    I have raised a complaint against repair in my IFB washing machine (model Serena VX) by calling IFB customer care. Serviceman from IFB came and removed the faulty board. After 2 days they told they dont have stock of that board since the machine is new model. It is been four weeks now, still they have not changed the board and they have also closed the compaint which i have raised. Highly irritated with the customer service provided by IFB

      My IFB washing machine model number- AW 60-8061 is showing ERROR 2. And it stops working. Kindly help me fix this problem.

      I'm done with my IFB AW60-8061 washing machine. I had experienced problem like
      - mother board replacement 2 times
      - motor repair 1 time.
      - present issue is, frequently getting E1, F2 errors and also during spinning machine malfunctions and then changes its time to 10 and water start flowing.

      Sad to say, I lost trust in this brand. When I was purchasing this, I heard it's a good brand.
      I have the same problem, E1 error..the machine has stopped working and I can't even find the model # on the IFB site!

      I changed the circuit board. It costed ₹4650/- including service charge. Let's see how long this board will work.

          We have purchased IFB washing machine (Elena model) in the year 2006. It was working fine till last week. From last week on wards the machine is not working. hence we logged a complaint asking to rectify the machine. The first engineer who came to the house had no clue what exactly is the problem, went back stating he will come and do it next week. Later another engineer came, diagnosed the mistake and said drum is not working, hence needs to be replaced. He is putting pressure on us to go for AMC contract by paying Rs.2,500 without diagnosing what exactly is the issue.

          Considering the poor quality of services, we were really fed up, wanting not do the repair at all and sign any AMC contract, instead go for another brand washig machine.

          We are a family of brand conscious people when coming to choosing washing machine, 4 of our families have IFB washing machines.

          With the quality of services rendered by IFB people, the brand image is fading, hence thinking of changing the brand loyalty from IFB to SAMSUNG (which one of my neighbours is having and is rendering good services to its customer)

                I have completed my banking course in feb 2012 itself. But, surprised to note that not even a proper single placement opportunity provided in banking sector from your institution even though you have promised to provide placement immediately after completing the course successfully.While joining they told completely sales job will not be given only either partial or cross selling jobs with more operational work.But now they all are providing and forcing to join sales job.Otherwise they are not at all provinding any other oppurtunities at all.For last 6 months we have been waitng for the placements to happen.While joining and paying the fees the people at bangalore center were making us to believe we will be getting placement.But now each of them don’t know what they promised to us .We have waited for so long and we are very sad to know tht center head it self don’t know when placements will happen.Even placement officer don’t know the fate of placements.This sort of attitude is happening even for earlier batches please clarify reality of the situation. But the IFBI people are making us to wait which make no use to.Is ifbi a true institute or just collectin money from hundreds of people and pushing tens of them in improper jobs and making money? Till we pay fess they will make all sorts of promises and tell all lies which we will realize that joining ifbi is a great blunder in life.Do we get good job or not?are we suppose to end our life because of this fraud people at IFBI.

                With a hope that atleast Head office people will make us know the true reality of situation and help us I am writing to you.

                  I had purchased IFB washing machine in aug'11directly from company through service station. After installing by vadodara service center engineer. From 3rd day, it started giving abnormal sound when spinning cycle starts. given complain to call center, engineer visited my place & on checking he found that lock of door ( one lock) is broken.As per his report the other door lock is also damaged.engineer told that as they don't have door lock in stock they have to order from ahemdabad . till date, they have not reparied my machine. Now it seems that the other lock which was damaged also broken as machine is giving very abnormal sound when it starts spinning. I had Given 3 times complain to call center , also contacted vadodara service center manager Mr. dinesh bhai, also contacted mr. Prashant ( mostly gujarat region manager) on his cel no: [protected] about 6-7 times. but no one is giving reponse. Mr. Prashant had assured me to attend my machine by 5th July. but still no one came to attend.

                    Hello,

                    I am writing to you due to the trauma and agony I am undergoing with the kind of service being rendered by IFB in repairing my microwave Owen model # 17PM1S. I have registered it under AMC since last year; however multiple complaints in the last 6 months have not been addressed.
                    It started off with fault in the heating unit which was duly replaced but immediately after that the timer circuit board stopped functioning.
                    The technician dismantled the circuit board with a promise of replacing it back, however did not turn up after that. It has been 5 months ( Feb'12) since then and not a day goes without a call being made to the IFB customer care and service center and each time they have an excuse of either the spare part not available or model not in production. Couple of months ago in April'12 they took away the entire machine stating they would repair it at their factory and get it back and the same story continued with no response.
                    Now I am fed up and want my Owen back in any condition and also the AMC needs to be returned back to me as they have not been able to fix the problem till date.

                    Please help at the earliest.

                        My washing machine is under AMC for the past 6 months, we have been calling the customer care for past 15 days but not even a single response from them.. When we paid the AMC the service person said us to file a complaint after 2 months and immediately they will come for service,but not even a single dude is responding properly... Really its so stunning,IFB is said to be popular company but these people are very irresponsible..

                          Re: Replacement of highly defective Washing Machine Model Diva (Customer ID 3222271)

                          Sir,

                          I purchased IFB washing machine Model Diva on 14th January 2012 after strong recommendations from my friends and relatives. Presently, I am highly aggrieved with the quality and reliability of the washing machine as mentioned above.

                          The said washing machine is not giving me any service and utility of any standard. The clothes remain dirty even after washing them twice and thrice. It gives blasting sound many a times during the washing operation. It also vibrates too much while in operation and goes away from its starting position. In many cases, it went away by about 5-6 feet from its starting position. In spite of the visit of your service engineers visiting my place on my complaints dated[protected]Complaint No. 8822148) and[protected]Complaint No. 8916204), the machine continued to give some or the other functional problem and one could not rely on its functional efficacy/consistency.

                          To my disgust, your service engineer who visited last time informed me that the machine has got deep scratches inside the body of the machine. He also informed me that there appeared to be some problem with the wash tub. You would kindly appreciate the amount of confidence I can now have on the washing machine.

                          Now for the last about one month I have been in regular touch with the service centre but of no avail. My complaint No. 8934683 dated 29th May 2012 has not even been attended till date and surprisingly, your service centre also does not even inform me whether they would be able to correct


                          the machine to function trouble free. This kind of a service from IFB, at least I cannot believe.

                          In this background I am left as a highly dissatisfied customer and have lost total confidence to rely on this piece of machine. I, therefore, request you to kindly provide me a replacement of the machine: if possible top load machine. Should you feel for me to make a payment of difference in price, if any, I shall do the needful on hearing from you.

                          I believe you would not shake my confidence any further of my reliance on your big name in the washing machine industry and as marketing ethics should dictate, provide me a replacement of the washing machine most expeditiously. Hoping for a positive and a prompt response.

                          sir, i purchased washing machine from kapil electronics, malviya nagar delhi on 26.7.2008.after six months the motor of machine And gasket of the machine had already changed. i requested company many times to replace the machine because it is still not working properly. it has big noice when its spinning. but they are not listening.i caLLED THE ENGINEERS MANY TIMES. now i request you to help me in this case because the it is under warranty period. after warranty they will not change it. i hv all the complaints nos also and the names i talked the persons. i need the machine ber changed.

                              I, Mahen Mahisuri customer of IFB Home Appliances Company [http://www.ifbappliances.com], bought washing machine [AW60-9021 Fully automatic] before few years back.
                              Now, washing machine is not working properly and its circuit got failed. so I tried to call to toll free number [[protected] (BSNL / MTNL[protected]] but no one was responding. after that i sent them mail also and registered the complaint for particulate but they even did not replay or given the Complaint Registration number.Moreover I also sent message to 58888 number for further contact.
                              I also gone through the local service station of Surat [Phone no:[protected],3119591] but they also said no for service and also wanted complaint registration number but when company was not giving any reply then what should I do for further procedure.

                                I had purchased IFB NAPTUNE DISHWASHER in the month of April 2012.The machine worked only for 15 days.Henceforth, the machine used to display an error F5 approximately 40 minutes after working and used to stop functioning.I lodged a complaint in the Delhi service centre and after regular daily reminders they sent a technician who couldnt understand the fault.I complained to their head in Delhi centre, where Anuradha is the leader of Delhi zone.She hardly picked up the phone and when once attended, she sent another technician who said that the heater of the machine is not working and assured that he would replace the part in 2 days. He said he was not very sure that the fault is in heater but is guessing the problem.Now it is 1.5 months since then. No part is being delivered. The Delhi zone manager does not pick up our phone.The technician says that the company is not sending the part.On regular reminders to replace the machine they are not responding.I want my machine to be replaced because if a new machine does not work after 15 days of purchase. it is a manufacturing defect.Why should the customer suffer for it.i feel cheated by company.                                   After making complaints here IFB's so called technician offered his visit to our home and advices as to install 15amp power supply plug and a water locking angle in the pipe fitting to enable him to install the IFB in our home.                                     I bought a fully automatic IFB washing machine at Coimbatore (model no AW60 8061) on 12.10.2009 . Till date they didn't show the demo, i made so many calls and emails but they didn't response. Also the showroom people gave the service people phone no , they didn't attend the phone also.So my request to consumer is don't buy any IFB products also don't get any mental tension.

                                      My Senorita IFB washing machine is unusable since almost 6 months. The problem is tremendous vibration and and banging at the time of spinning. On my complaints with the call cetre, the local service personnels have attended 3 or 4 times. But the problem still persits.
                                      Lately the technician told me that I must buy a stand to solve this problem. I am skeptical of his suggestion,as the manufacturers have not said anything like that in the brochure. Can I have an authenticated opinion on this.

                                        We bought an IFB washing machine just in Sept 2011 and by March it became out of order. We did not have the contact numbers to log in our complaints. We were just passed on from one to another. Finally we got the contact number to lodge complaints. Our complaint number is 8965132 and ID no is 3013723. Two days later a person came, and went back saying he has to refer to the book. It is about two weeks now and all that the company says is there is no spare part and they are helpless and so we have to wait. What sort of company is this, giving such a poor quality of service? Can't you do something about it? Such companies should be taken to court.
