am struggling to get fix my washing machine, like simple spare parts carbon brush

                        IFB — Company not providing service

                        We purchased a IFB 20PG3S (microwave) on 23/01/2011. All of a sudden the appliance stopped working.We complained on 09th July 2011 (complaint # 6705831). After 2 days technician visited us and informed us that a part needs to be changed.From that day on-wards we are following up with IFB's different offices and persons without any result.We may have made 100s of called but no response or we are told that the person will reach you tommorrow,.The tommorrow never came.IFB seems to be having the worst customer service.We appriciate if someone can help us on thsi issue
                        IFB Customer care i would like to know are you going to replace Carbon brush of my washing machine motor,
                        as i got call from your Goa factory, they inform me in IFB policy there is no replacement of carbon brush.if any problem in carbon brush your company is use to replace enter motor, its very regret to hear from you end. Carbon brush is small piece of equipment part of motor very easy to replace which is installed externally in the motor,
                        if any body having electrical electronics back ground laugh on your feed back received from Goa factory.
                        one more thing if your build piece of equipment you should able to provide each and every parts of equipment.carbon brush is only piece of carbon bar no need any rocket science. only thing it should fit on carbon brush casing which your build on washing machine motor.if i got right size of carbon brush from local market i wouldn't be bother your company. i am attached picture of carbon brush installed in my IFB motor lets Public see and justify your service.

                        Same problem on my side.
                        This is not rocket science. A spare part of 150 rs. But instead the company is charging 4-8k for whole motor replacement. Very bad marketing stuff. Should be challenged in consumer forum.
                        I am alos faced the same kind of carbon brush.
                        IFB service technician told the same(IFB company not providing carbon brush, if any problem found in carbon brush then change out enter motor).
                        For simple parts, it is difficult to invest more amount to replace entire motor assembly.

                        If IFB received the same kind problem from different customer then they should make arrangement to provide this part easily.

                        I am facing the same problem. In August this year, the service person charged me over Rs. 6 k for replacing the plastic tub and now for spinning problem I am being asked to shell out Rs. 5 k for changing the motor instead of carbon brushes.

                        It is too much of pain and burden to spend eleven thousand in just three months to repair a washing machine

                          I had bought an ifb dishwasher (Neptune dx[protected] on 14.01.2012 and since the date of purchase this machine is giving an F5 error. I had launched several complaints regarding this but the engineers they sent were absolutely incompetent in solving my problem. This company has by far the worst after sales service. Through this medium i urge the senior management of IFB to improve their after sales services.

                          IFB — DishWasher Neptune

                          The IFB Neptune Dishwasher that was sold to us is a piece of junk. We bought the IFB Dishwasher (Neptune) for a mighty sum of around Rs 28000 in the city of Hyderabad. The machine stopped working in a month of two. We called the repair center. They came and fixed something. The machine worked for a week and broke down again. We called the repair center again and they came and replaced another part. It has been the same story since. Pretty much all the parts of the machine have been repaired and the PCB, which is supposed to be the heart of the machine has been replaced about 4 times. After 9 months of chasing the service center and technicians, in whom finally I had no faith, I tried to point out to the IFB managers that I felt I had been sold a lemon. This is because the machine would not work for more than a month at a stretch after repair. It doesnt wash the dishes properly. Worse yet, it leaks. Twice our carpets got ruined because the water from the machine flowed all the way from the kitchen into the living room. They failed to apologize, forget replacing the machine. We have been chasing IFB service center, the technicians (who don't seem to know what they are doing, never land on the time they say and don't have the courtesy to inform you when the machine has been repaied) and IFB managers for about 2 years now. The jingo about 1 million happy customers only grates. All this machine has given me is headache and high blood pressure ! The last dish washer I used was made by GE and worked for 17 years straight without a complaint. IFB ought to be more responsible towards customers who spend such a large sum for their appliance. They should spend some time in ensuring that the machine they have sold is tested for quality and will indeed work. All our other appliaces have worked fine and even if they have to undergo repair, it is not recurrent. I am still waiting to see when IFB feels the shame and takes some action to compensate us for the shoddy product they sold us and the shoddy service they have delivered.
                          Recent complaint RNo.313136 lodged on 10th at service centre toollfreenumber, They acted very fast but there was no response from the hyderabad locl service. The technician came on 13th at 1630hrs and fixed the adapter and demanded Rs.150 towards the cost of the rubber adapter i did ask him for the price list as usual he did not had it and contacted his supervisor and connected me to talk.He said that I have to pay. I said it is only 6 month that I have purchased the machine immediate he reduced and told me to pay rs.100 and with argument brought down to Rs.50 Later the height is you donot pay I will pay from my pocket Please donot complain.Hope you understand the behaviour. i did lodged complaint to AP service of IFB Mr. ramakrishna.They are also in the habit of asking the transport charges to deliver the material required for the machine.
                          Please take care of this approach and try to rectify why the adapter has broken in such shot time which not the case with other washing machines.I am sure that you will view it seriously and mend the ways and stremeline.

                                Dishwasher broke down 3 weeks ago. IFB valid AMC. Service guy came and sold me another Rs 3000 worth of products but now no one returns call or fixes dishwasher.                                 Filed a service request 3997226 on 10/01/2010. I was promised that the necessary repairs would be completed within 2-3 days. Despite following up on a daily basis with the service center over the last 10 days, there is no response from the service center.

                                  I Purchased a IFB Microwave oven with model 30SC3 on 6th Sept 2012. I was delivered a defective piece which was installed on the 10th of Sept 2012.The Engineer failed to discover that the appliance was damage. Appliance was replaced and they again delivered the defective piece to our house on around 16th Sept 2012. A new complain was IFB registered and the piece was not replaced till date.

                                    I buy Ifb washing machine, Senorita VX 6kg on 12.01.2012, within 9 months it breakdown, I lodged my complaint to Ifb service centre, Mulund. Miss Mamta diconnected phone when I called for follow-up at Mulund sevice centre. Complaint to Mr. Shashank, Ifb area service manager, he also not giving any replay, Registered complaint to Vijay Sales from where I purchased washing machine. but no responce. Is Ifb product & service is so poor ?

                                    Hi,

                                    I have been following up for my ticket raised 20 days ago, but still no response.A personnel visited 10 days later and said he would revert the next day, he has been absconding since.The customer care has been making false promises of visit that never happen.Sometimes they even say that there is no complaint registered!!!I have marked several mailes to the customer care / Customer support / IFB management but even then there has been no progress.

                                      Issue :-
                                      1. No one from customer care to take a call completely.
                                      2. Local technuicians - No Support / No action taken.
                                      3. Worst Customer care number - executives named, rakesh, teza, megha, etc just keep call on hold without telling any response.

                                      WORST EVER EXPERIENCE WITH IFB .

                                      I will be posting this out in the consumer court and publishing it on major social , media websites.

                                        I unfortunately brought IFB Washing Machine Senorita DX during October 2008 in Hyedarabad.

                                        During last 4 months, this machine had given me troubles over 40 times, and last complaint was made on 16.09.2012, but till date none has come for resolution.

                                        I made more than 15 calls to these Service Heads with improper response. I found these people are DISGUSTING AND give FALSE promises. The customer care call centre is also UNPROFESSIONAL.

                                        From the last complaint date on 16.09.2012, till date no one has turned up till date.

                                        IFB Company should understand that customers are paying money for the customer service also. Customers have not given COW DUNG, paid money, money, money.

                                        Now I hesitate to contact Unscrupulous Service Heads. These Service heads not bothered for customers. Also they are not willing to give Managing Director email id or Phone number to escalate the case.

                                        We have more then more then 10 product of your company but feel sad for our misdeed .

                                        There was complaint made to your Devoted Customer care on 21/11/2012 with complaint id 10260846 but till today non of your service provider turned up.Between these i made more then 50 calls to your center but all assurances was in Vain .I think that i almost spoke to all of the floor managers Named Mr.Deepak, Abaishk, Mr.Amit, Mr.sachin, Mr.Nirmal and ect...

                                        All had one GOLDEN WORDS THAT I AM TAKING CARE OF YOUR COMPLAINT AND IT WILL BE RESOLVED TODAY ITSELF.No, result.

                                        Yes they mentioned that the PIN Code is not matching but if you pull out the records you will find that as on 08/07/2012 on same address and with same PIN code service was provided then why not now.

                                        Or company should take its product and pay our amount as it can not provide service in this location.
