I purchased a fully automatic washing from IFB in Dec 2011.On August 16,2012 the machine stoped working so I lodged a complaint on 17Aug.The technician came on 18th and told that the machine will be repaired within 5 days.For the next two months the harrasment I met from IFB people is not explainable.It was only after I sent a notice to their head office at Calcutta warning them of going to the consumer court that the machine was repaired.The...

Even after repeated complaints to IFB customer care, no one turns up for the service call. The previous complaint number was closed even without making a visit.

When I had to take AMC, then it gets done in minutes but when it is a complaint service call no one turns up although customer care promises to attend within 24 hours. This is disgusting.

I have an IFB dishwasher that has been causing problems since the beginning of the year. It has been fixed a few times and I got the annual maintenance contract on 14/1/2012.

The drain pipe of our IFB Dishwasher has failed and not functioning for the last ten days. In spite of repeated complaints to the concerned service provider and the service section of the company, they are not in a position to replace the simple drain hose and make the machine ready. It is pathetic service from the company. I don't recommend any IFB products to anyone in spite of their brand value and superior technology....

These guys r selling piece of scrap/junk and charging us so much.

Pathetic service support...Its been more than 2 months now since we are requesting them to send some engineer to check the problem with the Washing M/C(Scrap)....and since then no1 have visited.

I have raised a complaint for some issue with my IFB Mircowave oven on 5th Sept 2012.
