[Resolved]  IFB Microwave — Poor service and costly spare parts

Bought IFB microwave model 25sc1 in 2005.After one year it stopped working and I got the PCB replaced for Rs.1800. on 20-06-09 it again developed the same defect.I will again have to pay Rs. 1800 + Rs. 282 visiting charges.Service is also very poor even after one week of registering the complaint no action has been taken.Is IFB not answerable to its customers? Why is there no feedback page available on there website? Why are the customers cheated, harassed and looted by their substandard products and poor after sales services? Please us and many more like us.

Hi I am M.A.Kidwai IFB microwave customer.I am facing several problems after purchasing this product.My microwave is is not giving proper and desired results.I had Lodged sevral complaints to the service centre but i got very poor response.Even, they are cheating with their customers, they are asking money for already used and repaired spare parts for exchanging in the problematic microwave.
It is the costiest microwave in the market and besides that it is of no use.I am really being harrased by IFB.I want strict, strong and desired action against IFB.

Microwave — CHARGE VISITING CHARGES WITHOUT SERVICING THE PRODUCT

I CALL THE WHRILPOOL SERVICE CENTRE TO REPIRE MY MICROWAVE MY COMPALINT NO WAS CH-[protected] THE MECHANICS COME TO MY HOME BUT THEY DIDNT REPIRE THE MICROWAVE BUT THEY CHARGE VISITING FEES Rs 395/-.

IF THEY DONT HAVE THE ACCESORY REGARDING REPIRE THEN WHY THEY CHARGE VISITING CHARGES
you have to ask this from WHRILPOOL SERVICE CENTER, why they have charge from you and say them to repair it again yet you don't get any response from service center then you register your complaint at consumer voice http://consumer-voice.org/ I hope it will help you.
Bought IFB microwavein in 2010. After one year it stopped working and I got the magnet replaced for Rs.1800. After some time the glass plate was broken.I will again pay Rs. 750 + Rs. 282 visiting charges.Service is also very poor .
The products is regionable cost but they are cheated in spare parts which is most costly.
Why is there no feedback page available on there website? Why are the customers cheated, harassed and looted by their substandard products and poor after sales services? Please us and many more like us.
