    Dear Sir,
    I purchased EVA SX washing machine via online on 9th march 2013 and it got delivered to my home on 12th march 2013. On 16th March 2013 for the first time I try to wash cloths using the new machine.
    After 15 min of washing, the machine falls on the floor from front side and got damaged (Water inlet, Power plug and front body damaged). Immediately I call the customer care number and logged my complaint no 10378291.
    After two days IFB service people came to my home and check the machine but they are not in ready to change this defect piece.
    On the same day I call the local dealer, but they behaved in a rude way. Since I purchased via online no one is ready to take up my problem. They keep on diverting me here and there (local dealer/customer care). Still I have not used my new machine to wash fully.

    IFB WASHING MACHINE — Defective Ptroduct and Incompetant Service

    I bought my IFB front load washing machine in November 2009 and it has broken down twice already. It was a challenge to get a technician from IFB to visit our house to do the repairs the first time around. This time it is worse. The product is still under warranty and there is no sight of any repair service. It causes grave inconvinience and stress on account of constant interaction with rude and incompetant staff. I believe this is sufficient ground for seeking replacement of product or refund of cost.

    Dear Dr. Dasgupta,

    It is now more than 1 week since your incompetent authorized service care center took our machine ( ticket # 3236858) from my house to check what is wrong.
    This is probably the umpteenth time your service agent has come to rectify the problems we continue to have with your defective machine. Over the past 3 years we have had this machine checked for defects, problems at least a dozen times.

    Just 2 weeks ago SK Associates charged us Rs 2000 for changing a part and not even 2 days later the machine developed problems.
    Firstly none of the service staff come on time and if they do it is only after repeated calls made to them. The supervisor, Steven does not even pick up his cell phone.
    What sort of service is this? How can you retains such service agents? This is not we as consumers expect after paying over 25000Rs!!!

    The machine was supposed to be delivered on 15th JUL and not a single person has called to find out why it has not been delivered. I tried calling Steven at [protected] at least 10times yesterday and sent him an sms.
    Not even an acknowledgement as yet. This is the kind of poor service your company provides.

    I suggest you get rid of incompetent service agents and get more customer friendly engineers to handle your after sales service.
    I have dissuaded several of my friends from buying your machine and told them to buy another brand and this one stinks! The machine does not live up to its standards and your customer care agents’ service is terrible!
    I am posting this complaint on the internet so future buyers can be aware of the problems and issues that they will face on a day to day basis.

    I hope that someone will at least read this email. Since i do not have your personal ID i doubt your loyal employees will even bring this to your notice. Hopefully someone will see it on the internet!

    My name is Jayaraj.S,I had purchased a IFB washing machine (SERENA 5.5 KG) from QRS-ASRAMAM ROAD KOLLAM on 30/11/2010 (INVOICE NUMBER[protected].The retailer delivered a damaged product to me.When the IFB technician arrived home to install the same ,then he found the machine is damaged and he told me that IFB will replace the machine within a week.But as on date the same is not replaced (18/11/2011).I already conveyed my grievance to the retailer QRS .There manager is saying that the product is out of stock , and he will arrange the machine with in one week.Yesterday the due date is over .I phoned the manager to enquire about the same ,now he is not picking the phone.I'm getting lot of phone calls from there various service centers of IFB mainly from Kallambalam.I invested my hardly earned money and the company is insulting me phone calls.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM
    Kindly request you to changes this machine as soon as possible
    Without providing a proper reason for machine fell down on the floor and damaged. How you say that it's working fine. Since from day one, I am not using my new machine still the broken water inlet pipes and damaged machine are in same state. Please don't update this kind of false information in public forum.

    Last week your local service representative (Ramiz or Rafiq not sure about the name) visited my home and He said, our head office request us to collect invoice copy and serial number to replace the machine.

    Also I didn't understand your company policy, since I purchase via online no one informed me not to install privately. The machine was delivered to me on 12 March and no one visited my home. Then on 16 March, I registered product online and tried to install the machine on my own with instruction given as per your user manual. On the same day i purchased Samsung fridge, they them self initiated for the demo.

    So far 2 representatives visited my home and investigate the machine; both confirmed that there is no mistake in my installation. If require, will provide their name and mobile number.
    Few things they verified
    1) Transit bolt - I remove the 4 properly and replace that hole with the cap provided.
    2) Floor level - My home is newly built and I have separate place for washing machine. Also In the same place i used my old Whirlpool front loading machine.
    3) Unbalanced load - I used 6 pants in my initial wash.

    I too admit now the machine working but without knowing the reason for the fall how come i will use this machine. Luckily I was not in front of the machine on that day otherwise the machine would have been fallen on me and cause serious injury to me. My wife afraid goes near to this machine.

    After investing 22, 000 how your company is expecting us to use this machine without full satisfaction.

    If possible please provide your manager email/phone number will talk to them directly.

      Purchased the machine from Croma on 9th March which got delivered on 11th March. Having a terrible time getting it installed. The installation person refuses to come after 6pm; does not instal on Sundays; expects us to take an off from work just to have the machine installed.

      Finally on a Saturday, the person comes and instructs that the tap would need to be changed and some fittings would be required post which only the installation would be done. They neither carried the fittings, nor informed me to organise for a plumber when they'd called. I was expected to leave my 3 year old baby and go hunt for a plumber if I wanted to get the installation done! OR else manage to get this done again by taking leave and wait for the esteemed installation person to come and give a demo!!!

      1. if specific parts are required for installation, these should come as standard fittings with the machine - AQUAGUARD does this brilliantly
      2. The installation guys should be equipped to install these else what is the installation about!!!
      3. If the customer is expected to do this, he/she should at least be informed - or maybe it's too much to expect from the company
      4. And last, you really need to do your due diligence while appointing anyone as your franchisee - they are really giving you and your product a bad name in the market. DO SOMETHING!

      I read on your site -
      "When you buy any IFB home appliance you can relax, confident in the fact that you've purchased a high specification product from one of India's most respected manufacturers" - just want to tell you guys the "high specification product" would only be good if it is ever put to use and please do something so that I start believing that you indeed are "India's most respected manufacturers"

      IFB WASHING MACHINE — Installation

      Sir,

      IFB Washing Machine Elena DX 5.5 Kg.

      I purchased a new IFB Washing Machine model WFELNDX S/No.061712 from a prominent shop M/s. Melamparampil Agencies in Thiruvalla, Kerala and Invoice No. PNA545 on the 11th of September (Friday) by paying a total amount of Rs.16,400 and advised me that IFB personnel will come and install the machine. Sir, till today[protected] Wednesday) no body has come to install the machine. Upon raising the issue to the shop, they said that they informed IFB and pending their action.

      Highly appreciate, if you could advise me what to do next.

        I have been calling IFB service center for more than a month but no response even after a AMC- they do not change the spare parts- and i get annoyed on seeing the mistake of buying a wrong machine and then for entering into the AMC. For my mistake i am suffering. Very very poor response from the service center. We buy washing machine for comfort and now it has become a headache.- everyday calling the service center and that too after paying an additional amount of Rs.5000/- for AMC. A good lesson for me and in future think hundred times before you trust any sales person.

The man who came to attend the complaint said that a motor in Supremo washing machine(IFB) needs to be replaced and it costs 4200/- After replacing the part he charged me Rs4823/-Bill no 3928 dated13/03/13.           IFB SUPREMO — after completion of the circle, water is flowing into the compartment, & short circuit

          1. The Chennai Service people have enrolled my name wrongly as Sandhya, instead of Lakshmanan. and even after repeated request, they say they will correct, but in vain.
          2. The real problem with the machine is, after completion of the full washing & drying circle the machine sucks in water to the drum, and starts overflowing out of the drum. So we have to close the inlet tap manually.
          3. On the next usage when we opened the inlet tap then the machine went into a short circute problem and whole house is out off current, the mains got tripped.
          4. I gave a complaint no. 4081044 on 29.01.2010, and remainded 3 to 4 times and finally also called your Bombay Office on 6.2.2010 to a toll free number, they adviced me to call Service Advicer and gave his cell number, but he was even more busy, and told me only to contact the local office, then I again gave a formall complaint. Till now about 5 different service people came say once in a week or 10 days, but all had a simillar peculliar reply, that is, no spares availlable. Till now my problem is not sorted out, I donot know how long to wait.
          5. My machine Supremo Sr 38231 Customer ID 354657 and under AMC 40953 dt. 20.07.2009, and one more thing people do not have my AMC details properly, for the past 8 years my AMC was properly & promptly renewed by your service people, but afterwards they do not come for periodical services. If at all we call and if they come, they will surely sell us this descalling powder for Rs. 450/- or so and make it mandatory to by that. This is also a serious thing to be looked into as all my relative who have this IFB are cribbing with this attitude of your Service advisors.

          I need to know wheather I should still wait for your people, or throw this machine & buy a better brand in the market who have agood service network also. Please advice.

            On 6th Jan 2013, we registered a complaint with the customer care centre of IFB of malfunctioning of the washing machine. We didn’t receive any response from the IFB Delhi center. Though we enquired daily (since 6 Jan) from the customer care about the fate of our complaint, every time they replied they are forwarding the complaint to the senior executive without any results. They also didn’t give the telephone no. of the senior executives. At last, when we contacted the Delhi office on 12th of Jan, they replied that they have not received the aforesaid complaint till date. We gave them the registered complaint No. 10353448 and expressed our urgency; even then they sent the mechanic on 15th of Jan after promising that they will rectify it on Saturday itself. Anyhow he informed us that the software plate is not working and we asked him to change the same. On 16th he replaced the software plate. Again when we started the machine, it stopped midway and didn’t complete the cycle and we contacted the Delhi centre again and informed them the machine is still not working. And for two to three days, they keep on pretending that they don’t have the requisite part and helpless. After lot of pleading and making nos. of calls, we managed to get the part replaced (pump) on 20th Jan.
            Whereas we understand that the fault was with the pump of the machine not with the software. So he wrongly changed the software that too was used one, charging us Rs. 4400/- approx. And it took 14 days to address the complaint after lot of pleading.
            So we request the amount wrongly charged to us should be refunded and we should also be compensated for the agony and hardship we have suffered for all these 14 days.
            We also sent bill receipt to customer care email address but they didnt reply even after a long days of the complaint submission..

                My washing machine is not working since 25.02.2013. I am getting very encouraging calls from ifb office at goa, ifb dealing personal in haryana, but my washing machine is not in working condition. No local service provider is repairing my fully automatic machine. Ten days back (Only once) local service provider visited & informed me that some part will be replaced, but that part is not available with him& he is also not in position to inform when that part will be available

                I have been calling 15 time to IFB call centre and they give me new ticket nos. my ticket no.2250682
                I am regretting my decision to stick to IFB. I called up thier pune Office (mr.mohit raguvanshi )too but there was no response. Can some one help me. I have...

                IFB — Washing mechine not repaired

                My IFB made Senorita Plus washing machine was making a bit louder sound and it was reported. One or two days later a service person came and told that its drum was corroded and requires replacement. There was no power at at that time and the machine was not working since then. Though calls were made to service center and regional office nobody turned up so far. I have equipments of other make such as onida, LG etc. where service personnel attend the calls within hours. I am highly disappointed to have such a machine without any service back up.

                As I am the Customer of the IFB Top Loading Washing Machine [Model No. AW 6523] on 19.03.2009 at Kavin Electronics in Tiruchengode, Namakkal Dt., Tamilnadu.

                Past 2 months IFB Washing Machine was not running conditions. So I would complaint in your Company and then your service person Mr. SARAVANAGANESH was came and checked the complaint and took up the circuit board and he went off saying that he would be back to repair it on first week of December 2009.

                Lot of attempts I call the phone in your company people to Mr. Saravanaganesh [[protected]]in Erode, Mr. Thirunavukkarasu [[protected]]in Erode, Mr. Sankar [[protected]]in Coimbatore, Mr. Madesh [[protected]]in Salem. But no more responsible at all.

                I didn't expected such a poor service from IFB.

                Yesterday, I Call the phone to Mr. Madesh. He was call to their Higher Authority Mr. Kamala Kannan in Head of Tamilnadu IFB Branch. I brought the mobile number of Mr. Kamala Kannan.

                Yesterday & Today also I call to Mr. Kamala Kannan, he said that I am very busy and call later repeatedly the same answer going on.

                These people are all to say wait within 2 days clear this problem. This answer is repeatedly so many times.

                So, I have suffered mentally & physical from these problems.

                When will you solve my problem? Why I willn’t go to the Consumer Court?

                End of this week you aren’t solve my problem. I will take severe action against your IFB Company.

                  I bought ifb senorita sx washing machine on[protected] from vasanth & co in t-nagar. Installation done by true care service center, velachery. [installation and guidance was excellent]. While installation i purchased "cutout, tab, aqua water clean, small cloths bag and 3 [cleaning powder packet. It cast almost 5.5k. So totally 27+5.5 = 32k. But on[protected] machine was died. I called customer care and register a complaint. [complaint number : 10294441]. This time customer service person came from five star service center from karappakkam, chennai. Service engineer is feel like a god and making such a worst behavior. I immediately called customer care and i clearly explain the service engineers behavior and they told we will escalate the issue. Then i got chennai service head mobile number. His name is mr. Ravi ganesh. Initially he i speaking within a day they will fix the problem but till now no response from ifb customer care.

                  13 days left. Still i am waiting for service. I only spending money for ifb washing machine and calling all the customer service people. Just now i called to mr. Manoj i think he is manager for ifb customer service. I got number form customer care. I called to mr. Manoj but mobile picked my ravi ganeh. I am amazing all the people in one place but they are playing the game. I recorded all the conversation between customer care and all the persons.

                  Now what can i do? A very big question mark in my mind...

                  My humble request for all my friends don't buy ifb. Becuase if buy you will go to dipression stage.

                  Thanks for your reply. I got call on 04th March 2013 from IFB GOA office. Spoke person name is Bharathi. Number : [protected]. I clearly explain my condition to her. After long conversation finally she told she discussed with some of higher authorities and call me back. She called me again and told we will replace the machine. We will get the machine within Thursday and give the new machine. I hope her and waiting for new machine.

                  But today 06th March 2013 i got call from vadapalani, Chennai service center and they told our service representative ready for service your machine and they ask which time is convenient for me. Then i called to IFB customer care (on 06th March 2013 : 10:21 AM) they said we have no updates regarding machine replacement we escalate this issue to our team lead he will call after 30 minutes but now time is 12:40. I think for IFB customer care person told 30 minutes it will take 30 hours.

                  Still i am waiting for IFB GOA Office Bharathi call. I register a compliant on[protected], now date is[protected] totally 15 days left. I am living in apartments so there is no place for washing dresses only solution is washing machine. But IFB did not consider customers pain they only focus on money... Anyway hereafter In my office or any place i did not recommend the IFB. I shame of me because i recommended 5 peoples to buy IFB in my office.

                  No response from Customer Care Service, they won’t sync up with customer problems. I spoke customer care 15days daily. Daily spoke the entire problem for 20-30 minutes why they won’t consider previously what I am told and what my problem is, all asking form origin I am very much of depressed. GOA IFB office persons told to replace the machine but why they won’t update to customer care service.
                  Just now 7th March 2012 : 11:12 am I received call from [protected], some service engineer spoke to me. He told your spare parts came when i will come to your home i am confused i am waiting for Product Replacement then how service people called me for service. IFB Head office person bharathi told we will replace your product with Thursday (07th March 2012) but here service engineer told, they coming for service. IFB is playing a game in my life this too much...

                      I bought this Ifb washing machine in Dec 2011 , and from the very beginning have been facing problem with it , it had a torn pipe , water would flow from under the machine, one time the whole switch mechanism blew up, other time the machine had this E1 error repeatedly and now for the past 4 months the machine makes so much of noise and shakes so much that it moves from its place,and i have asked for a machine replacement , since it is defective from the very beginning , but neither they are doing anything with the machine or replacing it!!

                        Fed up with IFB Service.....

                        I had Purchased an IFB Maxidry 550 clothes dryer in October 2012 with 4 year warranty from Croma retail. I was promised that it will be installed and a Demo provided within 24 hours at my residence. Despite giving 3 calls to IFB service centre over a period of more than 2 weeks, nobody from their service centre came to install it and provide Demo. One of their person called after 15 days and fixed up the time for visit and asked me if I required a trolley costing around[protected] Rs. I asked him to give a Demo but refused to buy a trolley. He never came till today because I had refused to buy trolley from them.

                        After 3 months o[censored]se, it’s switch developed a problem. I launched a complaint on 5/2/2013 with the IFB customercare vide complaint no. 10431915. I was assured that my complaint would be attended within 24 hrs. Nobody attended the complaint for next 48 Hrs. I started calling their service centre repeatedly ( tel no.[protected] but they never attended the complaint always promising to attend within a day. On 12/2/2013 one of their representative came and examined the appliance. He said that the Switch needed to be replaced and it will be done in next 24-48 hrs. He disconnected the appliance from the mains. Since then, Nobody ever came. Since then, I have made atleast 30 -35 calls to the service centre( including its manager Mr. Tarun - [protected]/ Chief Mr. Jogender - [protected]) without any response (They simply refuse to pick up phone). Twice Mr. Jogender did take my call and promised to get it done soon but nothing has been done. Thereafter there are atleast 25 calls on his mobile no. that he refuses to pick up. I had contacted their Head of customer care Mr. Jaffrey at the call centre on 25/2/2013 morning. He promised to get it done in day. He has also failed to sort the issue or even respond. All efforts to contact their Branch heads and other officials in Delhi proved futile. The telephone numbers[protected] &[protected] for Ms. Geetanjali) provided by the customercare keeps on ringing without anybody picking them up. The net result is that after 21 days of filling complaint and after making atleast 50-60 calls( I have the call records) the issue remains unresolved, my dryer is not working. I am left with no alternative but to approach the Consumer court in Delhi for either return and refund OR replacement of my defective appliance OR immediate repair ALONG with the compensation.

                        I have also filled the feedback form on their website twice earlier and today also, but nobody has contacted me on the issue. Is it the IFB tradition not to respond to any complaint????

                        This is a message to the management of IFB appliances that no company can survive without its customers. This pathetic quality of service is not going to do any good to their business. I am so disappointed with IFB service that I am considering putting these reviews on various consumer forum websites.

                        IFB-MAXIDRY — My IFB-MAXIDRY is not working since 3 Years

                        My IFB-MAXIDRY is not working since 3 Years. After lodging complaint technician attends after 5 - 6 Weaks and further spoils the machine. I have asked many times for a senior engineer / knowledgeable person to look at the machine. But, still the company is sending people who do not know the work. Since last 20-25 days smoke and burning smell is also coming from the machine. My clothes are getting burnt in the dryer and I have to throw them away. I have already lost 3-4 cycles of clothes together worth much more than the cost of the machine.

                        On calling IFB they keep giving numbers of senior people who either don't pick up the phones or are never in the office. The service centre Antek Services is handling my service. I was able to contact Mr.Bharani[+91-[protected]] (supposedly someone senior and in charge) once around 15 days earlier. Now, he is always avoiding my call.

                        Looking at their damn care attitude, I realise that I made a mistake buying an IFB product and also urge other people not to buy IFB Products. By buying IFB not only is one faced with faulty machines and the regular service issues but also financial losses by clothes getting spoilt / destroyed in their machines.

                          I am owning a microwave model no:30SC2 which is under annual maintenance contract(AMC).About 20 days it started to give problem,thus I rang up their customer care service(mobile no:[protected])who intimated that a representative will come to to repair my microwave and gave me my complaint no:10284614.The individual came after two days switched on two or three times the microwave ,opened the top cover and said that it has to be taken to service center and left. He did not even assemble back the microwave.Since then I am ringing up IFB customer care who repeat same thing every time that a representative will come in 48 eight hours.Their 48 hours has not expired from last12 days.
                          2)I had purchased an IFB product thinking it is a good company though now I have to change my opinion.I am writing to you to help me out in IFB repairing my microwave .They should also increase the AFC by the number of days that the microwave remains out of action,which I think would be a good business practice.

                            i purchased a microwave oven sometime back. I was using it very occasionally and after some time the front keypad stopped working for many of the keys. I called IFB customer service and they sent a technician named Bala ([protected]). Actually he was from a Franchisee named imatrix. The technician said that it cannot be repaired and the entire board had to be replaced without even looking at the micorwave; in-spite of me telling it just required cleaning.
                            He then told that the board would cost 3000 Rs. However i can take a AMC (annual maintenance care) for two years for this amount. The AMC would also cover the board replacement at no cost and any other repairs for the next two years. So i purchased the AMC.for Rs 2817 for two years membership ID [protected].

                            Then i called the customer care again. Now another guy comes ([protected]) when i am not at home, and says to the people at home that the board DOES NOT COME UNDER AMC and i have to pay again another 3000Rs to replace the board and he was not even polite.

                            subsequent complaints to IFB customer care resulted in simply closure of the complaint number without any action or intimation.
                            i tried contacting the below listed people and all of them refused to fix the microwave or return my money.

                            This problem has been resolved now. Thanks to the actual IFB customer/service Goa team. And special thanks to the customer support person. She was following up with problem and calling me to ensure that the problem was indeed fixed.

                            I sent a mail to [protected]@ifbglobal.com regarding this problem and that did the trick. people from the franchisee were on their toes and all of them calling me and the microwave was fixed in less than 5 days.
                            The service person replaced the PCB as per AMC and replaced the 'front panel' for 700rs (again, not covered under AMC). I didn't mind paying the 700rs, just wanted the oven to be fixed and hopefully will not develop any more problems.

                              Well, it happened that there was a slight leakage of water from the Fluff Filter Door at the bottom of the machine.
                              My Washing Machine is still under the warranty period.We called the guy from whom we had purchased the machine to repair it( as he had told us that in case of any problems with the machine we should call him rather than the company's repairing personnel as those people might repair the damaged part, but may harm the other parts which could further increase our problems), he tried to fix it & it looked as if he hardly knew anything about fixing it because in his attempts he broke the parts of the filter door. Then he left & returned another day , on that day, he taped the mouth of the closet of the door & said the machine would be able to wash the clothes for the time-being till he would completely fix the machine. but he didn't come after that, meanwhile we found that the machine was not able to pump out the water properly during washing & then we had to call for the company's staff to send for someone to repair this problem. A man came & he changed the broken & taped closet with a new one but soon after 3 washes from the machine, there was a sparking within the drum where the clothes are washed & that was very risky as if my housewife wouldn't have switched off the machine at the right time then my whole house could have caught a fire. This problem was again reported to the company but they procrastinated everytime ,we called them to send someone to fix the problem. After 7 days from the day when the sparking had occured, they sent another man to just 'checkout' what was wrong this time with the machine. He told us that the pump had burned & that he would come to repair it tomorrow, but he didn't turn up the next day. Then after that the next day, he said it was Sunday & the company's office remains closed, we said nothing. Then the rest two days, he said it was Bharat Band so he didn't come. I am a Government employee & I went to my office on bothy the days of my Bandh & this fellow gave such a lame excuse. Today when I called him, he said he will arrive at 3:00 pm, then on calling again he said he will come in the evening. I again called to the franchises of the company to look in the matter & they again said" KAL HO JAAYEGA". This is ridiculous, my machine has been defected since the last 13 days. & the company is just passing on the matter like nothing. I demand justice & thereby I want my machine to either be fixed soon or if they fail to do so, then the full refund of my money that I have paid in buying it. I didn't buy the machine to be kept like a show-piece in my house. Please help. With respect, Suresh Kumar.

                                I had lodged a complaint in IFB customer care somewhere around July 2011 against non working of my machine. The warranty of my machine expired on 20/04/2011. This means that my machine worked for just 2months from the date of expiry of warranty. Because of this the complaint was particularly lodged. But, Till May 2012 there was no follow up from customer care. Mean while I was in continuous touch with IFB Customer Care for updatating my complaint. Somewhere around March 2012, I personally visited the dealer who manages to send one Technician who checked the machine and told me that the motor of the machine is shortened. I was shocked to know that the motor of such a machine which costs around Rs. 17,000.00 is getting shortened just within 2-3 months of completing warranty period. This fact was discussed with customer care executive who told me that since my machine’s problem is genuine, senior executive will call me. Till May 2012 none of IFB’s senior person tried to contact me to discuss about the problem. Again in May 2012, I called IFB customer care when they renewed the complaint and after some days around Dec 2012 the same technician whom I had contacted before called me up and told me that this time he is send by the company and since he was knowing the problem, he directly told me that the motor has to be replaced by my own cost.
                                So, I just want to know what type of standards IFB is maintaining if the heart of the machine i.e. motor , the circuit boards etc. are becoming faulty within 2 to 2 1/2 years of purchase and customers has to pay for that after every 3 months.
                                Within the warranty period IFB’s technician are suppose to come for servicing or check up after 12 months and after 24 months from the date of purchase. At least they are supposed to get feedback from the users, which they normally don’t do.
                                None of an Engineer neither the technician turned up nor anyone called me to get customer feedback from when I have purchased the machine. Mean while around second week of Jan. 2011 circuit card is changed which costed me around Rs.1200.00. Again, just after 8-9 months my machine has stopped functioning because of motor is Faulty.
                                IFB, Being such a reputed company I do not expect that after every six month I have to replace some or the other part of the machine. The basic cost of machine during the time of purchase was around Rs. 17,000.00. Non working of motor in just 2 ¼ years of such a reputed company machine whose price is also higher compared to the other companies washing machine is not acceptable.
                                Again on 20/02/2013 I contacted IFB C.C. who assured me that they will help me out and also they apologized for the delay they made in solving this complaint. Also they requested me to e mail my complaint once again. One Mr. Bhatia from IFB, Goa contacted me on my cell after sending the mail and he also assured me that he is going to help me out. He told me that service executive will call me by evening of 20/02/2013, but there was no such call from any of IFB staff.
                                On 21/02/2013, a technician called me up and he again told me the same thing which was agreed by them before. He told me to pay for the spares and he is not going to charge for the service. So, I again called up C.C. at around 11.30 am. When they promise me that they will have a word with the service executive or so and they will call me back after 1 hour. Till 4.00 pm there was again no such call from C.C., So, I again called them and asked for the reason why they didn’t called me till that time. As usual again they apologized and told me that they or any of their senior executive is going to call me back.
                                I may like to bring to your notice that IFB C.C. has not only delayed in solving the customer issue from last 1 ½ year but they have also misguided me by keeping me on hope that they are going to solve the issue. Every time I could hear that that my issue is going to be solved and every time they (Customer Care) is just updating my complaint on the latest date when I called them to know about the status of my complaint.
                                I feel that I am not liable for any payment to be done against such machine part which does not last even for six months from expiry of warranty. If they are producing such type of machines with ISI standards and with such huge price then these companies are to be highlighted and action has to be taken for looting the customers.
                                I hope for a proper solution of the above problem at the earliest as possible.

Our machine is under repair from[protected]. We have informed to the customer care on the same day. But till there is no proper response. We called balamurugam mechanic thoothukudi cell no. [protected]. He said that he was busy in his work and complaint anywhere you like. I have gone through your site which states that lots of customers are not satisfied with your after sales. I would like to take this case legaly. Pls reply at earliest

                                    I have purchased IFB washing machine knowing of its good product and service. But I am facing all problems right now. I purchased Senorita washing machine before 2.5 years and faced board replacement 3rd time in row now !!...This time i am totally devasted by the poor response for service. I booked my compliant mid Dec 2012 and yet to have my machine repaired. I had to follow up daily to customer care or the mechanics or their supervisors. I end reaching them after a long time dialing and just to hear NO STOCK of board yet. I am hearing the same for 3 months !!....The worst part is my complaint gets auto closed and i had to create a new complaint again. Any escalation through Customer care # is also of no use...they assure of a call back with solution..but I reached no call from customer care till now....Let them replace the board or replace the machine....Poor quality in board and frustrating after sales service...

                                    IFB washing machine Senorita — Poor Servicing and poor quality of machine

                                    My IFB washing machine is under AMC. in December Ist week 2010 i had problem with the machine and it was not working. I had given complaint and the customer care executive had replied that the complaint would be attended within 48 hours. but nobody turned up and only after our repeated calls to the call centre and local chennai office a service engineer attended it after 15 days. now not even one month has passed by we are again facing the problem. the clothes are not at all squeezed properly for which we have made a complaint.
                                    Moreover this is not the first time we are having problems with the machine. Once in every two months our machine is not working and we have to call the customer care and book complaint. not only that we have to keep on calling them. This is happening from the date of purchase of washing machine.

                                        I also want to add a comment in this regard. I made a complaint to request for a service on 23rd Jan 2013. But till today(Jan 30, 2013) there is not even a call regarding the service. IFB customer service is really pathetic. They don't show any shame in the poor way they treat their customer. I feel like I have made the biggest mistake in life by buying the product.

                                        IFB — Bad service

                                        Hi I am Devamanokar i got an IFB washing machine the warranty period got over and i was forced to get an AMC that is extended warranty. After purchasing that AMC my machine struck up with some problem and i have been registering complaints for the past 5 months but there is no reply from them so please help me out with this.
                                        Well this is certainly a faster response than expected. Though action without words are of no use. My expectations are very low now. As expected there was some conversation with the customer service agents as well as some "senior" agents and there was promises of calling back regarding the action of the complaint but no one made the attempt. I believe they are of the opinion that if you keep quiet the matter will die out. As a layman I don't know why IFB is spending money on a department like this. It is certainly a waste. They have no control over the franchise. IFB need to streamline this process for sure.

                                        Well as of today (31 Jan 2013), the franchisee called and promised a 4 pm appointment was not met. I am waiting to be served. That is my fate and maybe of many others.
